On the 7th floor of Daimaru Umeda store, there is a café from a chocolate shop originated in Barcelona, Spain. It has a rating of 3.73 on Tabelog in 2022 & 2020 Sweets Top 100. I visited around 1 pm after lunch, so I was able to enter smoothly. The interior is bright and open with high ceilings and glass walls. I didn't realize such a wonderful space existed above the department store. I ordered the "Duck Waffles Chocolata Blanco" drink set for 1,500 yen and the "Dessert Plate" drink set for 1,500 yen. The order arrived surprisingly quickly. The Duck Waffles were neatly displayed in the showcase near the entrance. I chose the rum raisin flavor. The waffles were fluffy and moist, with a not overly sweet white chocolate buttercream filled with rum raisins. The moist texture of the waffles is due to the use of rice flour. It was delicious with a nice balance of flavors. The "Dessert Plate" seemed to have been pre-made and frozen, making it hard to eat and the chocolate flavor was a bit faded. I thought they would finish it just before serving from the picture, but it was disappointing. The Duck Waffles are highly recommended for their delicious taste. Thank you for the meal.

First time purchasing. I originally planned to use the cafe, but it was full with a wait of about 3 groups, so I just made a purchase and ate it at home. The Aniversario, a black square cake, was amazing! It's super chocolatey and heavy, haha. The flavor is rich and incredible! I am completely satisfied (^◇^;) The chocolate cocoa nibs in the can have an elegant taste, I think (^◇^;) I ate the Aniversario first, so it made the taste of the nibs seem light, so I will try them again tomorrow (^◇^;) The orange chocolate-covered one has an adult taste and is delicious, really delicious! I've been wandering around the basement of Nagoya Takashimaya every day recently, but there are too few chocolate shops. It's about time to restart my activities and head to Osaka♡ I don't usually eat sweets much, but I'll eat good ones! I ordered Duck Warz Chocolat Blanc Co and a hot coffee. It's a bit sweet, but the rich white chocolate cream is nice♪ I like the good quality sweetness. The rum raisin next to it also had a nice aroma. It's a shame that Kakao Sanpaka is only in Osaka and Tokyo, but I guess it's just right because I don't want it to become a chain store found everywhere. I bought the chocolate Kakao Nib Negro as a souvenir. The packaging and service were very polite and made me feel happy. As expected! Thank you for the meal!

Soft serve ice cream with macaron! It's cute and compared to other items, it feels like a great deal. Well, if you add a drink, the set would be around 1,500 yen. The hall has a high ceiling and an open atmosphere, with customers not making too much noise. I often visit this place. The cocoa drink, both hot and iced, is rich and delicious. The photo is of the Catalan ice cream with yogurt on top, it was refreshing. Yogurt and chocolate go well together! That's my impression.

After a long time, I visited a tea time shop in Osaka and waited in line for about 30 minutes before finally being able to enter. I ordered the limited edition shaved ice. I enjoyed the fluffy and delicately sweet shaved ice. The chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream were also delicious. I highly recommend the limited edition shaved ice.

The chocolate soft serve ice cream was the best I've ever had, with a rich cocoa aroma and intense chocolate flavor. The staff were all polite and professional, especially the trainee who provided exceptional service despite wearing a trainee badge. The cafe had a cozy ambiance and high-quality service, making it a great value for the price. There is also a counter by the window for solo diners to enjoy their meal comfortably.

Jarats Set & Drink Set with 2 Macarons - 1,320 yen I enjoyed a delightful adult cafe time with a set of black coffee that pairs well with macarons, accompanied by two macarons with a rich taste of soft serve ice cream and chocolate. The set also includes a White Bailey's Chocolate soft serve ice cream with a hint of cream liqueur "Bailey's", two chocolate macarons, and hot coffee. The high ceiling and open atmosphere of the restaurant, along with the stylish tableware design, created a luxurious dining experience. The soft serve ice cream was served at the perfect timing, and the hospitality of the staff made the experience even more enjoyable.

