I made a reservation and selected the Matsuzaka Pork Course. The course includes 5 items: salad, soup, bread, main dish, and dessert. The salad had large seafood ingredients like shrimp. The soup was a refreshing cold soup suitable for summer. The freshly baked bread was fluffy and came with whipped butter. The main dish, Matsuzaka pork, was thick, tender, and easy to cut. The garlic and rich sauce complemented the dish well. The dessert was light and served with coffee. The restaurant offers a breathtaking view with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Imperial Palace side. The service was excellent.
