I took a walk to Hamacho Park, tempted by the weather. I bought some snacks at Ami. The chiffon cake was a must-buy. I also picked up some scones that caught my eye. The Weekend Citron also looked enticing. And the freshly baked apple pie looked incredibly delicious, but they couldn't cut it yet, so I had to pass on it. - Plain Chiffon Cake @400 yen - Whole Wheat Maple Nut Scone @380 yen I enjoyed the chiffon cake at the park. It was moist, fluffy, and juicy. The chiffon cake had a silky texture with added moisture, making it unique. It had a gentle vanilla flavor with a hint of sweetness. It felt nice to touch, and I could have kept touching it forever. My daughter quickly devoured more than half of it. I managed to protect half of it. It had been a while since I had it, and I realized once again that this chiffon cake is the best in the world. I had the maple scone at home. It had a crunchy and robust texture with a fragrant aroma. The inside was tender with a pleasant melt-in-your-mouth feel. The combination of walnuts and maple blended well throughout the dough, creating a lovely sweetness. Among all the American scones I've had, this one was the best. It dispelled the negative impression of scones being sticky and gooey. I'm curious about the apple pie, so I'll stop by again when I go to the park. *Additional note* I also tried the Financier @400 yen. It was a cute round-shaped Financier with 4 pieces. I had one as is, warmed up another, and gave the rest to my sister. It was buttery and moist, with a rich yet light texture. When warmed up, it became crispy and crumbly. Both were delicious, but surprisingly, the original one had a more settled and moist feel, which was nice. The thickness allowed me to enjoy the rich aroma of butter and almonds even more.

It's been a while since it opened, but I finally got to visit this small cafe right next to Hamacho Park. ☕️✔️Their fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth chiffon cake is very popular.✔️Their sweets give you a warm and cozy feeling, bringing a little joy to your daily life.✔️You can dine in☕️They are open only 3 days a week, on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.◾️Chiffon A La ModeA chiffon cake with red tea, raspberry sauce, cherries, apple compote, and blueberries.◾️Cold Brew CoffeeI visited on a hot day and their cold brew coffee was refreshing with a fruity acidity. It was delicious. They also offer hot coffee with a choice of house blend, Ethiopian, Mandheling, and more.☕️Coffee lovers will be happy!☺️I heard their chiffon cake is delicious, so I ordered the A La Mode, which is like a mini parfait with chiffon cake. The chiffon cake had a hint of tea flavor and melted in my mouth. The cream was gently sweet, complementing the sweet and sour raspberry sauce.Apparently, their scones are also very delicious, so I'll have to go back for those. The eat-in space has only a few seats, around 2 recently. Many people opt for takeout, but if you time it right, you can enjoy your treats inside.Being right next to Hamacho Park, it's also nice to grab some treats to go and enjoy them in the park.️✨

From Hamacho Station to the ground. Then, there was a nice cafe nearby. The atmosphere of the shop was very good. They mainly offer muffins, canelés, and baked sweets, along with coffee. - Canelé (including tax 350 yen) Canelés usually have a hint of liquor, but the intensity can vary depending on the shop. The canelé here had a strong liquor flavor. The surface was quite firm and crunchy, and you could tell from the cross-section that it was soaked in liquor. I couldn't really taste the vanilla flavor, but the craftsmanship was meticulous, and I thought it was delicious.

A cafe located about a 20-second walk from Hamacho Station. Despite being called a cafe, it only has about 4 seats for dining in, mainly focusing on takeout. The showcase displays various carefully made chiffon cakes that all look delicious! The staff members are all friendly, making it seem like a place where you could become a regular customer.

