I finally went to stay at La Vista Tokyo Bay, a hotel affiliated with Kyoritsu Resort that opened in July 2022 (*^o^*)♩ I always look forward to visiting Kyoritsu Resort properties because they never disappoint! The breakfast buffet here is especially popular!! Being close to Tsukiji Market, there is a variety of fresh sashimi lined up in the buffet, so many guests make their own seafood bowls by placing them on top of vinegared rice (о´∀`о) A luxurious start to the day~♩ Salmon, tuna, yellowtail, sea bream, salmon roe, squid with cod roe, and more, a wide variety to customize to your liking! In addition to that, there are plenty of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes to choose from, making it hard to decide what to eat. Even though I had eaten a lot the night before and was full, I ate like a big eater in the morning!! It was so delicious (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))♡ And from 10:30 pm to midnight, there is also a "night-crying soba" where you can add toppings as much as you like! (All Kyoritsu Resort properties have night-crying soba, so that was something I was looking forward to) It's also a nice service to be able to top it with bamboo shoots, green onions, char siu, green onions, seaweed, and garlic as much as you like! (^O^) This hotel, where you can enjoy hot springs, views of Mt. Fuji, Tokyo Tower, and Skytree while in the city, is sure to become even more popular in the future! I went on a girls' trip, but I also recommend it for a couple's date (*^ω^*) I want to go again♩

A few months ago, I stayed here and the breakfast was good, so I decided to stay again. The location is a bit inconvenient, but hotels in Tokyo are expensive these days, so I have to put up with it. The sauna and hot spring are nice, the rooms are spacious and clean. Plus, the breakfast is delicious! Last time, I ate too much of the seafood bowl and nikujaga, so this time I decided to take a look around first and then decide what to get. I planned to take a little bit at a time so I wouldn't overeat, but when I saw the red vinegar sushi rice at the seafood corner, I couldn't resist and ended up getting a bowlful. I tried to control myself by going back for seconds, but my table was full! I ended up overeating again... In Hokkaido, there are many hotels with all-you-can-eat ikura, but they are usually too salty to enjoy. Here, the ikura is just right in terms of saltiness. However, this time, the ikura was exceptionally delicious. I wonder if this is due to differences in batches?

Our hotel is a popular hotel directly connected to the Shijo-mae Station in Toyosu. We stayed one night with breakfast included on a Saturday night. There is a service for late-night ramen. The hotel is stylish and sophisticated. It has an artificial smell, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view of the city from the natural hot spring bath on the 14th floor is quite impressive. You can see the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, making it feel like more than just a natural landscape. After bathing, there is also a service for ice cream. The highly acclaimed breakfast is the highlight. All-you-can-eat seafood! This was the main reason for our stay. On this day, there was squid, salmon roe, sea bream, tuna, salmon, sweet shrimp, and scallops. A small amount of vinegared rice with an overwhelming amount of seafood piled on top, delicious! The quality is not bad. You probably won't find this level of all-you-can-eat seafood at hotels in Hokkaido or the Tohoku region. The other dishes are also plentiful and delicious. We were satisfied in every way. I definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Unlimited seafood toppings! The sushi rice is seasoned with red vinegar. It was frozen but still delicious. There are a variety of options such as tempura, sukiyaki, Western-style steak, stir-fried dishes, desserts, and fruits. The closing time may vary depending on the day, so be sure to check on the day of your visit.

When staying at the hotel, my family recommended trying the nightingale soba service, so I went to eat it. It was my first time, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was like a conveyor belt where you pick up your noodles and add toppings before sitting down. The soft Chinese noodles had a late-night feel to them, and the toppings like green onions, char siu, seaweed, and a mysterious plum paste added great flavor. I found it interesting to watch the efficient staff in action, as they handled customer requests with ease. It can be difficult to aim for a seat because it gets crowded, but I recommend sitting at the counter by the window where you can enjoy a lovely night view by the sea while eating the nightingale soba.

