全国のラーメンを食べ歩く
On Sunday around 6pm, I called and was informed that there were about 20 people waiting in line, so the wait would be about 30 minutes. However, the turnover rate was quite slow and the line didn't seem to be moving. What surprised me was that there were many Korean people in line, maybe about half of the line. It seems to be a popular spot among Koreans! After waiting for a total of 1 hour, I finally got inside the restaurant. I ordered the charcoal-grilled hamburger steak and Imari beef steak set, along with a rice set. I chose wasabi soy sauce and added an extra charge for the special meat sauce. The rice, salad, miso soup, and soft-serve ice cream were all you can eat, which was a great deal! After a 10-minute wait, the food was served. The hamburger was almost raw inside, with only the surface being slightly grilled. I cooked it on the hot stone on the iron plate to my liking. When eaten with wasabi soy sauce, the sweet and salty flavor of the soy sauce stood out, and the hamburger itself was soft, juicy, and delicious! I also tried it with the special sauce, but personally, I preferred the wasabi soy sauce. The Imari beef steak was also delicious, with a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. I had one refill each of salad, rice, and miso soup, and finished with the soft-serve ice cream. Both inside and outside the restaurant, there were many Korean people, which was my honest impression. The taste was good, and being able to adjust the cooking to my liking was also a great feature. However, I'm not sure if I would wait for 1 hour just to eat here. It's not outstandingly delicious, but compared to other chain restaurants, the quality is high. Thank you for the meal!
