January 25th: First visit. It was a good idea to have a light lunch before coming here. I had the course meal which I haven't had in a while. It's only 2 kilometers from my office to Yaesu, but the public transportation options are limited, so I walked there. I was hungry when I arrived, so I ate everything, including dessert. I don't dislike anything. I forgot to take a picture of the pufferfish tempura. It started drizzling when I left the restaurant, so they gave me a plastic umbrella. It's been a while since I ate this much in the evening.

The customers are required to smoke outside, but it seemed like some employees were smoking inside. This could give a bad impression. Unfortunately, I couldn't take photos this time as it was a business dinner, but the meal included appetizers, sashimi, fried dishes, grilled dishes, and hot pot. It was decent for entertaining purposes, but I don't think I would visit this restaurant for personal use. However, if I have another opportunity for entertaining, I might consider coming back.

I had a dinner meeting with customers from Niigata at the Kyoto Bridge store for the first time, after usually going to the Ginza store. I was picked up at Yaesu Central Exit at 5 o'clock and taken to the restaurant. When the elevator door opened, we were greeted by a young lady in a kimono, who led us to our private room. The room had a high ceiling and a sunken kotatsu table, creating a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. We enjoyed a course meal with all-you-can-drink option, which was perfect for entertaining and business discussions. The dishes were beautifully presented with seasonal ingredients, and served at just the right timing. The appetizer of young sweetfish in nanban sauce and the soup with tender clams were delightful. The main dish of tender Japanese black beef with sukiyaki sauce paired perfectly with the sweetness of the fat. I was pleased to see that they served the sukiyaki with onsen tamago (hot spring egg) instead of raw egg, which I also prefer at home. The reservation was made two months in advance, as the restaurant is quite popular. As the meal progressed, I was offered a dish of firefly squid with spicy vinegar miso, which I happily accepted despite feeling full. The crunchy texture of the pickled myoga and the chewiness of the firefly squid created a delightful contrast in my mouth. The meal ended with a delicious tai and bamboo shoot rice dish, followed by cherry blossom ice cream for dessert. It was a wonderful dining experience, and I am grateful for the hospitality.

When I got off the elevator, there was a curtain in front of me, and hand sanitizing and temperature checks were done properly. The black wagyu beef was delicious and flavorful! The pickles and soup were also delicious.

It was only 900 yen and served promptly in just 5 minutes. The white fish and tuna were both delicious. The staff in kimono were very kind and attentive. My friend had the Japanese-style meal with salmon in Saikyo style, and she also praised the deliciousness of every dish.

I was entrusted with the toast, so I forgot to take a photo of the toast, but we started with beer. Here is today's menu - a course of Japanese cuisine with sukiyaki as the main dish. First, an assortment of appetizers. Each dish showed careful attention to detail. I finished with one beer and switched to sweet potato shochu with hot water. I am at risk of diabetes, so I try to reduce carbohydrates from my meals, so I have been cutting back on beer recently. Since it was all-you-can-drink, I had multiple refills after this. Sashimi. Of course, everything was delicious, but the squid's sticky texture left an impression. Simmered dish. The fish was sea bream. Under the green beans was red rice, which had a strange half-sticky texture. And the main dish, sukiyaki. Of course, the meat quality was top-notch. The next day, my wife said, "The sukiyaki meat from yesterday was delicious." When you think of sukiyaki, you usually have it with raw egg, but here they served it with a warm egg. But I think the warm egg might actually be better. Fried dish. We enjoyed it with salt and lemon for a refreshing taste. The unveiling of the ring. Each dish, from the appetizers onwards, was delicious and showcased the flavors of the ingredients and broth with a refined touch. The highlight for me was the eel shabu-shabu. The thick, tender meat cooked briefly in hot water resulted in a succulent and delightful dish. The roasted black wagyu beef was rich in flavor, with juices bursting in every bite. From start to finish, the delicious food and hospitality left me thoroughly satisfied.

I went with my parents and child as a family, but the service from the staff was surprisingly poor, so I am writing this review. 1. They didn't bring out the oshibori for the child who didn't have a set reservation until we asked for it. 2. When we tried to order a la carte for the child, they said they only had appetizers, and when we asked what was good, they gave a vague response. It was only after we asked specifically what was available that they finally mentioned the children's meal. I wish they had provided this information from the beginning. 3. When I made a note in the online reservation that one person cannot eat raw food or crab, on the day of the reservation, there was no explanation or inquiry about which seat was for the person in question. When I asked, they just pointed and said, "It's over there." It makes me wonder if they are not welcoming, rather than just being busy or lacking in staff training. With this level of service quality, it's hard to take seriously the idea of having a slightly more expensive private room for entertaining purposes. Are they not considering customers other than business people entertaining clients?