Exit from A2 at Hamacho Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line and turn right. It's a small café located next to the Meiji-za theater. They are open only on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 12pm to 5pm. Please be careful when visiting. I started with the Maple Nut Scone with whole wheat flour for 380 yen. It was Bingo, my favorite scone. It was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with plenty of nuts adding a nice texture. The sweetness was just right, making it very delicious. It left a healthy impression. The Strawberry Muffin for 500 yen uses fermented butter and has cream cheese inside. The subtle acidity of the strawberries, the sweetness of the muffin, and the rich tanginess of the cream cheese were well balanced, and I finished it in no time. I usually don't eat two sweets at once, but I couldn't choose between them... It was the right decision to eat both, as I loved the taste of both. I bought 2 of each as souvenirs. The café is small, with only about 3 seats for eating in. Most customers were getting takeout. I heard that many regulars eagerly wait for the café to open to come and buy their treats. The staff were kind and provided explanations and service, making the conversation enjoyable. Thank you for a fun and delicious time!

First Visit 202207 (No.3765) On the day, I picked up some material in Nihonbashi Hamacho and also had lunch, so I decided to visit this place in BM that I had been wanting to visit for a while. This is a relatively new store that opened in October 2021, and it operates only on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays this month, making it a bit of a high hurdle to visit (;゚ロ゚)w It seems to be a sweets store that uses fermented foods, but the most prominently displayed item on the day I visited was the chiffon cake (^_-) I have been buying chiffon cakes quite often recently, so I ordered the following products based on appearance! Carrot Cake 550 yen It's a fairly large size, so it's quite voluminous, but it's a delicious product with a gentle sweetness ♡♡♡ Amazake Cider (Amang) 600 yen It was run by two serious-looking women in their 30s, and when I asked for the most photogenic drink, I was recommended the above products, so I ordered without hesitation <(`^´)> There is amazake and amang confiture at the bottom, and after mixing it well according to the instructions from the store, I took a sip (laughs). The cider is delicious with the addition of the acidity of amang to the sweetness of amazake, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. Whether it's due to preparation or side business, I hope they transition to full-time operation soon, as they are a delicious sweets shop~♬ Thank you for the meal.

The reviewer read a review about a plain chiffon cake and hurried to buy one. The texture was as rumored, melting in the mouth like cotton candy or meringue. They had never tasted such a fine chiffon cake before. They were concerned it might sink once it cooled down, but it remained moist. The locally grown tangerines from Yakushima had a delightful fragrance, making the almond cake and muffin delicious. The muffin had cream cheese inside, making it moist.

The coffee canelé is priced at ¥350. It is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a delicious coffee flavor. It is sweet and pairs well with coffee. Since it is freshly baked, it still has a crispy texture, making it enjoyable to eat. It is really tasty!

They only open 2-3 days a week in January. The red tea chiffon cake feels expensive, like a cake sponge. I chose a coffee with a canelé. It was slightly crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. For eating in, it's the displayed price plus 100 yen.

[Tokyo Nihonbashi Hamacho] This is a small trendy sweets shop that opened on 10/1. It appeared right next to the street as soon as you exit the Hamacho Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line! The shop has a bright and refreshing atmosphere, and looks delicious from the outside! Currently, they only offer takeout service and are open only on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The shop card mentioned "fermented foods & sweets", so it seems to be a sweets shop using fermented foods. The recommended item is a parfait made with amazake cream instead of sugar. They also have canelés, chiffon cake, lemon cookies, fig cake, and they all look delicious! They also offer a variety of drinks such as coffee and amazake smoothies. The chiffon cake comes in two flavors, plain and black tea. I purchased the plain one. Impressions: - It costs 400 yen. It seemed expensive, but this chiffon cake is amazing! I have never had such a silky and fluffy chiffon cake before. - The perfect amount of moisture that you can feel when tearing it by hand! You can tell how delicious it is just by picking it up. - It's not too sweet, so I think it would be great with some whipped cream or other toppings. I devoured it in an instant. This makes me really look forward to trying their other sweets! It seems like a great treat to enjoy in Hamacho Park. It's really exciting to see more delicious and trendy shops popping up around Hamacho. Thank you for the meal!
