Everyone! It's Curry Man! Today, I visited a super cool restaurant in Nishi-Azabu called Sakkapau! The entrance is so cool from the start! When you enter the restaurant, the deep and spacious counter seats are incredibly cool! While there are also table seats and private rooms, I highly recommend sitting at the counter when you visit this restaurant! They have a unique selection of wines that you don't see often, so if you ask for a pairing, it can make for a fun experience with your dining companion, even if they have a high wine IQ! The fantastic atmosphere will definitely make your date a success, even though today is not a date for me! The course meal starts with an amuse-bouche of three finger foods! Next up is a dish with peach turnips covering red turnips like umbrellas! These are called peach turnips, which have a unique soft texture different from regular turnips. Underneath, there's something else, so I quickly looked it up - it's snow crab! The combination of richly flavored snow crab, tender and flavorful turnips, and the sauce is a unique taste I've never experienced before! Delicious! This dish was paired with a Riesling from Canada, which you don't come across often! Delicious! The cutlery is like a time machine style with compartments that are cool and stylish! Next, a 24-year-old Italian wine that you'd want to buy just for the label! It's served with smelt and seaweed - a rare combination that is perfectly matched! So good! Following that is a Sicilian wine paired with a dish of sea urchin yellow and dried tomatoes, highlighting the seafood flavor of the Fregola pasta! The combination of seafood flavors, rich squid ink, and the refreshing sweetness of tomatoes is delicious! The Fregola pasta from Sardinia is nominated for Pasta of the Year 2018! The dish is so delicious that I want a bigger portion to devour! The wine from Portugal, Casa de Figueira, is a perfect transition to the next enjoyable experience! The dish is a paprika and Pecorino cheese pasta that is simple yet bursting with flavor! Delicious! The wine is a Loire Valley natural wine that is easy to drink and not intimidating at all! Great choice! The last dish is a Spanish wine paired with red beef steak, which is an absolute delight to savor! The dessert wine is also incredibly delicious! The tiramisu is reconstructed in a modern way, and the coffee is a delight to taste! The coffee is so sophisticated! The meal ends with a tea snack! But wait, next up is more wine! And as an extra surprise, a curry dish is served! This curry-flavored risotto is a special collaboration with Gaggan, the reigning Asian best restaurant! It was recreated with leftover spices to match my visit as Curry Man! It's a special menu item that is truly unique and delicious!

S'accapau in Nishi-Azabu is an Italian restaurant that is full of innovation! But it's not just about being unique, the taste is also amazing. Here are some of the dishes we tried: - Amuse-bouche finger foods: Rice chips topped with fresh fish and caviar, short pasta snack with gorgonzola, swimming wakasagi fritters, chickpea paste sticks, grissini, mini burgers, salami on polenta, and round scarmoza cheese. - Appetizer of grilled flat scallops with lime puree and decorated with small flower-shaped turnips. - Pizza fritter with pork, scarmoza, and rapeseed flowers, with the sausage skin acting as the fritter. - Spaghetti with Sicilian tomato sauce and seafood flavor, topped with breadcrumbs for a crunchy texture. - Risotto with shirako and carnaroli rice, with the addition of komatsuna. - Fish dish with tuna, paprika, eggplant, red onions, celery puree, tomato, and crispy pistachios. - Meat dish of beef cheek and beef tongue steak with suopon soup and ravioli. - Dessert of truffle ice cream, caramel, chocolate, and pepper. - Herbal tea served with small sweets like gimob, cannoli, and panna cotta. The attention to detail and creativity in each dish was truly impressive!

It was incredibly delicious!! All the dishes were beautifully presented and very tasty!! Especially the shrimp pasta with blue jelly was delicious and impressive. I want to go back to eat again!! ⭐️5⭐️ I want to become a regular. I love it so much that I don't want to tell anyone about it. ⭐️4⭐️ I will recommend this restaurant if asked. ⭐️3⭐️ I might go back again. ⭐️2⭐️ Hmm, I'd prefer to try a different restaurant. ⭐️1⭐️ Personally, I don't recommend it. Instagram @tokyo_gourmet_yokutaberuko. On my Instagram, I only introduce restaurants that I rated 4 or 5 stars on Tabelog as "good eater in Tokyo gourmet".

The course costs 17,600 yen. Including alcohol and soft drinks, it's around 25,000 yen. The appetizers are likely to appeal to women. The dishes not only look extravagant but also taste good. Every dish is so photogenic. The space is stylish and the seats are spacious. It's perfect for a date. I will definitely come back.

"S'ACCAPAU" is a creative Italian restaurant located in Roppongi, offering a sophisticated and spacious counter-style space. I made a reservation for the lunch course and opted for the drink pairing option. The amuse-bouche was enjoyable, offering a variety of textures, temperatures, and flavors. The Riesling pairing provided a complex harmony of sweet and sour notes. The swordfish ham-style focaccia with Sicilian olive oil was delightful. The jelly broth, reminiscent of the blue sea, was delicious. The rice was firm, and the vegetables were soft, complemented perfectly by the rich vegetable-based sauce. The herbal tea served in a visually appealing siphon was a highlight. The cocoa hazelnut mascarpone tea pastry with a hint of lemon citrus was exquisite. The light lunch course was satisfying in terms of portion size, offering a pleasant dining experience with great flavors, ambiance, and service.

