I haven't been here for almost six months since January. Since changing jobs in April, although the situation with the coronavirus has calmed down, I just haven't felt like going out to eat. Tonight, my wife and I visited just after the restaurant opened. The highlight was the grilled sashimi of blackthroat seaperch. It was amazing how they served the water octopus with green chili peppers. We also enjoyed the spicy grilled chicken, Aomori garlic, and tomato pickles. Once again, we were impressed by the skills of the head chef, Tsuyoshi Nozaki. It was a wonderful time at Yotaro.

Next week, my son will be independent, leaving just my wife and me. I want to continue to spend time with my wife in a lovey-dovey way (not really). We had a drink at Yotaro, a traditional Japanese restaurant in Nogata, with our son and wife. While seafood is usually the focus, tonight we enjoyed the richness of Japanese beef. We had beef tataki, salt-boiled beef tongue, marbled beef with miso on magnolia leaves, and seared dragon sashimi. If you're wondering what dragon is, be sure to ask the talented chef, Tsuyoshi Nozaki, at the restaurant. #Nogata #Yotaro #Nakano区

My last day at work was quite rough. The chaos of the pandemic brought a level of exhaustion I had never experienced before. But dwelling on the past won't make me feel any better, so let's look forward. The day the restrictions were lifted was eagerly awaited by many, and the restaurant was bustling with customers. My wife and I visited together. As an outsider, I was deeply moved by the lively scene. The exquisite seafood dishes that had suddenly made a comeback. The masterful work of the owner, Tsuyoshi Nozaki, in serving up beautiful dishes. Grilled throat blackfish, seared bonito, fried oysters, potato salad, shrimp dumplings - all extraordinary dishes that amateurs like me could never replicate. Being able to experience such high-quality work locally is truly a blessing. Thank you, Tsuyoshi Nozaki.

On December 23rd, it was the 88th birthday of the former Emperor. Long live the Emperor! It was also the 27th wedding anniversary of the writer and his wife. They went to a restaurant with their daughter, her boyfriend, and their son to celebrate. They enjoyed the excellent dishes at Yotaro, known for its fresh ingredients, while drinking and discussing various topics. The writer is currently feeling a bit hungover while typing this post, which is a rare occurrence due to the pandemic. They have decided to moderate their alcohol consumption and focus on enjoying quality time with their family from now on.

On the evening of November 15th, I returned to my town Nokata from Gontanda via Izumigakuji around 7:30 pm. I had a long-awaited reunion with an acquaintance from the real estate industry. We had worked together 12 years ago on the sale preparation and handover of a large property near Toyosu Station. We faced the once-in-a-century crisis, the Lehman Shock, which shook the world economy. Looking back on those times, the current challenges seem trivial. Our crisis management skills have improved, our nerves have toughened, and we have become more resilient. Now at 50, I can see how those experiences have shaped me. It is crucial to move forward with care, sincerity, and gratitude. As we enjoyed some fine dishes at this restaurant, I reflected on these thoughts. Despite some disruptions in seafood imports due to COVID-19, as shown in the images, the situation is gradually improving. I am looking forward to indulging in delicious food and joy during the year-end holidays.

During a public holiday night while my wife is back in her hometown, I visited the restaurant with my daughter. We were enjoying our drinks when my daughter's boyfriend, who had just finished work, arrived. I look forward to the day when we can all dine together, including our grandchildren. It's a night where I feel a mix of excitement for that future and a desire to cherish this moment a little longer. The restaurant we visited is a traditional Japanese cuisine restaurant in my favorite local area, Nogata. I love this place for the numerous positive reviews it has received in the past. Not only do they serve delicious seafood and Japanese dishes, but their fusion of Chinese dishes with a Japanese twist is also incredibly tasty. My daughter's boyfriend was very impressed as well. The cost performance is also excellent, and I feel lucky to have found such a great restaurant. I recommend ordering a variety of dishes to fully enjoy the amazing skills of the chef, Mr. Nozaki. It's a place that I want to continue to patronize for a long time.

Extension of priority measures to prevent the spread. Although the phrase "state of emergency" may sound somewhat softened when paired, it seems that the number of new infections is increasing more than during the declaration. Therefore, it is important to be even more careful in choosing where to go. Visiting a store that does not take measures against COVID-19 is extremely risky. In that regard, this store is safe and secure, allowing you to fully enjoy the fascinating seafood with a drink. The crispy and shiny white cuttlefish. The freshness of the scallops is a must-try at this store. The extremely fresh bonito. It is perfectly seared. Furthermore, the homemade shumai by the owner, Tsuyoshi Nozaki, is incredibly delicious. It is filled with crunchy vegetables and meat, making it a superb dish. Enjoying these dishes while savoring a drink is a delightful experience. Let's all work together to lift the state of emergency early and return to the days where we can socialize without time restrictions, and regain that sense of normalcy.

