Reception shop in Nishi Nakasu Nakaonishi Nakasu, located across the Daibashi bridge on the former Kanito street before crossing, opposite the Omoteitei and Yasakumatsu. There is a menu at the entrance. Even walk-in customers can choose to enter by looking at this menu. In this area, if you don't know the price range, it can be scary as they may charge a high price. The sashimi assortment does not have prices listed. I remember the price range, like the ginkgo fry being around 700-800 yen and the Iberico pork salad being around 1500 yen. I didn't get involved in the payment, so I'm not sure. The sashimi assortment for the number of people had 10 varieties, with 2 pieces each, including seared fish, snapper wrapped in green onions, snapper wrapped in ginger, two types of tuna - lean and fatty, squid, sea urchin, etc. The seared aroma, the sweetness of the sea urchin, and various condiments were also included. The horse sashimi assortment, unfortunately, did not have horse sashimi soy sauce, so it was served with Kyushu soy sauce and garlic ginger. It included lean meat, marbled meat, and neck meat. The cheese selection, one of them was delicious, so I remember ordering more. I ordered three types for now. Cream cheese soy sauce marinated in seaweed to eat with crackers. Cream cheese truffle mix? Truffle aroma was full-on, almost overpowering the taste of cream cheese. You eat it on crackers, but the drinker wanted to eat it as it is, little by little, taking care to eat it. The cream cheese wrapped in seaweed was also eaten. This is a local dish from the Tohoku region where pickled radish is smoked and served with cream cheese. For those who love smoked food. The live kawahagi sashimi had the liver served separately, and you dissolve the liver in soy sauce and eat it. It was a luxurious dish with a lot of liver served, so it felt more like kawahagi with liver than liver soy sauce, but it was highly rated even by those who don't like liver. The liver was really clean without any unpleasant taste, and it was highly praised even by those who don't like liver. Ponzu sauce is also served, but I prefer liver soy sauce! The Iberico pork salad was a salad...? with Iberico pork. There was a lot of pork umami, and I could feel the flavor of the ingredients. There are two types of tuna cutlets, lean and fatty, and I ordered the fatty one. It came with a large chopped parsley tartar and wasabi, but it was already well seasoned, so it was delicious with just wasabi. It was just the right amount of seasoning. Although not shown in the photos, the fried ginkgo nuts were also delicious. There is a wide variety of drinks available, with two types of beer - Sapporo and Ebisu, a wide variety of sake, a wine list, and my favorite Suzune, a sparkling sake, and Yamazaki whiskey. I kept the Yamazaki bottle and made a highball with bottled Wilkinson. I wonder how much it cost (o˘◡˘o). I wanted to order matsutake mushrooms steamed in a jar, but I didn't have the courage to order it ( ˘・з・). The staircase wall was decorated with many signatures and photos of famous people such as Sanma Akashiya, Takuya Kimura, Prime Minister Kan, etc... There were many celebrities. Recommended as a reception shop in Fukuoka. In winter, there is also hot pot like Ara-nabe.
