A few days ago, I kept saying I wanted to eat a Big Mac, I wanted to eat a Big Mac, I wanted to eat a Big Mac. After eating it, I suffered from terrible indigestion and I am still feeling unwell. I often eat strange sweets, which are not good for my body, but I usually don't get indigestion. I have been eating apples, yogurt, and hot water, as well as brown rice, natto, and ginger pork. I had a lot of porridge, sweet sake, and soy milk, so maybe I wasn't able to handle it... I didn't drink enough water, which may have contributed to it, and now I feel like I have to completely regulate my condition in order to eat certain foods... (;´д`) I knew before that there is no nutrition in a Big Mac. I used to think "Big Mac is the most delicious at McDonald's!" and eat it, but now... Clean eating is essential for building a healthy body. In my personal experiment, the food that gives me the most energy seems to be ■ white rice + natto, furikake ■ brown rice + natto Grains + salt seem to work well together. When I consume grains and salt and then move, I feel like I can sustain my concentration and sweat a lot. Adding apples and yogurt to this mix makes me feel indigestion. ■ Barley rice + tuna sashimi When I add animal protein to grains and eat, I thought I would be able to move well, but it wasn't the case. It may be a mood issue, a biorhythm issue, or a big difference between times when I can't concentrate and times when I can move around a lot and sweat a lot. I still don't know my body well enough to understand what and how much I need to consume in order to control it properly. In my case, one thing I know is that if I cut out sugar for 3 days, the thorns come out and I stop feeling irritable. Once I start eating sweets or ice cream, I can't stop, so it's easier not to eat them! If you don't eat them, there's nothing to worry about, so why bother, right? If you eat rice balls instead of sweets, it takes 10 days for the sugar you consumed to leave your body. Salt takes 3 days.