I was excited by the cute appearance of the appetizers that came out first from Amuse! Every dish was beautiful, especially the Capellini with its vibrant blue color was lovely! The wine and beer selection was all unique and perfect for those who love alcohol! The 8:00 pm check-in and taxi arrangement went smoothly, thank you! It's a restaurant I want to visit again!

This is my second visit to this restaurant. It offers a creative Italian cuisine that is both enjoyable to look at and delicious to eat. They have a sommelier who can help you choose a great wine. We came here to celebrate a young team member's achievement, and everyone was impressed.

S'ACCAPAU in Nishi-Azabu, Tokyo, is a stylish Italian restaurant that is highly recommended for dates. Located near the Nishi-Azabu intersection, this restaurant offers creative and interesting dishes, rather than traditional Italian fare. The assortment of 8 amuse-bouche for appetizers is impressive in both presentation and taste. The pasta dishes featuring various types of shellfish are also outstanding. They have a wide selection of organic wines that will please wine enthusiasts. The restaurant has a counter, tables, and private rooms, but the counter seating is highly recommended!

On a Sunday afternoon, it's a true happiness to enjoy good drinks and delicious food. Today, I went to an Italian restaurant in Nishi-Azabu. I reserved a counter seat for one person with a 13000 yen course including wine pairing. The restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building near the intersection in Nishi-Azabu. The cozy atmosphere with dim lighting was quite inviting. The course started with an impressive array of 8 amuse-bouche dishes, each of them beautifully presented and satisfying. The following dishes such as cherry salmon tartare, vongole bianco, curry risotto, grilled pork loin, and dessert were all flawlessly executed, making it a blissful dining experience. It's not easy to find the perfect spot for a Sunday lunch, but this 13000 yen course was definitely a favorite.

The taste was unique and delicious, but it felt a bit lacking. For the price, I expected the main dish to be a bit more satisfying. The presentation and plating were good. It may sound critical, but I also noticed a lack of flexibility.

This is the best restaurant. The taste, atmosphere, fun, staff knowledge, and hospitality are all excellent. The menu with a playful touch is exciting. The course menu is written with symbols, so you don't know what it is until you try it. There are many interesting combinations that create a harmonious taste. They also pair the food with drinks, bringing a suitable drink for each dish. There are many rare wines that will delight wine lovers. The people I went with said there is no better Italian restaurant. I want to visit again.

I finally visited the long-awaited Sakapou! The mood-boosting music and sophisticated interior raised my expectations and excitement. I started with ordering sparkling wine, but champagne arrived! Along with the amuse-bouche, I continued with pairing and added cheese for dessert. The food and drinks were delicious, and it was a very enjoyable time. The pairing included Japanese wine, sake, Italian and French wines, and lemon sour. Highly recommended!

Cost performance is good. It seems that you can use it for everyday use as well as for a wine bar. It has become a regular spot for me. Nowadays, there are many shops that boast innovation, and I feel like there are more shops that cost around 30,000 to 40,000 yen per person... However, this shop was so good that I felt it was cheap in comparison!

【Atmosphere】 - Quite good! It is more spacious than I imagined. - It was a counter seat, but the layout was spacious and there was no sense of confinement. - There were no customers on both sides, so there was plenty of space to relax. - The combination of stone and wood, with a neon sign, gives a trendy yet calm vibe that seems appealing to both men and women. - I thought it was a new restaurant, but it turns out they will be celebrating their 7th year in June. - The staff were polite and had just the right amount of distance. (They occasionally engage in friendly conversation, but they keep their distance during meals so you don't feel pressured to chat) 【Food】 - Innovative course menu - Each dish is carefully thought out and delicate, giving it an Italian flair with a touch of French influence. 1. Amuse-bouche 2. Crispy baked bread 3. Potato salad with blood orange sauce. Surprisingly refreshing and delicious with edible flowers, turnips, and snow crab as accents. 4. Piadina 5. Pasta 6. Pasta 7. Fish 8. Duck 9. Dessert 10. Tea sweets 11. Herbal tea The menu changes every 2 months, and this was the last day for the current menu. I would love to visit again. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

