First, start with a drink at the bar area. Then, move to the picnic zone and enjoy tapas from the basket while chatting. Be mindful of the staff around. Finally, have a meal at the restaurant zone. Each dish looks beautiful but is very small in portion size. Every place serves such small portions that eating bread can make you feel full, so I ended up giving it to my friend and never felt completely satisfied.

I visited for a special dinner. It was entertaining and fun, so I recommend going with someone who is interested in food. I wanted to focus on the food, so I asked for less alcohol, which made the bill not cheap, but considering the satisfaction, it was reasonable.

The interior of the restaurant was very lovely, starting with a welcome drink. The next room had a white birch concept with a glamping style, picnic theme. The cute dishes in the basket were hand-eaten, which was very cute. To have the main course, we had to go to another room. It was a fresh and experiential dining experience.

Last week, I attended a coworker's wedding and was amazed by the quality of the food at the reception. I was so impressed that I made a reservation on the spot! It felt like I was traveling in the Basque Country, enjoying delicious cuisine. Although it's a bit pricey, I'd love to visit about once every six months.

It had been a while since I last had Basque cuisine and the food was quite different and refreshing. Basque dishes seem to blend well with the Japanese palate. The plates were very familiar and the Basque version of French toast for dessert was simple yet delicious. I hope to go back again someday, even though the restaurant isn't open very often. Thank you for the meal! ❣️

I visited a three-star restaurant in Bilbao, Spain, where the ENEKO chef, who had not visited Japan in 3 years, was in the shop for just 3 days as the situation with COVID-19 had calmed down. I enjoyed the happiness of tasting modern Basque cuisine without any temperature differences. Previously, the concept was to enjoy a picnic-like atmosphere in a different location from the main dining area, but this time it was even more enhanced with a system where you can move around 5 different places to taste the dishes. The signature dish of truffle eggs was of course delicious, and this time the tuna dishes were impressive. ENEKO's Txakoli was also good, of course.

I heard that the Eneco Chef was visiting Japan for the first time in several years, so I made a reservation and visited. It was an experiential dining experience where you could see, feel, and taste everything. It felt like being invited to a foreign country. Each dish was carefully prepared and wonderful. I enjoyed the delicious meal. Thank you very much.

We got married at this place because we fell in love with the quality of the food and the interior. It was our anniversary, so we decided to visit again. It was the first time we could relax and enjoy without any worries. We started with a picnic-style meal on a boat-shaped plate. We sipped on our favorite Chakoli while eating the boat surrounded by the aroma of seafood soup. Then we moved to a tent and enjoyed a fluffy dish made with mushrooms and asparagus, with a cocktail that tasted like passion fruit in a mini tomato. Finally, we sat at a table and the course began. The Jose Lito's prosciutto was a must-have addition. There were a few dishes we hadn't tried before, so it was a delightful experience. We'll definitely come back next year!

Visited ENEKO Tokyo, a Michelin three-star restaurant in Basque known for its gourmet cuisine! Made a reservation on Tabelog almost 2 months ago for a weekday night celebration! Located about a 10-minute walk from Roppongi Station. The reserved course was HELMUGA's course, which included the following: First, enjoy 3 corners at the Greenhouse. Truffle meringue, green beans, barquitos - origami - The barquito, which means "small boat" in Spanish, is actually made of parsley and takes about 3 days to prepare! We enjoyed the scent of the sea while eating. Next, we headed to the greenhouse for a picnic. Oregano, crab, asparagus, caipirinha, and sea chakori. The presentation was so cute and got us excited! The one at the bottom right was thought to be tomato but turned out to be chakori! It was a surprise when we tasted it. After that, we sat down and relaxed. Organic egg and truffle (+1,650 yen) - A specialty dish that we added. The chef cooked it in front of us using a syringe, and we were nervous whether it would break or not. Beet tartare, cauliflower texture - The beet tartare dish was super cute! They brought out a whole roasted cauliflower, and we got to enjoy it in various cooking methods like raw or resembling caviar. Warm appetizer: Lobster, green onions, mushroom tempura - Fish dish: Today's fresh fish with sea urchin - Meat dish: Matsusaka beef (+5,500 yen) You can choose from Matsusaka beef, oxtail, or red beef. I chose Matsusaka beef for an additional 5,500 yen. It was tender and delicious! Dessert: Vanilla toffee, petit fours - Basil and yogurt lollipop, coffee and milk macaron, ginger bonbon, raspberry nougat, lemon jelly. They were so cute that just looking at them made me satisfied. It was fun to think about which one to eat first. With wine pairing, it cost around 32,000 yen per person. Couldn't stop commenting on each dish as it was served, and it was such an enjoyable time! I think it would be fun for a girls' night out or a date. I will definitely go back!

