If you drive straight down Roppongi Street and continue straight through the Roppongi 2-chome intersection, then turn right at the next traffic light, you will arrive at the hotel's driveway. By train, you can reach the ANA InterContinental Hotel Tokyo from the Tameike-Sanno Station, which is close to the Prime Minister's residence, by walking through the station passage for about 5 minutes from the ticket gate. This buffet is not only known for its high quality cuisine, but also for its seasonal fairs, making it a popular name when it comes to "Tokyo hotel buffets." It is frequently featured on TV and magazines, often being compared to The Terrace/Westin Hotel Tokyo as one of the top hotel buffets in Tokyo. The buffet emphasizes a sense of "live cooking" with chefs cutting roast dishes, cooking grilled dishes in front of you, and baking stone oven pizzas right before your eyes. Additionally, they hold limited edition fairs with seasonal concepts, offering regional dishes from Japan and around the world. With over 100 dishes available, it is known for being a challenging buffet to conquer. The restaurant has a luxurious and open atmosphere with a large atrium and one glass wall, providing a warm and elegant ambiance that showcases the cuisine. The lighting is in warm tones that complement the dishes, and the decor of the chairs and tables is of high quality, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. With 185 seats and an ample number of floor staff and chefs, the buffet stations are well distributed throughout the spacious restaurant, making it less prone to common buffet issues like food shortages and long lines. Even on a Saturday night when I visited, the "Ikura all-you-can-eat" corner was slightly crowded right after the buffet started, but it quickly settled down. Moreover, the meat dishes and pizza corner were set up in different locations, so there was almost no waiting time for dishes. Every winter to early spring, the Cascade Cafe hosts the "Hokkaido Dinner Buffet," which I visited for the 5 pm session. The seating begins about 10 minutes before the buffet starts. The line forms on the side of the passageway at the entrance of the Cascade Cafe, opposite the water object, along the partition from the concierge counter where a notebook PC is placed. Until the buffet starts, relax at your table. The "Hokkaido Dinner Buffet 2018" runs until May 31, 2018, featuring winter ingredients until the end of March and seafood ingredients including Genghis Khan and spring vegetables in April and May. The dinner buffet price is 8,152 yen (as of March 2018), including consumption tax and service charge, with discounts available for reservations made through the official website. Here are some examples of the "Hokkaido Dinner Buffet Menu": Salad - Hokkaido octopus and seafood salad - Vegetable sticks with bagna cauda - Mixed leaf, seaweed salad, and other fresh vegetables. Appetizers - Prosciutto - Smoked salmon - Caprese with Hokkaido mozzarella cheese and tomatoes - Toppings include dried tomatoes, black olives, raisins, and various nuts - Hokkaido sausage with crispy Hokkaido raclette cheese - Other regular appetizers are beautifully displayed like jewels. Hot dishes - Uni chawanmushi - Escalope - Zangi (deep-fried young chicken) - Hokkaido potato gratin - Escabeche - Pasta - Roast chicken - Shrimp shumai, crab shumai - Other items include lamb roast cooked on the rotisserie and more than 10 meat dishes and over 10 fish dishes. Grill corner - Roast beef

They regularly hold fairs, and I always end up making a reservation during the Hokkaido Fair. The attention to detail during this Hokkaido Fair was impressive, with ingredients sourced from Hokkaido and even the cheese being from Hokkaido. The roast beef with horseradish was also from Hokkaido. While many hotel buffets have increased their prices, this one was quite reasonable. What's amazing is that they don't charge extra for coffee or tea after the meal. The appetizers were all elaborate and delicious. One of the highlights was the crab, scallop, and mussel corner, each with its own sauce. The mango sweet chili sauce with the mussels was exceptional and paired well with wine. They had a wonderful cheese corner, and I was delighted to see Tête de Moine. The sliced cheese with blueberry jam was a delightful combination. I enjoyed the cheese and cold dishes with wine, and while I only had the roast beef from the hot dishes, I was very satisfied with the buffet. This place made me think that this is the only hotel buffet worth visiting from now on.

