【Atmosphere】 - Located on the 38th floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. - The view outside the window is beautiful at night, making it romantic. However, the seats furthest from the window require you to turn around to see the view. 【Food】 - The appetizers were served promptly, and the sushi was brought out at a good pace. - The sushi was delicious the moment it touched my tongue. - I also ordered eel and tekka maki as extras, and they were truly delicious. Highly recommended! - Everything was exquisite without any waste. Thank you very much.

I will be honest, my impression is that I will definitely come back. When I first found out about this restaurant, I was intrigued because it was a sushi restaurant with a night view and high ceilings, making the interior dark. It felt different from a typical sushi restaurant. However, all my doubts disappeared as soon as I entered. Everyone except for me was from overseas!!!! The chef mentioned that about 80% of the customers are from overseas, so I thought it must be a very welcoming atmosphere for foreign visitors. And the food! Every dish was carefully crafted and top-notch! Among them, the monkfish liver and flounder sashimi that came second were so delicious that the lingering taste stayed with me until the end of the meal. You must try it. The sushi was also amazing. The wasabi was finely grated, not just once but even more finely chopped. This enhances the aroma, even for ingredients that are not directly related to the sushi. The selection of sushi toppings was also carefully chosen to complement each other perfectly. Everything was full of ingenuity and it was fantastic. In particular, the medium fatty tuna and kohada were especially delicious. Thank you very much. I will definitely come back.

The sushi was very carefully prepared and each detail showed the chef's dedication. The dessert, in particular, was amazing - a warm and crispy monaka filled with rich vanilla ice cream. It was incredibly delicious. Thank you so much.

Sushi restaurant inside Mandarin Oriental Hotel. I was able to make a reservation for lunch at Mr. Miyagawa's sushi restaurant. It was a wonderful experience to eat delicious sushi at a high-rise building with a great view in Tokyo, something I'm not used to as a resident of Aichi prefecture. The sushi was delicious, and I was excited and thrilled to eat at the counter. The staff at the restaurant were also very kind. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

For dinner, I went to the hotel's sushi restaurant, which is a branch or collaboration with the famous Hokkaido restaurant Miyakawa. The sushi was all of high quality, especially the shimesaba was delicious. The appetizers were also excellent, especially the way they served the sea urchin was better than the traditional battleship roll. I had the "Houou Bizen" sake from Tochigi prefecture, which paired well with the food. I also added some kanpyo at the end. It was a delightful dining experience.

I visited for the first time. A sushi restaurant on the 38th floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The view of the night was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great. The head chef was calm and smiling, which made me feel relaxed and enjoy my meal. We started with some appetizers. The chef asked about allergies, and even though I couldn't inform in advance, he graciously accommodated. The head chef's smile was lovely. I left everything to him, and everything was delicious. The sushi was carefully prepared, adjusting the amount of rice. The selection of alcohol was extensive. I started with champagne and then switched to sake. It was delicious, enjoyable, and a wonderful time. Thank you for the feast. I would like to visit again.

I wanted to eat delicious sushi with my friends, so we visited a restaurant that only offers omakase courses at 6pm and 8pm. When we arrived, there was a menu placed on the table. We peeked at it and saw a lineup of 10 different types of nigiri sushi. The course started with appetizers, and each piece of sushi was carefully made with high quality ingredients. The timing of each serving was perfect, with the right temperature and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Even after enjoying anago (conger eel), when asked if we wanted more, we couldn't resist and ended up ordering four more pieces. The view from the 38th floor of the hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere at the counter was great, and the staff were very polite. It was a wonderful dining experience.

Mandarin Oriental's 38th floor houses a shop that has won three Michelin stars in Hokkaido, called "Sushi Miyagawa," which has opened its first Tokyo branch as "Sushi Shin by Miyagawa"! I visited the restaurant for the 8:00 pm seating. With only 9 seats available and simultaneous starts at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, it seems difficult to secure a reservation. However, as expected on the 38th floor, the view is amazing. I got a little lost on the way there, so it might be challenging to find if you're not familiar with the area. The dishes are prepared and brought out at the same time. It's great to have sushi made right in front of you. Each piece is beautifully presented, almost too beautiful to eat. The food was delicious. ☺️

During my stay, I used this restaurant with my father, who loves sushi. It was quite exciting to eat sushi in such a high-rise building. While chatting, the chef mentioned how difficult it is to make tamago (egg), and we listened attentively. However, the anago (conger eel) that was supposed to be served at the end was changed to tamago. We both prefer anago over tamago, so we were a bit disappointed. It would have been nice if we had been asked. Maybe I nodded too much. It turned into a good funny story, and personally, it became a good memory with my father. Although it is a bit pricey, the taste is of course delicious.
