Soy sauce basil pasta (500 yen) and a 10-ingredient salad (170 yen). After finishing my errands at the Kasumigaseki Building, it was lunchtime so I decided to eat here on the 1st floor. However, there was a huge crowd of people. It was drizzling that day, and with not many restaurants around the Kasumigaseki area, many people working in the building had come down to the restaurant floor. I noticed a particularly long line ahead with Mr. Hungry at the front. I had been wanting to try this place for a while but had not done so for another reason. Lately, I have been watching my blood sugar levels and avoiding refined foods and carbohydrates. However, this place is known for its signature dish - Rome-style spaghetti cooked with butter. Combining carbohydrates with butter is something that people with diabetes should definitely avoid. But I couldn't pass up this opportunity, thinking that if I missed it, I would never eat this dish and die. I joined the line. The restaurant was naturally full. There were a few menu options, but when it comes to Rome-style spaghetti, it's always basil. Suddenly, I saw a salad on the whiteboard. And it was only 170 yen. Eating fiber would have a positive impact on my blood sugar levels, and it would also help alleviate the guilt of eating spaghetti. The salad arrived, and it was a huge amount. Mainly cabbage with a few other vegetables piled high, topped with thousand island dressing. When I saw this, I was convinced that the guilt of eating Rome-style spaghetti would disappear. When I was about halfway through the fiber, the soy sauce basil pasta appeared. It looked like less than the salad at first glance. It was a regular size, so it was expected. With some powdered cheese and Tabasco, it didn't take long for me to feel satisfied and pleasantly full. Both the spaghetti and the salad had great value for the price.

Arrived around 11:15 on Monday. Entered without waiting. Ordered Shoyu Basil ramen for 500 yen with extra noodles for 100 yen. It arrived in about 5 minutes. Delicious from the first bite. The thick noodles are coated with soy sauce flavor, and the vegetables are sweet. The refreshing flavor of the large basil leaves makes it easy to keep eating. If you take it to go, you get a 100 yen discount. Very affordable! They don't accept transportation IC cards, but they do accept QR code payments. Thank you for the meal.

Around 11:30 for lunch. The atmosphere was like a favorite spot for salarymen (near Kasumigaseki). The turnover was fast so I was able to get in without waiting. I planned to get takeout since there was a 100 yen discount, but I didn't realize they only accepted cash, so I ended up eating inside. It was my first time, so I tried the Napolitan. The noodles were thick and chewy, cooked with bacon, onions, and other ingredients in fresh ketchup with a slightly burnt flavor. Sprinkled with powdered cheese and Tabasco, it felt nostalgic!

I wanted to try Lome Spa at the Balboa Toranomon store, and today I came for lunch at 11:10 am for a meeting at 1 pm. The place was about half full at that time. It's about a little over 10 minutes from Toranomon Station. I ordered the Soy Basilico (500 yen), which consists of pork, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, shiso leaves, tomatoes, garlic soy sauce. It took about 10 minutes to be ready after ordering. Lome Spa stands for "road surface spaghetti," where the noodles are cooked once and then baked with the ingredients. The portion size is not as big as Balboa, but it's cheaper at 500 yen compared to 750 yen. It had a slightly burnt taste, which is different from Balboa. The taste was average, but it was a true Lome Spa experience. I left the restaurant at 11:40 am, and there was a long line waiting outside for both dine-in and takeout. Many people ordered the large portion (+100 yen) or salad (170 yen), so I plan to come with a bigger appetite next time!

The last time I came at night and was surprised by the great value for the price. This time, I ordered the Kinoko Butter Shoyu (mushroom butter soy sauce) for 550 yen. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The toppings included shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, bacon, onions, and mentaiko butter soy sauce. The thick noodles were cooked in a way that they had a chewy and firm texture similar to yakisoba. The main flavor was soy sauce, but the butter added richness, depth, and a hint of creaminess. The oil was a bit excessive, but it went down smoothly and the umami flavor gathered in the oily broth. While the amount of toppings wasn't excessive, they were enough to mix well with the noodles, ranging from vegetables to mushrooms and meat, providing a variety of flavors. The presence of mushrooms in the dish was notable, adding an interesting texture and enhancing the overall taste. Although the quality of the toppings wasn't exceptional, the crunchy texture of the onions stood out as a nice touch among the softer spaghetti. When I left around 11:45 am, there was already a line forming, so it seemed like there might be a considerable wait despite the seemingly fast turnover.

There is a spaghetti restaurant near Toranomon Gate. They take pride in their extremely low prices in this area, attracting many salarymen. I ordered the large portion of mushroom butter soy sauce spaghetti for 650 yen. The noodles were thick and just to my liking, and the seasoning was just right, very delicious. It would be great to have a place like this near my workplace.

I went to work in Kasumigaseki with two colleagues. We decided to have an early lunch and visited this place. We waited in line for a bit, got seated at a table, and checked the menu. I ordered the regular size of "mushrooms with butter soy sauce" and soup. We quickly received the "pickled cabbage," which helped cleanse the palate. Then, the "mushrooms with butter soy sauce" dish arrived. I sprinkled plenty of "powdered cheese" and "Tabasco" as usual, enhancing the flavors of the various mushrooms and the butter soy sauce. I added more cheese halfway through and finished the meal and drink. Thank you for the delicious meal. I will visit again.