The price for what you get is really good. I am very satisfied!! The appetizers and soup were delicious, and the meat was very tender. The dessert was refreshing yet rich! I can't think of any words other than delicious. Although it's not listed on the menu, you can choose between eel rice or a cheese platter before dessert. We enjoyed that as well. The menu seems to change regularly, so I look forward to next time! Everything was truly delicious! Thank you for the meal. (I forgot to take a photo, but delicious bread is served just before the beef fillet.)

Free late-night soba noodles (light and perfect for late-night cravings!), unlimited servings of the famous breakfast buffet with ikura (salmon roe) topping♡ It's amazing to be able to stay at such a reasonable price and enjoy such delicious food! And the best part of this stay was the bar! The drinks were delicious, and the bartender was friendly and fun. You can even wear the provided yukata (casual Japanese robe) to the bar after taking a bath, which is highly recommended. ♬.*゚

I came to stay here to enjoy the night view and breakfast buffet, which are highly praised. There weren't many other events during Golden Week, so I decided to visit. I don't often come to Toyosu, but the night view from the Yurikamome line is like a jewel box turned upside down, a dazzling night view even in the rain! Yokohama's night view is nice, but here is also wonderful in its own way. The view from the room and the top floor large bath with a view of Tokyo Tower and Skytree (although the clouds covered part of Tokyo Tower, so I could only see part of it) are luxurious! The outdoor bath is amazing! There are various types of baths such as lying down bath, pot bath, silky bath, etc. The powder room, post-bath relaxation area (with ice candy service) also offer great views, and there is a coffee machine on each floor, as well as a late-night soba service, providing excellent hospitality. The room is clean as it is new, and the deluxe twin room, while not overly spacious, is functional. And the breakfast buffet I was looking forward to did not disappoint - with soy sauce-marinated salmon, trout roe (ikura), sweet shrimp, small sardines, sea bream, and tuna sashimi piled high. You can even have a seafood bowl for breakfast. There are plenty of other Japanese and Western dishes too! There are quite a variety of options. I ate too much seafood bowl for breakfast, so I couldn't try the bread I wanted. I hope to come back again if there is a chance to stay at a lower price. Next time, I want to enjoy the late-night soba and ice candy!

On Sunday, I stayed at Hotel La Vista Tokyo Bay for 1 night and 2 days with breakfast included. As a special service for guests staying until 10 pm, they offered free night noodles called "Yonakisoba." It was a DIY style where you could choose toppings like seaweed, green onions, menma, negi chashu, and umeboshi to add to the Chinese noodles and broth. The menma and negi chashu here were particularly delicious, enjoyed while overlooking the night view. The breakfast lived up to its reputation with a luxurious spread, and the highly recommended dish was the seafood bowl with unlimited toppings. The red vinegar rice was topped with salmon roe, trout roe, tuna, sea bream, salmon, sweet shrimp, and small fish, a generous portion. Personally, the clear soup with seaweed and crab dumplings was the most delicious. I went for seconds to savor the flavors that made me grateful to be Japanese. However, there were some downsides compared to the usual Dormy Inn, such as the lack of branded snacks during the evening, only an indoor hot spring, limited ice cream after bathing, and one per person. Despite these, the breakfast and night view were excellent. After checking out, I visited Toyosu before heading home. Thank you for the delicious meal at La Vista Tokyo Bay!

Address: 6-4-40 Toyosu, Koto-ku, Tokyo, 135-0061, Japan Located just a minute's walk from Yurikamome "Shijomae Station" in Tokyo, this hotel is easily accessible. It takes about 40 to 50 minutes by train from Tokyo Station with a transfer. Alternatively, a taxi ride from Tokyo Station is around 15 minutes and costs approximately ¥2800. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a long queue for check-in due to the necessary verification of vaccination and negative test results. After about an hour, we were finally able to check in. Our room was a non-smoking deluxe twin room with breakfast included, offering a view of a small Tokyo Tower. The hotel also provided a complimentary late-night soba service. The next morning, we enjoyed a seafood breakfast buffet with unlimited ikura toppings. The hotel's facilities, such as the 14th-floor communal bath, were also impressive. Overall, it was a great stay and we would love to stay here again in the future.

