The meat topping matches well with the soup and it's delicious! The entrance was a bit hard to find, so I was nervous until I found the ticket machine inside the shop. I didn't try the dipping noodles this time, so I definitely want to try them next time.

The ramen shop I went to the other day is part of the same chain. The taste was similar! But this ramen is too specific! This time, I didn't choose tsukemen. I went with the regular grilled pork option. It was delicious and stylish. I want to go back to this stylish ramen shop again.

It's been a while since I visited the "Unnamed Ramen Shop". After dinner, I decided to stop by since it was only a 2-minute walk from my accommodation. Today, both of us had tsukemen. The soup was light and refreshing, with grilled motsu adding a nice touch. The cabbage was particularly good for me.

I visited a ramen shop in Kyoto called "Unnamed Ramen Shop". I tried the rich soup, black wagyu (regular), and toppings-free ramen. The soup, noodles, and black wagyu were all incredibly delicious! I also thought it was good value for money. They do not accept PayPay and there is no parking available.

After watching the Gion Festival Yama Hoko Parade (Ato Matsuri), I visited a unique ramen shop with no signboard, so I couldn't tell the name of the restaurant. The official website simply states that there is no restaurant name or signboard. The building is called "CEO Kiya-cho Building." To the right, there are stairs leading down to the basement. At the bottom of the stairs, there is an entrance on the left. There is a ticket machine where I ordered ramen with motsu (offal) for 950 yen. I sat at the far right end of the counter. Water is self-service. Chopsticks and seasonings are in the drawer. The knock-style spice mill has garam masala, sansho pepper, ichimi togarashi, and pepper from left to right. It is hard to get a lot out with each knock, like a mechanical pencil. Toppings included motsu, garlic sprouts, cherry tomatoes, shredded white leeks, and boiled cabbage. It tasted delicious and was similar to the "Motsu Soba" at "Wajoryomen Sugari." Without any information, it would be difficult to find or enter this restaurant. Despite it being the day of the Gion Festival Yama Hoko Parade, it was not crowded.

The entrance doesn't have much information, so it's hard to tell what kind of place it is. The store is stylish and different from a typical ramen shop. I wonder if the seafood soup is delicious... I like thin noodles, so I'm not sure. Many people say it's delicious, so it probably is. I wouldn't go back alone, but I would go with friends if they wanted to. The beef itself was tasty. Better than the strange restaurant's chashu.

Hello~ It's time for a review! The ramen shop I visited had three types of soup: 1) light soup made from chicken thighs, 2) a blend of light and rich soup, and 3) a rich soup made from simmering chicken bones. I chose the blend of light and rich soup this time! You can also choose from three types of chashu: 1) tripe, 2) regular chashu, and 3) black wagyu beef. I went with the black wagyu beef. The soup was light and rich, with a slightly strong seafood flavor. The black wagyu beef was flavorful and tender. The table had condiments underneath, and you could push them in from the top like a push-pop. The interior of the shop was very stylish. It was truly a ramen shop with no sign and no name (laughs).

Today's lunch was at a ramen shop called "Unnamed Ramen Shop." It was my first visit. I ordered the ramen with extra noodles for 1,000 yen (tax included) and chose chashu as the topping. Water is self-service. It seems like they use a noodle strainer machine. The ramen was served shortly after. It came with a slightly large piece of chashu, one mini tomato, white leeks, and three green vegetables. The noodles were medium thickness and the soup seemed to be a seafood tonkotsu base. It was delicious, but I felt that it wasn't piping hot. Thank you for the meal.

I was a bit unsure because there was no signboard, but I found the place easily by checking the exterior on Instagram. It's located underground beneath the staircase, and once inside, it feels like a forest with a Ghibli world atmosphere. I visited on a weekday for lunch and was seated without having to wait in line!

