Customers ranged from individuals to groups, and there were a variety of people due to its location near Hakata Station. The restaurant is directly connected to the station, making it easily accessible, especially on rainy days. I ordered the "Lunch Pizza" salad set with a selection of premium raw ham and Parmesan cheese. The pizza options were not limited to the lunch menu, but also included selections from the grand menu. The salad set came with a soft drink. I took the recommendation of the staff and chose the Gaetano pizza, as it seemed to be a specialty of the restaurant. The raw ham and cheese platter was also a recommended specialty. The staff kindly advised me on my choices to avoid overlapping flavors. I was initially concerned about the portion size, but the staff assured me it would be sufficient, which put me at ease. In reality, the raw ham and cheese platter was devoured in an instant. The pizza had a perfect balance of the chewy texture of the dough, the richness of the special mozzarella cheese, the acidity of the tomatoes, and the accent of arugula. The raw ham and Parmesan cheese platter had an incredibly fluffy cheese texture, and the combination of the salty and savory flavors of the ham was delightful. The salad may have seemed ordinary, but the addition of pink grapefruit flesh provided a refreshing acidity to cleanse the palate. What stood out the most was the excellent service from the initial explanation to the attentive care during the meal, and even the farewell at the end. The staff's hospitality was exceptional. I made a reservation for lunch at a famous pizzeria's sister restaurant in Yakuin, which is located near Hakata Station. We had an assortment of Italian ham and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (980 yen per person), oyster and porcini mushroom cream sauce (2,580 yen), and a half-and-half pizza with Gaetano and Gambelretti. I felt like having wine with the meal, and they had a special year-end menu where a glass of wine was discounted from 2,000 yen to 999 yen, so I tried the Fontanafredda Barolo. The atmosphere was lively and casual, and both the pizza and pasta were delicious!

I visited the Italian restaurant Honban Napoli located in the underground floor of the JPJP Hakata Building, just next to Hakata Station. They serve authentic Neapolitan pizza that is baked to perfection in a wood-fired oven. The Margherita pizza was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the cheese was wonderfully gooey. The thinly sliced prosciutto that we ordered was also delicious. The Carbonara pasta was loaded with cheese and had a unique taste that truly captured the flavors of Italy. Highly recommend trying this place!

I came to the restaurant looking forward to it, but various aspects were disappointing, and I honestly don't remember the taste of the pizza, sorry. I went for lunch alone. They have a one drink minimum policy, so I ordered a drink and a pizza. Then the staff asked, "Is that all you want?" I replied, "...that's all, but is it not enough?" The staff said, "Most customers also order salad or prosciutto." I said, "I can't finish it all, so that's enough." It seemed like they were trying to aggressively increase the average customer spending. I felt uncomfortable as the table next to me had a similar situation. I ended up eating the pizza feeling uncomfortable. After eating, I noticed in the menu, "Seating fee 550 yen per person" written in small letters at the bottom. It would have been nice if they had mentioned it to me at least once... The total bill was around 3,300 yen. For a 30-40 minute lunch, it was quite a high price, especially considering the uncomfortable experience. I just sighed and decided I won't visit again.

I enjoyed it very much! I had three pizzas - Premium Margherita, Quattro Formaggi, and Gaetano. Quattro Formaggi is amazing when drizzled with honey! For drinks, I had Italian organic soda - Campari Orange Soda. The thinly sliced cheese with prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano melts together and is addictive. It's close to my company, so I will definitely come back!

This is a shop located on the basement floor next to Hakata Station Hakata Exit. There is also one in Yakuin, but it's always crowded and hard to get in, while here you can enter without much waiting. The taste is the same at both locations and quite delicious. The staff are very energetic and lively, which was satisfying.

We went to the famous pizzeria ranked in the top 70 in the world, Pizzeria Da Gaetano, for the first time. There are also shops in Yakuin, but this shop located in the basement of the JRJP Building at Hakata Station seems to have fewer days off and is convenient in terms of access. I came around 2 pm on a weekday and was able to be seated right away. Lunch service is until 3 pm. I had the lunch pizza called Fornaiolo, which comes with a salad. (It's Margherita with ricotta cheese, ham, and black pepper). The salad is delicious as usual. The pizza has a fluffy and delicious crust. Especially the texture of the crust on the edges is good. The cheese and toppings are on the lighter side. I think it's just right to have it with other dishes, but if you only have the pizza, it might feel a bit lonely. To ease the post-meal loneliness, I also ordered today's mini dessert, Cassata. It had a light cheese flavor and a refreshing taste.

We were lucky to squeeze in as it was quite crowded with just over 10,000 yen for two people! The mussels steamed in white wine that the staff recommended were really delicious and paired well with the white wine! They also recommended dipping baguette in the leftover soup, but we were quite full so we had to pass. The pasta and pizza were also really delicious, and I would love to go back again!