Hello, this is your food servant "Solitary Gourmet ⭐️". After a series of dining out, I felt like taking a break alone, so I went to "Adam and Eve" in Roppongi for a full course treatment from full-body scrub to cucumber pack, while sipping on fresh watermelon juice and indulging in relaxation. Suddenly, I received a message on WhatsApp in broken English. Is this a prank? Lately, there are a lot of shady things happening on this app. Oh, it's from a chef I met in Peru. The Peruvian chef said, "Hey, I'm in Tokyo now, come to Roppongi. Let's have fun at night." I'm right in the middle of Roppongi now. Oh, it's at ANA InterContinental? I checked their website, and they are really hosting a Peruvian food festival. I asked if they have Tiger's Milk, and the chef said, "Of course, how can a Peruvian restaurant not have Ceviche? I'll let you drink as much Tiger's Milk as you want in a jug, haha. Leave Tokyo nightlife to the Solitary Gourmet!" Funny, leave it to me, I'm going! It's been a while, ANA InterContinental. This café is amazing, they host various festivals regularly, which requires both big capital and talented people. I respect them a lot for the diverse arrangements and cultural exchanges they do. I said, "Hello, I think I have a lunch reservation for two. I'm the Solitary Gourmet ⭐️." The staff welcomed me and offered a seat. They mentioned that I have 90 minutes, and all the drinks are free except for the Peruvian ones. I decided to try the Quinoa Salad, two types of Ceviche, and a separate cup of Tiger's Milk. This should help me recover after a quick nap. Sorry for leaving you all behind. Ceviche and Tiger's Milk are traditional Peruvian dishes. Ceviche is a marinated fish or seafood dish with lemon or lime juice, onions, and tomatoes. Tiger's Milk is a Peruvian drink made with fish marinate juice called Leche de Tigre. It's known for its unique taste and health benefits.

I have been to this restaurant many times and it holds a lot of memories for me. When I went for dinner recently after a long time, the young male waiter who was assigned to our table did not respond when I raised my hand to call him, and when he finally brought the coffee, he just placed it without saying anything. It left me feeling a bit uneasy, as the service is usually very good. Maybe he was a new employee? Despite that, I enjoyed the delicious food with my eyes and taste buds, and chose to forget about the waiter's attitude. I will definitely visit again!!

It's been a while since I last visited Cascade. It was a dinner gathering so I didn't take many photos, but the atmosphere and taste were great as always! The all-you-can-eat option was much appreciated. I'd love to go back for a feast next time, privately (laughs). Thank you for the meal.

Crab Revenge Match! (`・ω・´) I visited the buffet at the ANA InterContinental Hotel in Roppongi Ichome. The theme for the day was Hokkaido & Summer Fruits. The highlight here is the seafood. Snow crabs, scallops, soft shrimp, blue mussels, all served with a variety of sauces like curry tartar, kelp mayonnaise, crab vinegar, mango sweet chili sauce, etc. As someone who aims to eat three times more crustaceans than humans in their lifetime, this was heaven. The space was spacious and elegant, despite the close seating. The menu had a wide variety of options. Starting with appetizers, the red meat melon and prosciutto, beet and orange, shrimp salad, smoked mayonnaise with squid and celery were all delicious. I skipped the soup to save room for the seafood. The snow crab that day was particularly delicious, especially when dipped in crab vinegar. The peeled shrimp with kelp mayo or mango sweet chili sauce was also amazing (*ˊᗜˋ*)♡ The shell bowl quickly piled up, but they were quick to replace it while you were away from your seat. Now for the hot dishes. Unfortunately, the roast beef was not to my liking as it was made from imported beef. The roasted pork belly and roast Inca's Awakening with anchovy butter and squid with salty lemon flavor were particularly delicious. The buttery salty squid was so tasty (*´﹃`*) The herb butter grilled scallops were also great. This is a rare repeat-worthy buffet find. The lack of a soft drink bar was a downside, but coffee or tea was included, and the delicious crab made up for it. The weekday-only plan was priced at 6,500 yen including tax, making it a great deal.

