Located in Hibiya Park, it is lush and green. The cherry blossoms were already gone, but the nemophila and wisteria were beautiful. I visited for the limited edition strawberry afternoon tea at OZ. A tall French-looking waiter kindly explained the menu with a smile. The special drink was a berry sparkling, and the savory items included borscht, egg sandwich, peasant salad, followed by two types of scones and jam in a cute basket. The drinks included high-quality Japanese tea, two types of Mariage Frères black tea, Kusmi Tea, coffee, etc., served in cups instead of pots for variety. They also took drink orders at the right time. The wooden two-tiered stand of sweets was strawberry-themed with macarons, canelés, cup shortcake, mille-feuille, jelly, etc., all in cute sizes for easy eating. It was a relaxing seat overlooking the fresh greenery. Many solo female diners were there, enjoying their afternoon tea without any worries. After being escorted by a handsome waiter, I stopped by the paella tapas fair in the park and bought paella from Biidoro for dinner. So nostalgic~

In a setting where many people were enjoying afternoon tea, I visited for the parfait. The parfait was delicious and perfectly balanced in sweetness, so it didn't get overwhelming. It was great that there were several types of tea to choose from for the set drink, in addition to coffee and black tea.

I visited the restaurant for afternoon tea by myself to celebrate my birthday alone (lol). Although I often go birdwatching in Hibiya Park during the winter, it was my first time visiting Hibiya Palace. It felt a bit lonely not hearing the birds' songs inside the restaurant, but I could see the greenery from the window and had a relaxing time. Dining in a restaurant inside the park is great ❤️ The atmosphere was amazing, the staff were kind, and the balance between savory and sweet dishes was good and delicious. It turned out to be a wonderful solo birthday lunch. Next time, I would like to visit for lunch on the terrace seating (*^^*)

Hibiya Palace in Hibiya Park, a sudden appearance of a house!? Afternoon Tea at Hibiya Palace Hibiya Palace (Hibiya Palace) Chiyoda-ku, Hibiya Park 1-6 03-5511-4122 12:00-15:30 (last order at 13:30), [Afternoon Tea] 12:00-17:00 (last order at 15:00), 18:00-22:00 (last order at 20:00) Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays I heard from a friend that they had a wedding anniversary lunch at this restaurant, and since then, I've been wanting to visit. When I finally went, I thought, "Oh, indeed, it's perfect for an anniversary." It's a single-house restaurant, with a great atmosphere. I was considering having lunch, but then I found a solo Afternoon Tea plan! Clicked on it. [OZ limited 5/1-6/30 weekdays ★ Solo Green Afternoon Tea with Café Free Choice! Enjoy Matcha sweets and savory dishes for 3980 yen] *This plan is currently not available* Until the end of August, there was a solo Afternoon Tea plan available at the same price! [OZ Weekday Limited Solo Private Day ★ 7/1-8/31 Tropical Afternoon Tea 3980 yen] Café free choice × Tropical sweets and savory dishes If you want to go with friends or family, there is the following option. [7/1-8/31 Tropical Afternoon Tea 5880 yen] Picnic BOX + Tropical fruit juice + Café free choice! Summer fruit sweets and savory dishes I was confident that I could get lost in Hibiya Park, so I went from Kasumigaseki Station. I found it easier from here than from Hibiya Station (by Google Maps). The inside of the restaurant had a lot of lunch customers. The area near the entrance was for Afternoon Tea, I wonder if it's for solo guests? I was guided to a table by the window, and I saw other solo guests being guided as well. The drink menu was extensive, with many types of Japanese teas, which is rare. The first drink was a special tea, but I forgot the name... it was delicious! The menu included: - Vichy-style cold cream soup - Green salad with Caesar dressing - Picnic box (2 savory dishes) - White Zao-kyo free-range egg sandwich - Brown rice tea scone with Camargue salt - Two-tier tray with various sweets The scones were delicious but not traditional, and the sweets were all tasty. The portions were small, perfect for tea time but not as a lunch substitute. The atmosphere was nice, the service was good, and I would like to come back for lunch next time. Bonus drink: Photos from Hibiya Park Afternoon Tea Plan 3980 yen

Weekend in Ginza~Yurakucho area for lunch, and then take a leisurely stroll in Hibiya Park afterwards. This time, I went the opposite way from usual. Along the way, I spotted a large snake in the grass, and listened to the rehearsal music leaking from the public hall... Just walking around is so enjoyable. I was healed by the various lilies growing naturally in the area, when suddenly, I came across a wonderful cafe! That was Hibiya Palace. The first floor is a cafe, and the second floor is a restaurant. There are two terrace seats outside. The spacing between the seats is just right. - Banana Juice 660 yen. It's a very rich banana juice. It's well chilled, sweet, and makes all fatigue disappear. The very fragrant oshibori is also excellent. I can understand the feeling of wanting to wipe my face... There were people enjoying afternoon tea next to me, so I immediately looked it up! I want to try the afternoon tea next time.

