On my day off, I went to have dinner in Ginza. I wanted to eat delicious seafood, so I decided to visit this restaurant located on Corridor Street. Despite being inside a building, the high ceilings gave it an open and airy feel. The completely private room had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, allowing me to relax and enjoy my meal. I ordered the Early Summer Evening Breeze Course with 2-hour all-you-can-drink for 6,800 yen, which included: - Black sesame tofu and vegetable umami dashi - Assorted sashimi (tuna, striped jack, grunt, sweet shrimp) - Awaji Island onion lava grill - Grilled snow crab - Low-temperature cooked Awaji beef - Sudachi udon - Yogurt ice cream - Grilled alfonsino (additional) - Awaji beef marbling and ribeye steak (additional) The restaurant's specialty, "Fresh Fish Display," was visually impressive, showcasing a large sieve with carefully selected fresh fish. They offer various cooking methods such as sashimi, grilled, simmered, and tempura, which was a delightful experience! I heard the grilled alfonsino and Awaji beef steak were recommended, so I added them! The appetizer consisted of smooth and pleasantly elastic black sesame tofu, fragrant grilled young corn, winter melon, and ikura with a gentle dashi broth. The refreshing myoga added a nice touch. The sashimi of tuna, striped jack, grunt, and sweet shrimp were all thick and flavorful, conveying their freshness. Even the crunchy fish bones were delicious! The Awaji Island onion lava grill was served hot, allowing you to enjoy it piping hot! The charred aroma and sweet taste spread in your mouth. The grilled snow crab was packed with succulent meat, which was delightful! The grilled alfonsino had a crispy and fragrant skin, while the flesh was tender and juicy. The sweet fat melted in your mouth, making it incredibly delicious! It's rare to find fish with such rich fat content. I couldn't help but devour every bit of the delicate flesh, enjoying the grated radish and lemon for a refreshing touch. The meat platter was extravagant! The low-temperature roasted beef was followed by the deliciousness of the lean meat. It was refreshing when paired with vegetables. The marbled beef was tender and elegant, with a gentle sweetness in the fat. The ribeye steak was tender but had a chewy texture, and the rich flavor intensified as you chewed. It was delicious with just salt or dipped in garlic soy sauce. The gentle broth with sudachi in the udon was refreshing. The smooth texture and good throat feel made me finish it quickly. The dessert was a refreshing yogurt ice cream. Every dish, including the final one, was delicious without any flaws. The course meal was delicious, and the additional fresh fish and Awaji beef were exceptionally tasty, leaving me fully satisfied! This restaurant is convenient for large groups and I would love to visit again when I crave enjoyable and delicious seafood. (*˘︶˘*).。*♡
