Last time I went in the evening, they were almost sold out. This time, I went around noon and the shop was empty, with all flavors of gelato available. You can enjoy parfaits and drinks inside the shop as well as takeout. They have a wide variety of chocolate flavors, making it a great choice for souvenirs. I ordered a Gelato Double -Gelato doppio- for 850 yen, with pistachio and chocolate flavors. The waffle cone with almond chocolate on top was crispy and delicious. The pistachio flavor was rich and had a delicious aftertaste, not overly sweet but elegant. It melted in the mouth smoothly and was really delicious. The chocolate had a pleasant sweetness and great flavor. It truly felt like a shop that specializes in chocolate. The combination with the waffle cone was excellent. About a 10-minute walk from Iidabashi Station, I arrived at a trendy alleyway and found a shop with a red door. I ordered the Spiral gelato, choosing the most popular flavor, pistachio. After about 40 minutes, the parfait arrived, looking cute but not as fancy as others I've seen recently. However, it was surprisingly delicious. The pistachio flavor changed in my mouth, gradually becoming sweeter. The round pieces on top were chocolate chunks, providing a nice texture that paired well with the gelato. I later found out online that it was from a famous chocolatier, explaining why the chocolate was so good. There seemed to be something else with a unique texture inside, but I couldn't quite figure it out. After paying, I checked out the chocolates in the display case, which had adorable packaging. The ice crystals were incredibly small, so when I put it in my mouth, it melted smoothly without feeling too cold. My companions and I ordered two gelato flavors, a cake set (classic chocolate) with a mini gelato, and a chocolate parfait. The chocolate parfait was generous in size, with gelato flavors (pistachio, chocolate, milk), chocolate cake, and macarons, allowing us to enjoy a variety of flavors all at once, making it a great deal.

The Italian restaurant is located on the first floor at the back of the corner. On this weekday, I left work early for a medical appointment and headed to Iidabashi. I remembered this restaurant on the way. Upon confirming the opening hours, I found out that they were closing at 6:30 pm with the last order at 6 pm, only for that day... I originally planned to come for dessert after dinner, but had to change plans last minute! I arrived about 20 minutes before the last order. There were only two groups of four inside. The seating is limited, so it might get crowded on weekends. I had walked up a hill from Iidabashi, so I was sweaty... I suddenly felt like having gelato in the extremely cool interior. I decided to dine in. There are two ways to dine in for gelato here. You can choose two gelato flavors or go for the "Spiral" option where one gelato flavor is mixed with two other flavors. Since I came for the gelato, I ordered the former with "Raspberry" and "Mango". On this day, there were only five gelato flavors available. I wonder if the menu changes daily or if they were sold out... The pistachio I wanted was not available. The gelato arrived in less than 5 minutes! A scoop of gelato with chocolate and a small cone. I tried the "Mango" gelato first... It was very cold and had a soft, creamy texture. The rich mango flavor spread in my mouth with a firm sweetness! It felt like cold mango-flavored whipped cream... I really wanted to try the pistachio at this point... I then tried the "Raspberry" with the chocolate and cone. The chocolate was slightly less sweet, maybe because my tongue was cold, and the cone was crispy. I ate the "Raspberry" gelato with it.