There is a hot spring bath and the breakfast is said to be excellent, so I chose this hotel for my stay in Tokyo this time. It seems to be a new hotel with probably the latest system. Check-in and check-out were processed by machines, which was a first for me. It was a bit of a struggle when I found out that the elevator wouldn't move without touching the card key, as I wasn't informed about that... But I guess this is not uncommon these days, right? This kind of impersonal service where only things are given is not suitable for older people. Despite complaining, I found myself getting used to it. However, the hot spring bath is really worth it, with a panoramic bath where you can enjoy the Tokyo night view. There is also an outdoor bath with a view, and you can bathe all night, which is a big plus. The free night soba after bathing was a treat. I thought I avoided the peak time, but there was still quite a line. The bowl I received only had noodles and soup, and toppings like green onions, chashu, menma, and seaweed were laid out for you to add as you like... I happened to find a counter seat facing the window, so I enjoyed my meal while looking at the night view. It's just a simple soy sauce flavor, but it somehow tastes delicious.

Yonakin soba is soba that can be eaten for free from 10 p.m. It is so popular that some people eat two or three bowls because it is free late at night. There is always a line, and the toppings are excellent. There are plenty of toppings like green onions, chashu, menma, green onions, and nori, all for free. You can have as many bowls as you want for free. The flavor is strong, so you definitely need water, but it's the perfect way to end a night of drinking! I want to go again.

Toyosu Trip in Recent Years After being extremely busy for a few years, I finally have a bit of a break in my work schedule and can take weekdays off. I want to go somewhere on my day off. My partner and I have a few key criteria for hotels: new, large bath, and parking. We recently considered a hotel that met these criteria, but unfortunately, it was closed on the day we wanted to go. So, we decided to try a new hotel that just opened on July 9, 2022, in Tokyo called "La Vista" (Spanish). It is a hotel by my favorite Dormy Inn's Kyoritsu Maintenance. I have stayed at La Vista in Hakodate twice before, and their breakfast buffet is known to be luxurious and famous. It seems like a great place. Unfortunately, as I have gotten older, dealing with the crowded breakfast buffet is a bit daunting, and the price of 3,300 yen per person is a bit steep. I'd rather try the food at Toyosu Market. Surprisingly, my partner agreed with me on this. The hotel also has a nice large bath with a fantastic view of Tokyo's skyscrapers. The night soba, a specialty here, is served from 10:30 pm. We arrived a bit early and were the second group to enjoy our romantic night soba at the counter seats with a view of Tokyo's night skyline. My partner thought the soup was a bit light, but with such a beautiful view, we didn't mind. It's a complimentary service after all. The Urban Resort "La Vista Tokyo Bay" boasts an overwhelming view of Tokyo's skyline. The 14th floor has a natural hot spring bath with a stunning view. From the window, you can see Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, and Rainbow Bridge. The night skyline of Tokyo's skyscrapers is truly mesmerizing. We welcomed a "good morning" filled with hope and energy. Now, let's go to Toyosu Market for brunch today.

I stayed at Hotel La Vista Tokyo Bay, which is known for its delicious breakfast buffet. The night soba noodles were tasty even when full, but the breakfast buffet was amazing. The food and drinks were great, and there were also plenty of desserts available. The salmon roe, which is their specialty, was delicious, and although someone said it couldn't compare to Hakodate, it was actually very tasty. I would love to visit again.

I entered the Sunday morning buffet at 9 o'clock. Lucky to get in without waiting in line! When it comes to La Vista, the breakfast is exquisite! I've always wanted to try their breakfast buffet! Everything was delicious, but the highlights were: ☆Sashimi to put on the seafood bowl - incredibly fresh! It was also nice to see two types of salmon roe available! ☆Shrimp tempura - freshly fried and crispy! ☆Japanese dishes in general had a gentle and thoughtful seasoning. The only downside was the dessert, which was a bit lacking in quantity and quality compared to the main dishes. Overall, it was a very satisfying breakfast. Thank you for the meal! I still want to go again!

