In June, it was white peaches and Kyoho grapes from Fukuoka, and this time, you can enjoy luxurious parfaits made with "Fukuoka Nashi Pear" and Fukuoka Fig "Toyomitsuhime"Ψ('ч' ☆)Participation this time is through a lottery. Line up between 15:00 and 15:10 for a chance to draw. 15 winners will be selected! Initially, I thought I might skip this one when I saw the announcement, but I decided to give it a shot. The event was on the first weekend of the period, and the weather was sunny☀️↓↓ Example of the day I visited. There may be more coverage on TV ↓↓①Checked the situation about 15 minutes before just in case. No line at that time → took a break at Matsukiyo②Around 14:57, a line started forming, so I joined in (someone jumped the gun at this point, so it was a bit chaotic)③Staff noted the number of people in each line, wrote down numbers from 1 to the total groups of the day on ping pong balls, and put them in a box④Around 15:15, the lottery started by drawing ping pong balls from the box (each group could draw once)↑ The numbers on the ping pong balls indicate the order of entry. Once the 15 slots were filled, no more entries for that day (the cutoff point on this day was number 11)There were already about 15 people in line, and I couldn't see how many were behind me due to the curved line along the store, so I was a bit nervous. Our representative drew number 2!!!!!!! What a stroke of luck✨✨Winners had to wait on the first floor until 15:30, and were then guided to the second-floor cafe in order of their numbers. First up was the Shine Muscat Ring Chou! A large muscat grape with yogurt cream. Refreshing and right up my alley. The stars of the show this time were the Nashi pear and my personal favorite, fig. The overly sweet "Toyomitsuhime" figs were so delicious that I ended up having 3 fig parfaits♪ The water jelly and orange jelly at the bottom didn't interfere with the fig's sweetness at all, enhancing it instead. The pear was probably Kosui? With its crispy texture and fresh sweetness, I was captivated by its elegant appearance and the scent of black tea. The sundae featured a collaboration of pear and fig, with strawberry ice cream and a milky panna cotta gently bringing everything together. The Ring Chou is Amande's iconic cake. By the way, the one sold in stores is the "Ring Chou," while the freshly made one only available at the cafe is the "Roppongi Ring Chou." The Roppongi Chou had a crispy choux pastry and a creamy filling, truly luxurious✨The strawberry Ring Chou had a custard sandwiched between shortbread, adding a crunchy texture.
