I decided to order the "Sashimi and Karaage Set Meal" as I wanted to try both fish and meat. The meal included a sashimi platter with three types of sashimi, karaage (fried chicken), rice with red rice, soup, and pickles. The sashimi platter consisted of maguro (tuna), binchou maguro, and salmon, each with three slices presented on daikon slices topped with shiso leaves. The karaage was served alongside shredded cabbage and mayonnaise. The rice with red rice had a chewy texture and was delicious. I enjoyed the sashimi and karaage, alternating with bites of rice and pickles, and finished the meal with the soup. The speed at which the meal was served, within one minute, made me wonder if it was pre-prepared. The karaage was crispy and tasty, and the sashimi was fresh and flavorful. When I ordered, it came out quickly. Fast service! The set included rice with red beans, chicken broth soup, shredded cabbage with dressing, pickles, grated ponzu sauce and mayonnaise. The rice was a bit firm and not the best, but it was okay. The soup was a clear broth with a good saltiness to it. Now, the fried chicken - unfortunately, it was cold. But when I asked for a refill, the staff brought out piping hot fried chicken right to my table. It was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and be careful because it's hot! The lightly salted fried chicken was delicious, whether you eat it with mayonnaise for richness or with grated ponzu sauce for a lighter taste (recommended for those who are sensitive to hot food). After finishing the initial 5 pieces of fried chicken and the refill of 5 more pieces, totaling 10 pieces, I was ready to call it quits.
