Located in Komagome, Tokyo, Chef Daniel's is an Italian restaurant run by Chef Daniel himself. The interior has a pop-style American diner vibe, with beloved 80s American pop music playing, creating a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant opens at 11 am and quickly fills up with locals, families, and visitors exploring nearby attractions like Furukawa Garden and Rikugien Garden. The lunch menu includes Bolognese fresh pasta, Carbonara fresh pasta, shrimp and basil sauce, mixed pizza, pepperoni mushroom pizza, and Hawaiian pizza (ham and pineapple), among others, all served with salad, baguette, and a drink. I tried the Chef's Special Seafood Cream Sauce fresh pasta, which was delicious with clams, shrimp, and salmon in a creamy sauce with a touch of sweetness from bell peppers. The seafood flavors stood out nicely, and the cream sauce had just the right consistency. The side salad was generous, and the garlic toast was a nice touch. The iced coffee was served generously in a large mug with milk on the side. The friendly service and the chef's Canadian background added to the charm of the place. Overall, the experience was delightful, with high-quality ingredients and great flavors.

I visited the restaurant when it opened at 11:00 on Sunday. I came to Asukayama for cherry blossom viewing, but unfortunately it was raining. I walked to Komagome in search of a place to eat and found this place. I ordered the Raw Pasta with Shrimp & Basil for 1,200 yen and a hot coffee. As the name suggests, the pasta is raw. It is much thicker and chewier than regular pasta. Regular pasta is delicious, but raw pasta is even more delicious. I wonder why it's not more popular. Perhaps it's because it's more labor-intensive and difficult to make. The pasta had a strong basil flavor, and it was rich yet refreshing. It was delicious.

On a Sunday afternoon, we visited this restaurant with our family in the middle of shopping. In conclusion, it is worth revisiting. We ordered lunch sets - I had Carbonara, my daughter had Bolognese, and my wife had Hawaiian pizza, with an additional cost for white wine. The Carbonara was delicious, so this place is definitely a good choice. The white wine was reasonably priced and had a refreshing taste. It was served chilled, perfect for waiting. My wife and daughter's soft drinks were also generously sized and enjoyable. After a salad, we waited for about 10 minutes for the main pasta dishes to arrive. The fresh pasta had a firm texture and was delicious, with a rich and flavorful sauce. It was really tasty. This place offers a unique taste, different from typical Italian restaurants, and it's no wonder they sometimes have long lines. We all finished our meals quickly. My daughter already wants to come back next week. Thank you, the meal was delicious. We will definitely visit again.

I visited an Italian restaurant run by a Canadian chef for the first time. It was past 1 pm and the restaurant was full, but luckily a table opened up and I was seated right away. I ordered the "Chef's Special" (tax included 1350 yen), which was a seafood cream pasta. The fresh pasta had a nice chewy texture. It was loaded with shrimp, clams, and salmon, and the caramelized onions added a delicious aroma. The cream sauce had a rich flavor from garlic and cheese. The set came with coffee served in a mug with the restaurant's name printed on it. The portion was generous and the service was excellent.

I visited for lunch. The local popular restaurant was almost full. The waiting time for the food was short, and the friendly young male staff members smoothly handled the small interior space. Both the Bolognese and Caesar salad had a warm and inviting flavor that seemed to reflect the chef's personality. I would like to try their extensive menu next time for dinner! Thank you for the meal.

The chewy pasta is delicious. I love the shrimp & basil flavor. The hot coffee has a nice aroma and tastes like chocolate. I wonder what kind of beans they use. The atmosphere is stylish, the salad and dressing are delicious, I love everything!