I read the review by reviewer Connelly and decided to visit this place that had been abandoned for a long time, riding on the popularity of nemophila. I had made a reservation for a terrace seat, so I was guided from the spacious interior to the terrace. There were two stoves and large umbrellas on the terrace. I arrived around 2 p.m. for the dessert set, so I asked if it was okay to just have tea (not a meal), and I was surprised when only the drink menu was brought to me. I saw banana juice on the menu, so I decided to change my order to a dessert set, but was told they couldn't make it today. I then asked if they had cake, and another staff member brought a menu and said there was no cake, only a dessert plate. They also mentioned that there were no drink sets available. The review I referred to was from five years ago, so it's understandable that there have been changes, but I still felt that the customer service was not very friendly. I was planning to have a quick dessert set, so I wasn't very hungry and didn't have much time, so I asked for something that would be served quickly. What I received was as follows (excluding tax and a 10% service charge): - Rum raisin butter sandwich 300 yen - Cafe au lait 750 yen Despite the restaurant being empty, I was made to wait for quite a while, and when I started to worry about the time, they brought only the cafe au lait, saying they would bring the butter sandwich later. The feeling of despair at that moment... I had no choice but to wait, and two rather tall butter sandwiches were served, with the advice to eat them quickly before they melted. Due to time constraints and my stomach, I had planned to sneakily take one home in a ziplock bag, but that ambition was shattered. The buttercream with rum raisins was generously sandwiched, and the cookie was also delicious. The buttercream was firm because it was well chilled, so it took some time to eat. The cafe au lait, with steamed milk, was delicious, but I wondered if it was actually a cafe latte... When I checked the receipt to write this review, I found that a service charge had been added. Hmm, I felt that was worse than a restaurant that doesn't charge a service fee... Could it be that the lack of a sweet and affordable set is due to financial difficulties? It was disappointing that despite having a pleasant terrace seat surrounded by greenery.

The afternoon tea drink course, inspired by a picnic, allows for up to three drinks for a little over 4000 yen. If you're looking for a high-quality afternoon tea experience with a variety of cakes and a drink-free option, the hotel's afternoon tea is a good choice. The cakes are not overly sweet and easy to enjoy, providing a special touch to the experience.

I finally got to try the afternoon tea that I've always wanted to try! It's located in Hibiya Park, surrounded by nature like gingko trees, creating a fantastic atmosphere! I came with two friends for a girls' get-together. I was worried it might be cold, but we were able to sit on the terrace with our beloved dog, which was allowed. It was December, so it was a bit chilly, but they provided heaters at our feet and blankets, so we were able to relax on the terrace without feeling too cold. We chose the Xmas Afternoon Tea set (¥4800), which includes 7 sweets and 5 savories, along with a choice of cafe drink. The sweets included a seasonal fruit cake, a Bart de Frui Nuage, a Garmonteri Malle citrus fruit and Darjeeling jelly, a macaron cake, a raspberry madeleine, and plain & chocolate canele. For drinks, we could choose from Ex Pure Addict (detox tea), St. Petersburg Jasmine Green Tea, Ginger Lemon Green Tea, Aqua Rosa Marco Polo Darjeeling, or Rooibos Tea. Both the sweets and savories were delicious! The bread was served in a baguette, the plates were made of wood, and everything was so cute, creating a picnic-like atmosphere that was relaxing and enjoyable. I definitely want to come back to this place!

It's not often you find a restaurant with a view like this. From the second floor, you can overlook Hibiya Park right in front of you. No matter how much money you spend, you can't recreate this scene. It makes you want to have some champagne even during the day. The food starts with appetizers that give a picnic-like feeling, following the traditional French cuisine from the affiliated restaurant, "Eneco." The straightforward dishes like red snapper with bouillabaisse sauce or deer steak are prepared simply but deliciously, which is quite refreshing in a place like this. It was a time to appreciate the simplicity of enjoying familiar and tasty dishes.