My wife and daughter went in ahead of me. I can feel the scene of them entering the restaurant, and it makes me realize that there is only a little time left before I can experience it myself. I made a reservation assuming that the state of emergency would be lifted, but as you know, it was extended. I want to make it clear that whether the declaration is extended or not, I drink when I want to drink, at my own pace. It's just my style, like the old days when Ochiai Hiromitsu was hitting home runs like crazy. Now, as for tonight's dishes, we have seared throat black, simmered golden eye snapper, and marinated mackerel to finish. I will pair them with premium sake such as Murao and Maou on the rocks. Additionally, we have whitefish tempura, a chilled salad with tomatoes and myoga, and deep-fried taro roots that are dangerously delicious. Especially the taro roots are unbelievably tasty, so I highly recommend trying them when you visit our restaurant.

When it comes to premium shochu, the 3Ms are Morioh, Mura, and Maoh. Mura, one of the 3Ms, is a gem created by the representative of Mura Shuzo, Mr. Mura Toshihiko, in small quantities with great care. This gem can be enjoyed at our shop in Nogata with excellent cost performance. Drinking this premium potato shochu on the rocks is truly an adult's delight. "Ah, incredibly delicious."

During the period of the state of emergency declaration, I always had a thought lingering in my mind. After the declaration is lifted, the first place I want to visit, the place I should visit, where would it be? I asked my wife, eldest son, and eldest daughter. The unanimous decision of the whole family was, "We want to go to Yotaro." Yotaro, after about half a year, still exudes the same cleanliness and dignified atmosphere as before. The dishes served are still perfect. The bill is also very reasonable. Despite the ongoing discussions about the re-issuance of the state of emergency (as of July 18, 2020), the time spent at this restaurant seems to blow away all the various concerns. I want to avoid crowds, maintain physical distance, and slowly enjoy the delight of the neighborhood of Nogata.

On our 25th wedding anniversary, my 24-year-old wife and I decided to celebrate at Yotaro, a top-notch Japanese restaurant in Nogata. We chose a fugu course for the occasion, but unfortunately, I was feeling unwell with aches, fatigue, stomach pain, and back pain. Despite this, I managed to taste the exquisite flavors of the fugu dish before succumbing to illness. Yotaro lived up to its reputation, and I will definitely be back for a rematch in the early days of Reiwa 2.

Today, we visited the Japanese restaurant Yotaro with a total of 6 people around 7 pm to celebrate a friend's birthday. The restaurant was quite busy. We started with a toast with barley shochu called Yamasaru, which was kept in a bottle, mixed with hot water. Normally, I only drink highballs, but shochu goes better with Japanese food. Later, octopus and shellfish sashimi arrived! Both octopus and shellfish looked very fresh, and their texture and taste were amazing. Shochu definitely goes well with sashimi. Then, we had buttered clams, which were large and delicious with a flavorful broth. Despite being conscious of salt intake, I couldn't help but enjoy the taste. We also had fried chicken, grilled fish, grilled oysters, tempura of conger eel, and everything was delicious, making us drink more alcohol. Finally, we decided to go with chicken meatball miso hot pot because winter calls for hot pot. The taste was great, and we enjoyed plenty of vegetables while having lively conversations, warming both our hearts and bodies. We finished with udon noodles, even though we were already full, because they were just too delicious to resist. When it came time to pay, we had opened two bottles of the shochu that was kept, shared among about 3 people, and we were all in high spirits.

Tonight is my daughter's birthday. I left my workplace in Suidobashi in a hurry and headed to Yotarou, a reliable Japanese restaurant in Nogata, known for its outstanding taste. The highlight of tonight's meal was the striped horse mackerel, squid, firefly squid, seared throat blackfish, ark shell, garlic butter oysters, deep-fried white shrimp, Caribbean salad, and conger eel tempura. Haha, just kidding, not all of them. The head chef, Tsuyoshi Nozaki, may look intimidating like in the movie Outrage, but he is a friendly and pleasant man, so feel free to tease him when you visit. ^_^

Shop owner Tsuyoshi Nozaki serves Japanese cuisine with passion and soul. Each dish is carefully prepared and presented beautifully, enhancing the feeling of happiness. On Shuichi's 48th birthday, his daughter, a freshman in the workforce, treated him to a meal and a drink, making him feel incredibly fortunate. Tsuyoshi Nozaki and his staff, including the lovely hostess, are truly unmatched, and Shuichi's family is filled with gratitude.

At the authentic Japanese restaurant Yotaro in Nogata, the Usui family held their year-end party. Starting with a special fugu sashimi, the exquisite menu delighted everyone. It was a time of happiness and gratitude to the owner, Mr. Tsuyoshi Nozaki (Gorilla).

My son went on a trip to Kyushu with his friends from high school. After finishing their respective jobs, they met up with their wives and daughters at "Yotaro" in Nogata for a drink. The first of the season, the mackerel sashimi had a fantastic fatty texture. The raw whale sashimi, delivered directly from Antarctica, was incredibly delicious, reminiscent of lean horse sashimi. The eel tempura, enjoyed with pink salt, was light and crispy, fried with care. A salad of myoga and tomato marinated in a way that evokes late summer. They are enjoying a blissful moment in the town of Nogata, with their families, on the eve of a day off.