When I found out that I would be having appetizers while moving through the room to reach the table, I was a bit worried at first because I'm lazy, but all the dishes were so delicious that my worries disappeared instantly. The staff, many of whom were young, provided excellent service, and I was able to enjoy my time there from start to finish. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

In Tokyo, you can experience the Basque gastronomy of Eneko Atxa, the chef of the three-star restaurant "Azurmendi" in the Basque Country, at the restaurant "ENEKO Tokyo." The restaurant offers a unique dining experience where you can enjoy various dishes while moving around different areas. The review describes the dishes in detail, from the appetizers to the main course, highlighting the creativity and flavors of each dish. The reviewer enjoyed the experience of exploring different settings within the restaurant, such as the "Greenhouse" and the "Hill of Vermouth," where they sampled luxurious appetizers and cocktails. The main dining area featured specialties like the "Organic Egg and Truffle" dish, which impressed with its unique presentation. Overall, the reviewer praised the restaurant for its charming ambiance, innovative dishes, and the opportunity to savor the flavors of the Basque region in Tokyo.

This place is so much fun!! First of all, the restaurant is huge. How rich are they, haha. They serve champagne made from their own vineyard that you can only drink here. How rich are they, haha. It's not very famous yet, so it's easy to make a reservation now. The unique atmosphere here is like no other.

During the coronavirus pandemic, I ordered takeout twice from this restaurant and had a great impression, so I decided to visit for dinner. The restaurant is located in a luxurious area with a unique use of space, featuring an open-air courtyard. Upon entering, I was guided to a gallery-like area where I experienced an amuse-bouche and an aperitif. The dinner menu included a variety of innovative and avant-garde dishes, such as a truffle-infused egg, a Spanish dessert called Polvoron, and a dish featuring sea urchin and a Bloody Mary cocktail. Each course was presented in a theatrical and creative way, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The experience was truly a blend of modern Spanish and Basque gastronomy, showcasing the chef's innovative culinary skills. I left wondering what surprises the next visit would bring.

I visited a restaurant in Nishi-Azabu that I had wanted to visit for a few years. I made a web reservation about a week before my visit. I visited at night as they only offer lunch on weekdays. The items I ordered were: 1. 2500 yen: Joselito (cured ham) 2. 1500 yen: Egg yolk with truffles 3. 13000 yen: Dinner (the cheaper option, there is also a 20,000 yen option) Here are my thoughts on the meal: - The Joselito ham was delicious, much better than the thinly sliced ham that is popular nowadays. It is only served in about 3-4 places in Japan, so it must be authentic. - The egg yolk with truffles was the restaurant's signature dish, but I didn't enjoy it. - It seems strange that the 20,000 yen course doesn't include the ham or truffle egg yolk. Are they trying to make extra profit with these as optional add-ons? - The main dining area was difficult to reach, with multiple rooms where we were served various tapas dishes while moving around. The flow was confusing, especially the small second room called "Picnic". It felt cramped and not suitable for a city setting. The food was labor-intensive and flavorful. - The cold appetizer, a foie gras dish, was excellent, but the quality dropped with the warm appetizers and main course. The fried lobster lacked flavor, the salmon was too salty, and the red beef was good but the potato and bacon mille-feuille felt heavier than the meat itself. - Overall, paying 13,000 yen for dinner in Nishi-Azabu may have been a bit unrealistic. The wine was good, and the staff were attentive, but I didn't feel satisfied with the overall dining experience.

This restaurant values hospitality and immersive experiences. I was brought here by a senior before and had a good time, so I revisited with a friend. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink, which got me excited. Then we had a picnic experience in a room filled with greenery and plants, where we enjoyed appetizers from a basket. Moving to another location, we started with a full course meal that was visually appealing and delicious. The conversation flowed easily, and we had a great time. I would love to come back for another taste of the extraordinary.
