I went to the popular buffet restaurant GRAND BUFFET at Urban Dock LaLaport Toyosu 3F for lunch on a Sunday around 12:30. As expected, there was a wait of about 6 groups after applying for waiting at the entrance terminal and receiving a waiting list paper, I waited for about 15 minutes sitting on a nearby sofa reading a book. The all-you-can-eat course options were as follows: Express Course: ¥1,209 tax included for all-you-can-eat Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes excluding dessert within 45 minutes. Light Course: ¥1,759 tax included for unlimited time. Japanese, Western, and Chinese all-you-can-eat + dessert. Standard Course: ¥2,419 tax included for unlimited time. Light Course with sushi + Veggie Water & Drink Bar. Special Course: ¥3,409 tax included for unlimited time. Standard Course + Steak. This time, as I didn't need dessert or sushi and wanted to finish within 45 minutes, I chose the Express Course. After sanitizing my hands and being guided to my seat, I put on a plastic bag on my hand and started filling my plate right away. It seemed like they were having a Korean fair this time. I could put the following items on my plate: Salad Corner: cherry tomatoes, broccoli, wakame seaweed, okra, corn, beans, carrots, lettuce salad, hijiki seaweed, tofu, and more. Soup Section: corn potage soup, sundubu jjigae, samgyetang-style soup, ramen. Fried Section: french fries, croquette, shrimp senbei. Meat Section: cheese dakgalbi, homemade fried chicken. Dim Sum Section: shumai, meat miso yakisoba, mapo tofu. Western Style: Korean-style French toast, margherita pizza, corn mayo pizza, grilled white fish with salt koji, hamburger steak with charivari sauce. Curry: butter chicken curry, Musashi black curry. In addition, there were desserts like fruits, pudding, jelly, cakes, and drinks such as coffee, 12 kinds of hot tea, 6 kinds of Veggie Water, and other soft drinks. Pasta, sushi, dessert, and steak could be ordered separately from the menu to receive freshly made items. I skipped ordering pasta this time and enjoyed a satisfying meal with salads, chicken, fish, and soup for a good vitamin boost. GRAND BUFFET is highly recommended for its cost-effectiveness, especially with the 45-minute Express Course, where you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes to your heart's content!