Regarding the breakfast, please refer to "SEASIDE RESTAURANT SACHI TOKYO BAY". I would like to share information about the popular late-night soba noodles at Koraku Resort. The service time for late-night soba noodles is from 22:30 to 0:00. It was said that there would be a line, so I went around 22:25. The location is on the 1st floor at "SACHI", the same place as the breakfast venue. There was already a long line, but it seemed to have opened a little earlier than the scheduled time, and I was able to get the soba noodles in about 15 minutes as the line moved slowly. After receiving the noodles at the counter, you can add your own toppings in a self-service style. In terms of portion size, it was slightly smaller than the regular half size. I added plenty of bamboo shoots and green onions as toppings. The soup was light and didn't leave you feeling heavy. For a free bowl of noodles, the quality is quite good. The seaweed and green onions with char siu were delicious. It seems that there is always a bit of a line no matter what time you go, but the turnover is fast, so I don't think you have to wait for a long time.

Next to the Toyosu Market, a hotel that opened this year in the neighboring block. As a fan of the "Mizu no Oto" series that I have been using in Hakone for about 15 years, I decided to try it out while taking my daughter to the sea in Odaiba. And the breakfast was amazing... unlimited ikura (salmon roe)! Not only that, they had both salmon and trout, which is something that seafood enthusiasts would love (laughs). There were also sea bream, amberjack, sweet shrimp, and more. A mega-sized seafood bowl for breakfast. They even had crab meatball soup. Of course, they also had Western, Chinese, Japanese, and udon dishes. Feeling like it would be a waste to fill up on other things, I went all out on the seafood. The facilities are new, and the bath is spacious. There is also a natural hot spring, making it a pretty good hotel. But... this time, it happened to be a weekend stay, so I indulged in the seafood bowl to my heart's content, but... as mentioned at the beginning, Toyosu Market is right next door (laughs). If it wasn't a Sunday, people would normally go to the market in the morning, right? So, while the breakfast is great, the usage of this hotel might be unexpectedly tricky. If it were located in Ginza, it would undoubtedly be fantastic!

Toyosu Market is a hotel with a very inconvenient location in terms of access, but it seems to be popular. It may be irresistible for those who love baths. Since it is a hotel of Kyoritsu Resort, there is a night soba like Dormy Inn. However, because it is a large capacity hotel, unlike Dormy in regional cities, it seemed crowded, so I avoided it. It is not worth waiting in line to eat. In-room dining amenities include an electric kettle, cups, and an empty refrigerator, but tea bags and similar items need to be taken from the amenity corner on the floor. The only thing available in the room to drink is mineral water.

After testing positive for the new coronavirus on September 24th, I received 50,000 yen from AXA Life as insurance money for hospitalization at a rate of 5,000 yen per day. I decided to take a short sauna trip nearby. I apologize for the lackluster photos. But, the buffet at Hotel Kyoritsu, a member of the Dormy Inn group, was impressive. They cater to a wide range of tastes, from young to old, offering a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. The quality of the food was quite good. I was particularly moved by the lineup of two types of rice, vinegared rice, and porridge. (Oh, and although I didn't try it, they also had chestnut rice.) If you stay here, it's definitely worth getting a room with breakfast included. Just be aware that when the market is closed, there isn't much around, and the hotel's evening restaurant can be pricey.

After finishing my remote work, I stayed at Hotel La Vista Tokyo Bay for one night to enjoy their breakfast buffet, especially looking forward to the ikura (salmon roe). Being near Tsukiji Market, a seafood buffet was much appreciated. The ikura was available in two types, masu and salmon, both delicious but I personally preferred the salmon. Located on the top floor of the hotel, the bath had a great view and the night scenery was beautiful. Of course, I also enjoyed the late-night soba noodles. The hotel, part of the Dormy Inn group, was still very new and clean. I look forward to coming back again when I have the chance.