I was able to enjoy chocolate shaved ice that was offered from 2pm. First, I had citrus Danish and a cafe au lait. Then, I tried the shaved ice I was looking forward to. It was surprisingly small and it overflowed a bit, so I had to put a napkin underneath. There were many other customers ordering shaved ice, including elderly couples and families sharing. Despite its small size and price of 1,980 yen, it's worth trying at least once.

I met up with a friend and we were able to find a space with enough room to sit without waiting. I ordered the Duck Waffle Choco Blanc Set A for 1500 yen, which has white chocolate buttercream sandwiched inside. I'm curious about the coffee cream as well, so maybe next time. I paid using my Rakuten points this time. It's convenient to be able to use points like this.

After the Bon Festival, we visited on a weekday with no wait at 1:30 PM. The shop is located in Daimaru Umeda, directly connected to Osaka Station. The "Chocoholic Anniversary Chocolate Cake" is more like a ganache. The taste is elegant milk chocolate. It's the most delicious chocolate I've ever had in my life.

I visited before noon. Drinks are for in-store consumption only, so I ordered a drink to have in-store and took out some pastries. They also offer lunch menus, but it was still quiet as it was before lunchtime. I ordered an iced chocolate drink. It was served in about 5 minutes. The taste was very rich and delicious, like drinking high-quality chocolate. I also took home a chocolate cake, which was also very rich, flavorful, and delicious. I would like to try other menu items in the future.

This year, it has evolved once again, and we were eagerly looking forward to it. The shaved ice is served from 14:00 to 19:30. The fluffy chocolate shaved ice was brought to us! It's just the right size, not too big. The ice is fluffy! Doesn't the milk cream on top look like a rose? It's so beautiful. The cream, which was yogurt-flavored last year, has changed to a gentle and nostalgic sweetness of milk and condensed milk this year. The chocolate itself has a gentle milk flavor and is not too sweet. However, there is a white chocolate soft serve "Jarrahtz" hidden inside, mixing it adds sweetness and richness, making it satisfying! The chocolate plate also adds an accent. This chocolate shaved ice is very easy to eat, even for those who are not fans of chocolate.

On Sunday around 2 pm, my friend and I visited the restaurant. We didn't have to wait in line for long to get in. We ordered the Madalena plate set with a hot tea. When the plate was served, the server's hands were shaking a lot, probably because the table was small and difficult to maneuver. The drink came after the plate, and while we were waiting, the plate, which was probably chilled due to the summer heat, was quite wet with frost forming on the ice cream, causing the cocoa powder to run and create a sad look. The teapot for the tea also had some stains on it, and the tea spoon looked dirty. Despite being in a fashionable cafe in a department store with a decent price, this was disappointing. The chocolate on top of the ice cream was too thick to break and eat easily, especially since the ice cream was melting and making it slippery. I couldn't figure out a good way to eat it. However, the chocolate flavor was good. The tea was bitter and the worst part of the experience.

I love chocolate! I enjoy Kakao Sampaka chocolate bars and bonbons, but the eat-in experience may vary. My husband ordered a morning waffle and a chocolate drink (Anamaría), while I chose the rum raisin duck waffle and iced tea. My husband's chocolate drink made me feel a bit overwhelmed since he also had a chocolate drink. The duck waffle was too sweet even for me, and the texture was more like a sponge cake than a waffle. The iced tea, on the other hand, had a rich aroma and was delicious. Maybe we should have ordered something savory instead of sweets.

On top of the ice, there is a fluffy milk cream that goes well with the chocolate ice. As you eat through the piled up ice, you'll find white chocolate soft serve inside. It's delicious, but there's not much of it. From the window seats inside the store, you can see the buildings in Umeda. Enjoying the shaved ice while looking at the cityscape is a nice experience. It's a bit pricey, but the shaved ice is delicious.
