As expected, Hiro-san is great for cooking dishes like pork kimchi and grilling snacks while enjoying drinks. The final dish was pork kimchi monjayaki with cheese topping, which we enjoyed eating bit by bit while sipping on Mega Highballs as the night went on. Thank you for the delicious meal. We will definitely visit again.

Reservation for 4 people at 18:30. Since it was a weekday, we had the place to ourselves until 22:00. The food and drinks were delicious as always, and we appreciated the wide variety available. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calming. We had mentaiko cheese monjayaki, curry pork baby star monjayaki, tuna baby star monjayaki, pork belly cheese okonomiyaki (cooked by the staff), all of which were devoured quickly. We also had a mushroom platter, cucumber, daikon plum salad, salted cabbage, 5 glasses of draft beer, 2 plum wine highballs, 1 cassis oolong, 3 colas, and 1 iced tea.

The taste hasn't changed, it was delicious again today. After 4 years, we made a reservation for 3 people. More and more people came to the restaurant, so making a reservation might be a good idea. We usually visit the new branch, but this time we went to the main store only. It was delicious. We had 2 Ramune sodas, 2 draft beers, 1 cola, 1 green juice highball, 1 Calpis soda, 2 iced teas, and ordered cucumber and mushroom butter grilled dishes along with the pictured dishes. The total cost was ¥8920 with the above drinks. It seems they only accept cash, so please be aware. (It seems like the 8th exit from Tsukishima Station is convenient.)

On the way back from an outing, I really wanted to treat my companion to monjayaki, and I thought if we were going to eat it, we should go for the authentic one in Tsukishima. However, it was already past 22:00 and most of the restaurants had stopped serving, so I wandered around looking for a place. Luckily, Hiro Hon-ten was open until 25:00, so we quickly went in and managed to get a table as there was one available. In addition to monjayaki, they had a wide variety of other menu items and a lineup of drinks that we could enjoy right away. The staff were also quick and provided great service, allowing us to experience the downtown atmosphere. My companion was very satisfied as well. If I go to Tsukishima late at night again, I will definitely visit Hiro Hon-ten! ✨

At the third stop for ladder drinks at Tsukishima Monja, I was already full from the monja, but my local friend suggested we finish with dessert at this place. I couldn't resist ordering the rare Tiger Makgeolli drink. For dessert, we had a vanilla ice cream and red bean paste rolled monja, which was not grilled on the hot plate. The chewy skin was wrapped around warm red bean paste and served with vanilla ice cream. Surprisingly, it paired well with the sparkling Makgeolli. Feeling full and satisfied, thank you for the meal.

I found a place that was open late in Tsukishima and visited! The squid yakitori had a lot of bean sprouts, but it was delicious! The monjayaki had a wide variety and was carefully made, so it was delicious! If I had gone a little earlier, I think there would have been more monjayaki restaurants open, so I want to try other places too!

A few friends and I used this place! It's great that they're open until late at night. The monjayaki and okonomiyaki were rich in flavor, and they paired perfectly with beer!! The beer was ice cold in a frosty glass, so delicious☆ I heard they also do takeout for lunch, so I'll definitely try that next time!

Since my home is nearby, I actually visit quite often. I'm not good at grilling, so I call a senior colleague who is a genius at grilling to come and grill for me. When the chef is skilled, it's really addictive. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I stayed out late and just finished my second stop at 11 PM. I was planning to finish the night with monjayaki, but most of the shops were already closing. Finally, I found Monja Hiro-san a bit away from the shopping street, where I could order until 11:30 PM. It was my first time having monjayaki in Tsukishima in a while, so I can't compare it to others, but it was delicious!

A popular restaurant in Tsukishima known for their specialty dish of monjayaki made with salmon. There used to be branch locations but they were unfortunately closed due to the construction of a new apartment building. I was lucky enough to snag a spot at the main restaurant, and I ordered the Salmon Mayo Baby monjayaki. The dish was topped with fresh, juicy salmon and generously sprinkled with Baby Star snacks. The staff cooked it for me, and the combination of salmon and mayonnaise was a perfect match. It was light and went well with alcohol, making it a great drinking snack. I also tried the Tsukishima-style kuwa green juice, which was delicious. I ended up drinking a lot of it and forgot to take pictures of the other menu items. Overall, it was a fantastic meal.

Delicious! This Monjayaki restaurant is rare in that it is open until late at night, making it a convenient place to visit. I highly recommend the Squid Ink Monjayaki! I was surprised because I had never tried Squid Ink Monjayaki before. I have tried it at other restaurants as well, but the one here is exceptional. The staff are friendly and wonderful. It's nice that they casually cook it right in front of you! When you're looking for a place to eat late dinner, this is a recommended spot. It's truly enjoyable to casually cook and eat together on the hot plate! Thank you to the staff for taking care of us during that time.

The female chef was very lively and fantastic. The monjayaki was as delicious as always.