I had afternoon tea. It was picnic-themed, with the tablecloth resembling a picnic mat and the sandwiches served in a bento box style, which was very lovely! It was my friend's birthday, so we requested a special plate, and she was delighted with the cute plate featuring a girl in a fruit dress. The COVID-19 measures were well implemented, with good distancing between customers, and of course, sanitization and temperature checks were done, so I felt safe using the restaurant. All the desserts were delicious, and the small sizes allowed us to try a variety of items, but there was plenty of food, so we ended up quite full. You can also order up to 3 drinks, which I thought was a good deal! The timing of the staff coming to take drink orders when we ran out was perfect, making the experience very comfortable.

Under the lamp, there are hidden restaurants near Hibiya Park. This time, we passed by Matsumoto-rou and headed to Hibiya Palace. I had never used it for dinner before. Walking through the quiet park with hardly any streetlights, you come across restaurants adorned with Christmas illuminations. The sparkling beauty of the illuminated restaurants lifted my spirits. I love seeing illuminations everywhere during this season. Inside the restaurant, except for a group of four women having a girls' night out, it was just us. It felt luxurious to almost have the place to ourselves. We were seated in a prime spot by the window with a comfortable sofa and enjoyed the following course: - Brandade Choux, Rillettes Melba, Ratatouille Tart - Turnip Velouté with orange compote - Pate de Campagne - Present of fresh sea bream from the fishing port, Bouillabaisse in Almanac style - Roasted venison with carrot brûlée - Pear Basque cake We savored each dish paired with champagne, white wine, red wine, and dessert wine. Wine that you can keep drinking is so delicious. Tonight's surprise was venison. I couldn't remember if I had ever eaten venison before. I tried a bite and found it to be very tender with a fine texture, and no gamey taste at all. Although I still prefer beef, it's nice to try something different once in a while. The carrot brûlée side dish was surprisingly sweet. It was delicious. The restaurant in Hibiya Park offers a different atmosphere during the day and at night, and dining on French cuisine surrounded by greenery was very calming and relaxing.

I attended the 25th anniversary party of the company I belong to. Every time I visit Hibiya Park, I see a lovely restaurant and had always wanted to visit it at least once. Unfortunately, it was raining, but the view of Hibiya Park from the venue was quite nice with a hint of autumn colors and the wet leaves glistening in the light. The event started with a lunch course. First, we had "Burdock Velouté." Velouté is a French term meaning "velvety smooth," and although I'm not a fan of the earthy taste of burdock, this dish was exquisite. It was indeed soft and smooth, with a nice aroma of burdock that made it easy to eat. Next was "Pan-fried Red Snapper with Clam Juice." The red snapper was crispy and had a good texture, very delicious. The white wine served with it was dry and crisp, creating a perfect pairing. Then, we had "Roasted Oyama Chicken with Kohlrabi Purée." The Oyama chicken had a substantial texture and a firm bite, a refined dish. The kohlrabi purée paired perfectly, and I wanted more. The red wine served with it was my favorite, a Pinot Noir with a clear ruby color that matched the chicken well. Lastly, we had "Pear Vacherin with Red Fruit Sauce" for dessert. The dessert was a refreshing sweet pear vacherin. It was a party, so there were toasts, speeches, and lots of activities, but the service was outstanding, smooth, and well-coordinated. I would like to visit again privately next time. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

There are several stylish restaurants within Hibiya Park, and one of them is this restaurant. It has an atmosphere suitable for weddings and the dishes are relatively lightly seasoned, allowing for a subtle taste that doesn't overshadow the conversation. The food is delicious, but it plays a supporting role, making it a great place for chatting while eating. The portion sizes are not too big, allowing for a nice balance and leaving room for tea afterwards.

I had always wanted to try this place. It was not crowded during lunchtime, maybe because of the obon holiday. I ordered the 2800 yen course, but I found the main dish, zucchini mille-feuille, a bit lacking. It felt like the content was not worth the price. However, it is a nice place to enjoy the atmosphere in the park. The lack of variety between the salad and the main dish makes me feel like there is no creativity in the menu composition.

