Despite its small storefront, the display case is full of large melon pans emitting a sweet maple aroma. I purchased the simplest melon pan they had. It was big with a rough surface. I took it home to eat, and the bread part was quite fluffy while the cookie part was sweet and crispy. Although I didn't taste the maple flavor I smelled in the store, it was delicious with a satisfying texture. They also had melon pan rusk on display, which was elegantly wrapped and could make a great gift.

I had to wait a few minutes for the freshly baked bread. The melon bread had a cute shape and a lovely aroma. It was fluffy inside and crispy on the outside, making it very delicious. I enjoyed it until the last bite.

The inside was fluffy and the outside had a crispy cookie-like texture. The contrast in textures made it delicious! Kids would love it, and I think adults of all ages and genders would enjoy it too. The store is open from 9:00 to 20:00, but be aware that they may close once they sell out. If you happen to pass by, I recommend trying it out as it was a delicious treat!

The cream might not have been the perfect match for it (tears). Melon bread is a type of bread where cookie dough is spread on top of the bread dough before baking, so it's actually quite a complicated process.