A chef with a shaved head and a strong build is seen cooking efficiently from his seat. Despite being full, the food is served in about 5 minutes after ordering. Fast work! The fresh pasta with shrimp and basil is delicious. The texture is chewy and the aroma of basil spreads in the mouth. The Hawaiian pizza made from a crispy crust is also tasty. The ham, cheese, and pineapple blend together with a hint of sweetness. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I had some errands to run in Komagome and decided to stop by Rikugien Gardens for lunch. I was too tired to check out the Vietnamese restaurant, organic food store, and Japanese restaurant I had in mind, so I ended up at this Italian cafe near the station. It was run by a foreign chef and there was a long line due to the Golden Week holiday. I put my name down and waited for a table. The menu outside highlighted fresh pasta and lasagna. After a while, I was seated and ordered the chef's special seafood pasta. The salad that came first was nothing special, with vegetables that seemed a bit lackluster. The seafood cream cheese pasta arrived next, with a nicely emulsified cream sauce. However, the quality of the seafood was disappointing, which was a shame considering the good sauce. Well, I guess for 1100 yen near the station, it's understandable. I finished the rich sauce, had a coffee, which was average, and left. Maybe the quality is better at night. Note: I'm on a diet, so I'm reducing my intake of fats in regular meals. The rich sauce kept me full for a long time, so I ended up skipping dinner and just had a protein shake.

I always noticed someone waiting outside around lunchtime, which made me curious. Despite being a street-side shop, I could relax inside without worrying too much about the outside. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza. The generous amount of salty cheese and the sweetness of the pineapple were incredibly delicious. I definitely want to go back again.

Daniel's Chef@Komagome, around 11:45 on weekdays. About 2-3 of the cozy and cute interior was filled. By 12:00, it was almost full. It feels like a popular local favorite. The atmosphere is calm, and both the chef and the staff are kind and wonderful. I felt very comfortable. I ordered the Bolognese lunch set for 1100 yen. It's common to have a drink and salad included, but I was surprised by the size of the drink. It was American-sized, haha. The salad had a slightly Japanese-style dressing, which made it easy to eat. The Bolognese had plenty of grated cheese, and the meat sauce part had a simple and gentle flavor. Delicious. But most of all, I was captivated by the unique chewy texture of fresh pasta! It's so delicious...! The thick flat noodles, which mix well with the sauce, seem to go well with Carbonara more than Bolognese! I want to try Carbonara next time! Thank you for the meal.

Chef Daniel's, located about a 3-minute walk from Komagome Station North Exit on the JR Yamanote Line, is a popular Italian restaurant known for its fresh pasta and pizza made by a foreign chef. During my visit for lunch, I ordered a plate with various items such as pasta, chicken, and bread. It came with a salad and a drink. The pasta was chewy and delicious, and the chicken with spicy BBQ sauce was tender and tasty. Mixing the pasta sauce with the garlic bread was amazing. Next time, I think I'll try the pizza! 😄

A friend invited me to this restaurant after a round of golf on Sunday. We arrived at 5:30 pm, and we were the only customers at that time. The atmosphere was cozy and Italian, and we enjoyed some beer while reflecting on our golf game. We ordered a Caesar salad with roast chicken and calamari fries, which were delicious and served in generous portions. We also ordered lasagna but decided to save it for later as we were still enjoying our beer. As more customers arrived, the restaurant became lively. The lasagna finally arrived and it was delicious. Chef Daniel came out to see us off, and we found him to be a kind and dignified person, much like the lasagna we had just enjoyed. We will definitely be back to Chef Daniel's.

I learned about this dinner course from a friend who lives in Komagome! It was very reasonably priced!! The chicken was a bit spicy and too hot for me as I don't like spicy food, but the taste was delicious♪ Also, the portion size was huge and I was really full! The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and the atmosphere was great~!

During the last dog grooming session of 2020, I found myself in need of a lunch spot after missing out on my planned meal of blowfish tempura. Luckily, I stumbled upon an Italian restaurant called "Chef Daniel's" across the street. The cozy restaurant was almost full, but I managed to get a table. I decided to share a couple of dishes with a friend, opting for the Chef's Special (fresh pasta with small shrimp and clams in a tomato cream sauce) and the Bolognese pasta. The Chef's Special was delicious with its chewy and flavorful pasta, while the Bolognese had a nice texture with chunky vegetables and minced meat. The Tiramisu, however, was a bit disappointing as it was firmer than expected. The service from the two friendly and attentive staff members made the dining experience enjoyable. Overall, it was a satisfying meal at Chef Daniel's.