Macaron set for 2800 yen with tea, live piano performance, and Zoom conference available. It was elegant but not necessary, haha. I thought there would be around three macarons, but was surprised by the double amount. The macarons were small, easy to eat, and just delicious!

It's been a while since I visited Cascade Cafe. They have a wide variety of desserts which made me happy. They also offer several choices of dressings, salts, vinegars, and olive oil for the salad, so there are plenty of options to enjoy. I was able to eat as much as I wanted of what I liked and felt happy.

I made a lunch reservation on a regular day, using One Harmony which includes one drink. Just to note, a draft beer costs 1,540 yen. There are many options to choose from, so it's impossible to try them all. The dishes I found delicious were the appetizers, fish, and dessert fruits. The curry was also spicy and tasty. They have soft serve ice cream in two flavors, vanilla and melon. The tables are a bit small, but they quickly cleared away our empty plates, which was nice. Lastly, you can order coffee or tea. Overall, I think the quality is high.

Weekday night visit. Although it is a 120-minute system, I stayed for about 90 minutes because I rushed in at the last minute. ▼Dinner buffet @7700 I didn't take many photos, but there were many Hokkaido specialties at the Hokkaido Fair, so I was at a loss for what to eat. Everything was delicious, but what I especially enjoyed was the crab that I didn't have high expectations for!! It was packed with meat, sweet, and delicious, and I couldn't stop eating it ( ´▽`) The staff were very kind, teaching me how to enjoy the food and responding kindly to requests, making the time even more enjoyable (*´︶`*) It was nice to be able to have coffee or tea after the meal. Personally, the iced tea was really delicious! Overall, the quality of each item was high and satisfying! Even the small tart crusts in the dessert section, which are often mushy and crumbly at hotel buffets, were all crispy here, and I felt the attention to detail even in a small tart. There was also a cheese corner that cheese lovers and wine lovers would love, and I enjoyed it from start to finish. I will definitely go back!

I felt excited and impressed by the unique menu items such as crab and lots of cheese that are not found in other hotel buffets. It was during the Hokkaido Fair, and they even had Hokkaido-inspired dishes like miso ramen and melon ice cream. It was definitely unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The buffet theme changed from "Strawberry Sweets & French" to "Hokkaido & Summer Fruits," so I visited for dinner on a weekday after a long time. The buffet with a "Hokkaido" theme got me excited. Last time, I enjoyed the wine free-flow with my companion, but this time I focused on the buffet (coffee and tea included). As for the food, I enjoyed the sought-after snow crab (3 helpings) and other seafood, but the key roast beef of the buffet was disappointing. I wasn't expecting the quality of roast beef from the Imperial Hotel, which is in a different price range, but I wanted to see the pride of ANA InterContinental Hotel. Also, it was difficult to get the attention of the staff to order drinks. The guest next to me had their hand raised for about 20 seconds without being noticed, so they had to speak up to get a staff member. Despite the harsh comments, the extensive dessert lineup was impressive. Unfortunately, this time I have to lower the overall rating to 3.2.

I went to a lunch buffet! It was a 90-minute limit, but there were so many options that even if I had more time, I wouldn't be able to finish everything. The taste was very delicious, and there were plenty of desserts, so I was very satisfied. The drink options included flavored tea as the main choice.

I used the free ticket I got at the fair to go to the buffet. The roast beef was delicious!! They were also having a strawberry fair, so the desserts were all strawberry-themed and amazing. I especially enjoyed being able to try white strawberries and having chocolate fondue!

I used a discount at Lilo Club and went to a lunch buffet. About 90% of the customers were women, so the female ratio was very high. The menu was diverse, especially with a wide variety of desserts that I couldn't finish all. I would like to come back again.

