"A shop with the main theme of enjoying 'Creative Italian' cuisine with natural wines from various countries. The experience was extremely inspirational ✴︎ Chef Takashi Tabuchi, who has mastered cuisine by traveling to about 20 countries around the world from Italy and Germany, created dishes that combine the essence of Japan with local dishes from various regions of Italy, capturing 'the present moment' from a global perspective in a playful dish. ◾️ The amuse-bouche of dried fish cracker topped with mackerel, as well as the colorful dishes inspired by nature, were full of playful creativity. The homemade focaccia, enjoyed with Italian olive oil, which the chef also uses in his two restaurants in Hamburg, was delightful. ◾️ Piadina with burrata cheese and prosciutto, the soul food of the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, presented with high-quality black truffle and a rich aroma, was also enchanting. ◾️ Pasta with cauliflower, squid, sea urchin, shrimp, mussels, and clams, a symphony of various pasta varieties and a rich array of seafood that was heartwarming. ◾️ Tagliatelle with black garlic, wild boar, and ricotta cheese sauce, a sophisticated dish with squid ink tagliatelle in the center, exuding intense umami flavors. ◾️ Spanish mackerel with napa cabbage, saffron, and parsley, coated with fermented napa cabbage and served with fried capers. ◾️ Duck with celeriac and Brussels sprouts, a dish reminiscent of the spice galaxy, with cardamom seeds in the celery puree, duck broth, and chorizo sauce, enveloped in a spicy accent. The natural wines, with many rare options and a wide range of choices, offered a pleasant marriage throughout the course. ◾️ Chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, and yogurt dessert that captured the heart ♡ From start to finish, the experience was exhilarating, making it perfect for Valentine's Day. Overall, the refined yet free-spirited taste was captivating. The floor has two patterns, with counter and table seating, each featuring a color scheme of blue and golden brown, which adds to the enjoyment. Personally, I found the stylish and serene atmosphere of the space, cuisine, chef, and staff to be wonderful, and I look forward to visiting again."