The soup comes in 3 varieties. I ordered the light chicken broth soup. It arrived quickly, perhaps because it wasn't busy. Chopsticks and condiments were in a drawer, which was innovative! The noodles had a unique texture and were decent. The soup was really light, maybe a slightly cloudy broth would have been better!? I chose the topping of black-haired wagyu beef, which was delicious! There is only counter seating, but the concrete tables are stylish. The whole experience, from entering to leaving, took about 20 minutes. It felt like a quick standing meal.

I went around 12 o'clock. There is no sign so it's hard to find, but you go down the stairs to the basement. I ordered the motsu tsukemen, and the soup was rich and matched well with the motsu, it was delicious. For those who don't like it too rich, you can choose the richness level. I finished by putting rice in the soup. Thank you for the meal.

On the basement floor of a building along the Takase River. When you open the door, you'll see exposed concrete, ducts, and some plants, with a food ticket machine right there. Choose your order here and then head to the counter in the back. It's a stylish space for a ramen shop, and they even serve beef tripe tsukemen. It might seem mismatched, but oh well. Because it's delicious. Thank you for the meal!

There is no name or sign for this shop. The interior is simple and stylish. The ramen with motsu (offal) is fragrant from being seared on a burner just before serving, and the soup is rich and creamy. The beef bowl with wagyu beef is tender, sweet, and has an elegant flavor.

At 1:30 on Saturday. It had been a while, but the timing was good, with only 2-3 groups of customers ahead, so I was able to be seated without waiting. There were various options to choose from, but I feel like I always end up choosing the same thing. This time, I went with the chashu tsukemen with medium soup and added a seasoned egg. Since it's a Takakura Nijo group, the tsukemen was definitely a good choice. Next time, I'll try something different.

Order: Miso Tamago Motsu Tsukemen 1.5 servings (900 yen). This tsukemen comes with vegetables and is popular among women for being healthy. The restaurant is a hidden gem called "Nameless Ramen Shop." As the name suggests, there is no actual name for the restaurant. First-time visitors are guaranteed to get lost trying to find the entrance.

I revisited this place because it was delicious when I visited last October. This time, I waited for about 20 minutes due to the Golden Week holiday. I ordered the layered soup motsu ramen with a seasoned egg topping. The rich yet refreshing soup is delicious. The motsu is firm and has no unpleasant smell. It's rare to find mini tomatoes in ramen, but they go well with the rich soup! Next time, I want to try the tsukemen.

It was a bit hard to find, but there were about 3 groups waiting in line. We were seated in less than 10 minutes. I chose the motsu (offal) option for my ramen, which was delicious. The ramen with motsu was unique and very tasty. I ordered it on the richer side, and it was so flavorful that I couldn't finish all the broth, which is unusual for me. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

I used this restaurant for a late lunch. I arrived at Sanjo Station after 2 pm. I walked about 5 minutes from there and arrived at the restaurant. This place doesn't have a signboard, so some people might pass by without noticing it. It's a hidden gem, and I was excited even before entering. Since it was a bit late, I was able to enter without waiting. Inside, I was surprised by the very stylish decor and atmosphere, which is rare for a ramen shop. It's easy for women to come in alone, and there were a couple of other female customers besides me. You buy a meal ticket from a machine, and you can choose the type of soup, ingredients, and portion size to suit your taste. I had a hard time choosing the ingredients, as you can choose from 3 types (tripe, chashu, black wagyu), but this time I ordered the "tripe ramen". The chewy tripe was delicious, and there were plenty of vegetables (there was even one tomato, which was unusual!) which helped alleviate any guilt about calories. The noodles matched the soup perfectly and were very delicious! It was just the right amount for a woman, so I recommend a large portion for those who want to eat a lot. I would like to visit again to try a different combination of ingredients next time.

There is a ramen shop near Sanjo Station that doesn't really have a name. There are two main menu options, and this time I tried the light version. The soup was rich, and the mini tomatoes added a nice touch. Personally, I felt like the portion was a bit small, so adding more noodles might be better.