I visited for Sunday afternoon tea. I sat at a table on the first floor, which was mostly filled with female customers. I chose a seat by the window where I could see Hibiya Park. As soon as I sat down, a mint-scented non-alcoholic mojito and a salad made with fresh vegetables from Tochigi Prefecture's Kaisho Hara Farm were served. The server explained the wonderfulness of the vegetables in a polite and enthusiastic manner. The vegetables were fresh and delicious. I even ate the carrots with the skin still on, just after removing the dirt. The fresh vegetables and mojito arrived, and about 20 minutes later, the main dishes were served. The menu for the day included: passion fruit and yogurt mousse, mango fruit tart, fresh pineapple, passion fruit pie, pineapple cake, passion fruit macaron, chicken spice roast sandwich, summer vegetable quiche, blancmange, tomato compote with vegetable jelly. The sandwiches were served in a basket to create a picnic-like atmosphere. Other dishes were presented on wooden plates. Tea was all-you-can-drink, so I could relax while looking at Hibiya Park for 90 minutes. Before I knew it, many customers had left, and I realized the spaciousness of the restaurant. It was a fun and enjoyable time.

I went to a French restaurant for afternoon tea ☺️ It was fun to explore different types of vegetables I had never tried before as part of the appetizer, while looking through the booklet of vegetable varieties on the table. The afternoon tea sweets were mainly strawberry-based, and they were fresh, sweet, and sour, satisfyingly delicious ☺️ The potato potage that came with the sandwiches in the basket had a mysterious blend of richness and creaminess that surprisingly paired well with the tea! It was a delightful time!!!

As the end of 2018 approached, I visited this restaurant with a friend for lunch. My friend had chosen a lunch plan (3300 yen) through a reservation site. The plan included a drink (choice of wine or juice), seasonal vegetable soup, appetizer, main course, dessert, petit four, bread, and coffee. The weather was gloomy and cold all day, even though the restaurant is located in Hibiya Park. The dark atmosphere inside the restaurant due to the weather was a bit disappointing. I imagine the restaurant would have a more charming atmosphere under a bright blue sky with vibrant greenery around. The food we chose was more suited for women's taste, and may be a bit light for men. The dishes were supervised by a one-star French restaurant chef, focusing on the beauty and flavor of the vegetables. The turnip velouté soup was warm and comforting, perfect for the cold day. The appetizer was a carpaccio of three types of radish and pear, with a sweet dressing and nuts. The combination was surprisingly delicious. For the main course, we chose an additional dish of Kyushu Kirishima pork with low-temperature roasted beets. The meat was tender and flavorful, complemented by a colorful sauce. After dessert, we were served a small basket with cute macarons and jelly on a tree stump, creating a picnic-like atmosphere. Despite a minor hiccup in the service, the staff was professional and provided attentive and smart service. They also offer afternoon tea, which I would love to try next time.

A space that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of the city ✨ I went to Kasumigaseki, a place that common people rarely visit, for a reason... to go to the Bar Association. I had to dismiss a lawyer and request a refund of the retainer fee. The lawyer hasn't been in contact for over six months, not doing any work at all. I'm just feeling exasperated ( ;´Д`) After finishing my business at the Bar Association, with no particular plans, I took a walk in Hibiya Park and stumbled upon a cafe. The atmosphere inside was elegant, with classy elderly couples and a woman wearing expensive-looking brooches enjoying their tea. Clearly, we were just commoners (^◇^;) (laughs) It was around 4 pm when we arrived, so they had already finished serving lunch. We settled for tea and a light snack. ●Ordered Menu● Hot Coffee Today's vegetable appetizer Earl Grey tea (Mariage Frères) I really wanted to order dessert or an afternoon tea set, but I'm on a low-carb diet, so I had to resist... (´;ω;`) By the way, because it's located in the park, I got bitten by mosquitoes (´;ω;`) When I mentioned that it was itchy, the staff kindly offered to lend me some "Muhi" (insect bite relief). Thank you for your consideration (>_<) The atmosphere inside was quiet, relatively spacious, and they even had sofa seats, which was nice. I thought it would be suitable for writing novels (*´∀`*) However, unless I have business at the Bar Association, I doubt I'll have the opportunity to visit Kasumigaseki again (laughs) In fact, the next time I come to the Bar Association will probably be when I have a dispute with a lawyer during mediation... I honestly don't want to come next time ( ;´Д`) I was feeling a bit down, but as I sipped my tea while looking at the view of the park outside, my mind calmed down relatively. Experiencing something that most people don't experience may be like seeing a different view from others. I reaffirmed my intention to cherish those views and feelings and live my life.