At the ANA InterContinental Hotel Tokyo, on the 2nd floor of Tameike-Sanno Station, there is a restaurant called "Cascade Cafe" with a spacious atrium filled with an open and pleasant atmosphere. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, you can enjoy global cuisine with a French base at this restaurant. I visited the beloved Cascade Cafe from the former ANA Hotel for breakfast before a certain appointment. The main option was a buffet, but I decided to go with the "Continental Breakfast" instead. Today's smoothie was a blend of banana, komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), and apple, with a strong banana flavor and a refreshing touch from the apple's acidity. The bread selection included a crispy croissant, a fruit Danish (chocolate), and a soft roll. The fruit Danish was made of multiple layers of folded pastry with apple compote on top. I also had sugar-free muesli with low-fat milk, which contained raisins and almonds. For drinks, I chose decaffeinated coffee. The staff provided impeccable service with the hospitality that is expected from a hotel, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

I stayed at ANA InterContinental Hotel and had breakfast at Cascade Cafe. The buffet had interesting menu items, including made-to-order omelettes and a variety of cheeses. There were also mini donuts and mini hamburgers, which I enjoyed. I even tried a mini curry hamburger by putting curry on the patty. It was rare to see inari sushi (fried tofu pouch filled with sushi rice) on the menu. The coffee was quite bitter.

The famous "Cascade Cafe" offers a wide variety of seafood such as crab, scallops, and clams, and every dish was delicious! Since I went in April, the desserts were all about strawberries. The customers around me seemed wealthy or foreigners, which made me a bit nervous! But even regular people like me had a great time (lol).

The selection of French and strawberry desserts was satisfying, with a wide variety of strawberry desserts available. While there were plenty of dishes to choose from, there was a limited selection of rice dishes or bread-based main courses, with only cheese and bread accompaniments available. Drinks included coffee and tea, which were included in the price and available for refills, making it a good deal.

My son requested to go to ANA Intercontinental Hotel Tokyo. The main attraction was the Strawberry Sweets & French Dinner Buffet. Although my husband and I often use cafes for work, we had never been to the buffet corner before... It was the strawberry season, and the desserts were mainly focused on strawberries and looked so cute! There is also a dessert-only buffet, but our family couldn't be satisfied without trying both the Strawberry Sweets & French Dinner Buffet... The live kitchen featured roast beef that was incredibly juicy and tender, not like typical buffet meat! They sliced it fresh for each serving, keeping the meat tender and flavorful. And you can have it as many times as you want! The seafood selection included crab, shrimp, and scallops. I forgot to take a picture of the crab, but they had high-quality crabs that you would expect from a specialty store! The Basque-style bouillabaisse was full of ingredients and very delicious! The most recommended dish was the ratatouille, the best I've ever had... The variety of cheeses that paired well with wine, and the items you could enjoy in the lounge were all top-notch. Drinks such as tea and coffee were included in the buffet, and there were options for unlimited non-alcoholic drinks or sets with one drink included, as well as a free-flowing wine option. The dessert corner featured a chocolate fountain, which was enjoyable in both chocolate and strawberry versions. From fresh strawberries to strawberry macarons, strawberry baumkuchen, shortcake, strawberry manju, and more, there were so many options that it was hard to choose... The desserts looked cute and were of high quality, as expected from a hotel's sweets! Because it was a buffet style, both children and adults could eat as much as they wanted of their favorite foods, and all the dishes were truly delicious! Very satisfied. The quality at this price point was impressive! I will definitely go back again!!

I absolutely love this buffet and have visited it about four times during this fair! The theme is "A Journey through French Gastronomy," with a wide range of menu items from traditional French dishes to modern styles, including a variety of seafood such as crab, shrimp, and scallops. My favorites are the roast beef and desserts - I keep going back for more. The desserts, especially the Strawberry Ruby Chocolate Cream and Strawberry Custard Pudding, are my top picks. The buffet offers a Live Kitchen with roast beef, a seafood station with crab, shrimp, and scallops, as well as a variety of appetizers and salads. The warm dishes include Beef Bourguignon, Foie Gras Gratin, and more. The dessert selection changes daily and includes items like Strawberry Tart, Strawberry Rare Cheesecake, and more. The buffet is available on weekdays from 17:00 to 21:00 and on weekends and holidays from 17:00 to 22:00. Prices are ¥7,700 for adults and ¥3,850 for children on weekdays, and ¥8,900 for adults and ¥4,450 for children on weekends and holidays.