Chef Daniel runs an Italian restaurant. I chose the course menu which included drinks, appetizers, main course, and dessert. The lasagna, available only for one day, was incredibly delicious, I highly recommend trying it. However, the cheesecake was too sweet, and it made me feel sick halfway through. The staff were very kind and helpful, even accommodating a baby stroller. I was able to have a conversation with Daniel, who seems to be from Canada. Very kind and friendly!

I had a lunch of Bolognese. It came with salad, drink, pasta, and bread, making it feel like a good deal. The salad had marinated carrots on top, which was a bit unusual. The pasta was fresh and chewy, like thin udon noodles. It had large pieces of ingredients, giving it a satisfying texture. The sauce was richly flavored. It seems like it would go well with alcohol. I'd like to come back for dinner next time.

Komagome I want to eat American-style pizza, so I went to a place called Daniel's. The kid with me is in 4th grade and will be in 5th grade in the spring! Seems like he's entering his rebellious phase, being quite cheeky (^_^;) He didn't even listen when I said to wait a moment for me to take a picture, and ended up eating one slice already! Even dogs can wait, you know (ノД`) Anyway, this place has a cozy atmosphere and serves delicious American-style pizza and pasta, which Daniel is proud of making. I had the half size Caesar salad with roast chicken, and it was quite a generous portion! The chicken was delicious! The pasta I ordered was a rich Carbonara with a separate plate for spicy oil and egg yolk. It came with garlic toast too. The creamy sauce was rich, especially when mixed with the egg yolk! I paired my meal with a Chardonnay from South Africa, which had a slightly acidic and bitter taste. The pizza I ordered was a small size Mixed Pizza, with olives removed as I'm not a fan of them. It was chewy and delicious! American-style pizza is also great! Bon appétit! (#^.^#)

About a 3-minute walk from Komagome Station, head out of the west exit and down the hill to the right. You'll see a stylish blue sign on your left. For some reason, they don't seem to be open at night. Lunch is a good deal at 1000 yen, including salad, pasta, and a drink. The place is popular with Komagome ladies, and the cozy interior is bustling. They offer three types of pasta: Bolognese, Carbonara, and a recommended option. The pasta sauces are more American than Italian, with a dynamic flavor. They use fresh pasta, cooked on the softer side. Maybe the chef isn't Italian after all, possibly French? If you're craving a hearty pasta lunch, this is the place to go!

There is an Italian restaurant near Komagome Station where a foreign chef cooks the dishes while the service staff are Japanese. The menu consists of pasta and pizza. I visited with a friend in the evening, shared a vegetable plate as an appetizer, and ordered Bolognese pasta as my main dish. The pasta was made with fresh pasta and had a chewy texture that was quite delicious. The atmosphere is casual and it seems like a place where you can have a quick and easy meal. The menu is not very extensive, so it's not a place for authentic Italian dining, but more like a casual spot for pasta, similar to a family restaurant.

I visited "ChefDaniel’s" on a certain holiday in April around 1:00 PM. The restaurant is located about a 2-minute walk from Komagome Station. The small dining area was about 80% full with customers. I sat at a small table with a friend and ordered the "Fresh Pasta (Shrimp & Basil)" for ¥1,000. A drink was included, so I requested an iced coffee. I was served a large iced coffee and enjoyed my meal. After the drink, a salad was brought to us. The vegetables in the salad were nothing special, but the dressing had a good flavor. The shrimp & basil fresh pasta had a rich flavor and was a bit heavy, but the fresh pasta was good. The combination of flat pasta and rich sauce was not bad. The pasta was satisfying and the regular portion size was enough. I enjoyed the basil sauce until the end by soaking it up with bread. Overall, it was a decent pasta lunch. It may not be to everyone's taste as it was oily, but I personally prefer a lighter pasta. The restaurant had a clean and cafe-like atmosphere, with mostly female customers. I did find the number of paintings on the walls a bit excessive. It would be a good place for a lunch outing with female friends.