"A shop with the main theme of enjoying 'Creative Italian' cuisine with natural wines from various countries. The experience was extremely inspirational ✴︎ Chef Takashi Tabuchi, who has mastered cuisine by traveling to about 20 countries around the world from Italy and Germany, created dishes that combine the essence of Japan with local dishes from various regions of Italy, capturing 'the present moment' from a global perspective in a playful dish. ◾️ The amuse-bouche of dried fish cracker topped with mackerel, as well as the colorful dishes inspired by nature, were full of playful creativity. The homemade focaccia, enjoyed with Italian olive oil, which the chef also uses in his two restaurants in Hamburg, was delightful. ◾️ Piadina with burrata cheese and prosciutto, the soul food of the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, presented with high-quality black truffle and a rich aroma, was also enchanting. ◾️ Pasta with cauliflower, squid, sea urchin, shrimp, mussels, and clams, a symphony of various pasta varieties and a rich array of seafood that was heartwarming. ◾️ Tagliatelle with black garlic, wild boar, and ricotta cheese sauce, a sophisticated dish with squid ink tagliatelle in the center, exuding intense umami flavors. ◾️ Spanish mackerel with napa cabbage, saffron, and parsley, coated with fermented napa cabbage and served with fried capers. ◾️ Duck with celeriac and Brussels sprouts, a dish reminiscent of the spice galaxy, with cardamom seeds in the celery puree, duck broth, and chorizo sauce, enveloped in a spicy accent. The natural wines, with many rare options and a wide range of choices, offered a pleasant marriage throughout the course. ◾️ Chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, and yogurt dessert that captured the heart ♡ From start to finish, the experience was exhilarating, making it perfect for Valentine's Day. Overall, the refined yet free-spirited taste was captivating. The floor has two patterns, with counter and table seating, each featuring a color scheme of blue and golden brown, which adds to the enjoyment. Personally, I found the stylish and serene atmosphere of the space, cuisine, chef, and staff to be wonderful, and I look forward to visiting again."

Recommended by several gourmet friends and had been curious about it for a while. The attention to detail in the interior and exterior was impressive. The dishes look stylish and taste delicious. The Italian-inspired burgers and tacos, as well as the evolved B-class gourmet dishes, were both down-to-earth and sophisticated. The artful plates that can be ordered for just 500 yen were perfect for celebrating a friend's birthday. Highly recommended for visits with female friends or a date. The service and atmosphere in the restaurant were excellent. The wine pairings offered a variety of tastes to enjoy, and the sweet Japanese sake was delicious. It was truly an impressive experience.

Innovative cuisine can be enjoyed at a restaurant in Roppongi with a seasonal course pairing. The amuse-bouche included horse meat hamburger, smoked cheese, penne pasta, dried fish biscuit, polenta, and foie gras terrine. Surprisingly, all of these were served as the amuse-bouche, which was impressive! The champagne served was Brut "Intense" Mag 17 from France. The next dish was snow crab, blood orange, turnip, and potato with homemade focaccia bread that you could get seconds of. The white wine served was White Rabbit 2018 from La Vinoterie. Following that was piadina, burrata cheese, and prosciutto. The pairing was a unique sake called Shichihonyari Kinokan, made with wooden barrels. The pasta dish consisted of cauliflower, squid, sea urchin, shrimp, mussels, and clams with a black garlic, wild boar, and ricotta cheese sauce. The red wine served was Beaujolais 2020 from Chateau Cambon. A colorful and mysterious dish called Sawara with napa cabbage, saffron, and parsley was surprisingly delicious. The pairing was a white wine from Matthiasson Family Vineyard. The duck dish with celeriac, cabbage sprouts, and spices was tender and flavorful. The red wine served was Austri San Fereolo 2013. For dessert, there was a chocolate and vanilla flan with a cute heart-shaped design. Herb tea was prepared tableside, and three types of petit fours were also served. The course was not only visually appealing but also engaging with the cutlery in drawers, detailed explanations of the dishes, and well-timed wine pairings. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience from start to finish!

Eating out every day to conquer the top 100 restaurants. Today, I visited an Italian restaurant called Sakapau in Nishi-Azabu. It was selected as one of the top 100 Italian restaurants in 2021. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 PM on a weekday. There is a blue sign in front of the restaurant, and the entrance doesn't look like an Italian restaurant. I went down the stairs to enter the restaurant. The interior has a bar counter and has a high-class and stylish atmosphere. The restaurant was launched in Japan by Takashi Tabuchi, who has produced stores in Italy and Germany. The concept is to enjoy creative Italian cuisine and wine in a space. It's described as an adult daily lounge. The seasonal course menu I had reserved in advance was priced at 16,500 yen. It included finger food amuse-bouche, two appetizers, two pasta dishes, a meat dish, a fish dish, dessert, and cheese. The amuse-bouche looked like small toys, and the beautifully arranged meat and fish dishes were so creative that without the pasta, you wouldn't even realize it was Italian cuisine. The dishes were so creative that it was hard to describe, but it was a playful course where you could enjoy both the food and drinks with your eyes. The course dishes were delicious, and because it's Nishi-Azabu, it seems like a place where you can casually come and enjoy drinks. It also seems like a good place to just enjoy drinks.

I was able to have a meal here because of work, and I was so happy because I had been curious about this restaurant for a long time! The food was all so wonderful that I felt like saying "beautiful..." from the bottom of my heart! But not only that, each dish was so carefully prepared and just lovely. I can't put into words which one was the best, so I'll skip that. It was an exciting restaurant that seems to change with the seasons!

A pop-style sign, dimly lit interior. Cutting-edge Italian cuisine with a mix of nonchalance and humor. Exciting dishes from the first plate. Playful and stylish presentation, perfectly calculated combinations of ingredients. When paired with wine, it becomes even more powerful. Dishes that exude a strong presence without needing to assert themselves. A simple yet innovative perspective consistently felt in the food and atmosphere of the restaurant. Enjoyable night with fun companions.