I visited this restaurant around 1:00 pm on a regular day after seeing good reviews. It is located on the first floor of the Kasumigaseki Building, so most customers are office workers. There were about 5 people waiting outside, but the turnover was quick and I was inside in about 5 minutes. Initially, I was planning to have the Napoli pasta, but I ended up ordering the weekly special pasta - Octopus Ragout with spinach for 750 yen. The portion of noodles was small. I ordered it with a soup and salad set, which totaled to 970 yen. The Napoli and Meat pasta were served quickly, but the special pasta took a bit longer. The octopus was quite tender with a soy sauce-based seasoning that was quite salty. The amount of vegetables was quite small, but the baked pasta was really delicious. The staff was energetic and the restaurant was almost full, showing that it's a popular spot. Thank you for the meal.

[Visit Date: Mid-May 2023] I visited around 5:30 PM on a weekday, and the rating at the time of the visit was 3.49. I went for dinner. Unlike lunchtime, there was no wait to get in, which was nice. This time, I ordered the Shoyu Basilico in a large portion (tax included ¥600). It was cheap. They said it would take some time to be served, but it was ready in 5 minutes. The garlic flavor was delicious, and the pork was also good. Surprisingly, the powdered cheese on the table went well with it. This is a restaurant I had always wanted to visit. I arrived around 1 pm while on a work trip. There were two people ahead of me, but the turnover was quick and I was seated right away. They took my order when seating me, so it's best to decide in advance to make things smoother. I ordered the mushroom butter soy sauce with extra noodles for 550 yen + 100 yen for the extra noodles. It arrived in about 5 minutes. It was cooked well and didn't feel too oily. The extra noodles made it quite filling. I like the pickled cabbage that comes as a side dish, but there was less of it, probably due to high prices. Many people who ordered after me chose the minced meat or cod roe toppings. I visited here again today. I lined up before opening, got seated at the counter, and started with a serving of "Oshibori" and "Pickled Cabbage". Today, I ordered the "Napolitan" in a large portion. It's a bit hard to eat with a fork, so I used chopsticks to eat the pickled cabbage first to refresh my mouth while waiting for the Napolitan to arrive. Once it did, I sprinkled plenty of powdered cheese and Tabasco, mixed it all together, and the taste of ketchup was delicious. It's called "baked spaghetti" and indeed, there were crispy burnt parts on the pasta which added a nice touch and made it even more delicious. I added more powdered cheese and Tabasco halfway through, and finished the meal feeling full. Thank you for the delicious meal. I will definitely come back again.

Mr. Hungry visited the restaurant for the second time. This time, he tried the tarako spaghetti after enjoying the classic Napolitan last time. The staff were busy but efficient, and the order arrived in about 8 minutes. Unlike the Napolitan, the tarako spaghetti had a soy sauce-based flavor, making the noodles more fragrant. The tarako was cooked just right, with some parts still slightly rare, which added to the deliciousness. And all of this for only 550 yen... Is it really okay? After about two years, I went back to Mr. Hungry, a restaurant known for its baked spaghetti. I saw on their website that the "Baked Spaghetti of the Month" for this month is the Chili Con Carne Meat menu (from 4/24 to 4/28). I decided to go on the first day. As usual, the place was crowded. I quickly ordered the Chili Con Carne Meat for 600 yen plus a large serving for an extra 100 yen (tax included). They served pickled cabbage right away. It seemed like the portion size had decreased compared to before, but that's okay. I noticed another customer ordering the "Special" menu item. I wondered what that was. Looking at the store's guide, I found out that there was a special menu from 4/17 to 4/28 featuring squid and selva chico with salt sauce. I had no idea about this special menu. I should remember that. After waiting for 6 minutes, my Chili Con Carne Meat was served. The baked spaghetti was a deep brown color from the chili con carne. The toppings included onions, shimeji mushrooms, mixed beans, chili con carne meat sauce, and parsley. It was cooked well. The spiciness of the chili gradually builds up. The onions and shimeji mushrooms were a bit scarce, but as I ate further, the mixed beans came out. The beans were sweet. Adding powdered cheese halfway through enhanced the mildness and richness of the dish. The 2.2mm Roman noodles were soft with a chewy texture, making them enjoyable to eat. I'm looking forward to trying the Chili Con Carne Meat for this month's baked spaghetti. It was a delicious meal.

I went to the restaurant alone for work, so I arrived here early. I was the first in line before the store opened. I was seated and ordered the "extra large meat" dish. I was served pickled cabbage and a cold dish as appetizers, and then my spaghetti arrived. I sprinkled plenty of powdered cheese and Tabasco sauce on top, and it was delicious. I used to frequent this place about 10 years ago when my office was in Tameike-Sanno. Recently, I've been a regular at Yakiniku Tamakige, also located in Kasumigaseki Dining, where you can enjoy the amazingly delicious Tamura beef. However, on this particular day, I arrived too late and missed out on lunch. Feeling disappointed, I searched around and rediscovered the nostalgic Mr. Hungry, so I decided to revisit. They offer classic menu items like Napolitan soy sauce, basil, salt, basil, Italian, cod roe, mushroom butter soy sauce, and keema curry, as well as five varieties of grilled spaghetti for the month. Each priced at 600 yen, with the option to add extra servings for an additional fee. I ordered the mushroom butter soy sauce in a regular size. First, they served pickled cabbage and water, followed by the grilled spaghetti. The aroma of butter soy sauce filled my mouth and it was incredibly delicious. Unlike other Roman-style spaghetti dishes like Barboa or Pancho, this one had a nice crispy texture and a fragrant aroma. It's a taste that will definitely get you hooked. Thank you for the meal. The restaurant has a fast food feel, so waiting felt a bit like that, but once I took a bite, the deliciousness made me forget about the wait. QR code payment was available, but transportation IC cards were not accepted. By the time I left, there were over 20 people waiting in line.
