I used this restaurant for a long-awaited dinner with old friends. We reserved a private room for a course meal. Despite its great location, the restaurant had a calm atmosphere and a clean feel, which left a good impression. The dishes were all delicate and very delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Most importantly, the staff were very flexible and accommodating, providing us with a wonderful time. I will definitely use this restaurant again. It is recommended for times when you want to spend a relaxing time rather than having a lively, hearty drinking party or dinner with a large group.

It's been a long time since I had a girls' get-together with 3 people. It felt like we were in Kyoto. When you think of Kyoto, you think of white miso! The white miso in our meal was delicious. This time, we had the salt koji and yuzu pepper set meal. The location is convenient, close to the station, making it easy to meet up. The grilled fish in the Kyoto style looked delicious too. Maybe I'll order that next time? You can also have hojicha tea and 2 small side dishes with your meal. It was a very healthy lunch. "Thank you for the meal."

I visited the restaurant with a friend. We were running late due to train troubles and informed the restaurant, and they accommodated us. We were seated at a semi-circular table that we couldn't reserve. We ordered the fish and meat set meals, and when we mentioned allergies, they provided alternative options. It was nice to be able to choose from 5 side dishes for the main set meal. The food was delicious, and my friend and I had a great dining experience. If there were half-size desserts available, I would have liked to have one after the meal. I saw something on the menu that I wanted to try, but I was too full to eat it, which was disappointing.

It's Friday, so I decided to make a reservation just in case. I found out on Tabelog that the reserved seats were fully booked on the day. It's located on the 8th floor of Yurakucho Lumine, which is convenient and easy to find. The interior of the restaurant was surprisingly clean, spacious, and had a sense of elegance. The high ceiling and stylish layout of the seats create a calm atmosphere, perfect for a date or a girls' night out. The food options include set meals and a la carte dishes. Most people ordered set meals, and the miso soup and rice were free for refills. The gentle flavor of the white miso soup was delightful. The braised pork in the set meal was tender and flavorful, and the seasoned boiled egg was also delicious. You can choose two side dishes from the counter. I ordered matcha beer and matcha sparkling drink. The matcha beer was good, but the matcha sparkling drink was even better. The staff were polite and provided excellent service with a pleasant smile. The seats and tableware were stylish and elegant.

Connected to Yurakucho Station, the 8th floor of Lumine Yurakucho Store Lumine 1 has a special atmosphere among the restaurant groups. In particular, Kyoto Ishibe Koji Mamecha Yurakucho is a delightful place where you can enjoy delicious tea, meals, and desserts, making it versatile and convenient. Even just the tea is meticulously brewed, making it worth the price, so it seems like a good place to welcome inbound customers. The main dishes, such as grilled fish, have a homemade feel and are delicious, and the "obanzai" that comes with them can be freely chosen, which is also nice. All the dishes are carefully prepared, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors in small portions, which is great. The interior of the restaurant has a high ceiling and a deeper depth than it appears, and the presence of private rooms adds to its spaciousness. One thing you definitely want to try is the parfait after the meal. Although it is a bit pricey, you can indulge in a rich "Japanese parfait." Despite the slightly higher pricing, the staff are all kind and elegant, and I believe you can feel a sense of satisfaction that matches the price, so personally, I recommend it.

After lunch on Saturday, I stumbled upon a nice looking cafe and decided to have dessert or coffee. Here at Kyoto Ishibe Koji Mamecha, I ordered the Hojicha brulee parfait and my friend ordered the Matcha brulee parfait along with some Kanegasane tea. We thought we were just getting dessert but ended up eating a hearty parfait haha. The cafe is located in Lumine Yurakucho in Tokyo and serves Japanese tea. Highly recommended!

You can order a daily set menu here. I went in quickly as it was lunchtime on a weekday. The meal may take some time to be served. I chose two small side dishes first. The cost performance of the meal is not great, but the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, so I recommend it!

The course cost 4,500 yen. It's good for when you want a light meal. The restaurant is spacious so you can relax. You can have dessert and enjoy a leisurely chat. It seems like a place where you can have everything from a meal to tea time. The taste is like home-cooked meals but looks appealing, especially for women. Overall, it seems to cater more towards women and seniors.

I have visited the restaurant Mamecha in Kyoto's Ishibe Koji alley a few times and it is a favorite of mine. I visited the Yurakucho branch for the first time. Today's meal included: Appetizers: 5 kinds of small dishes Sashimi: Carpaccio of fresh bonito and new onions Fried dish: Fried mackerel and new potato salad Salad: Yuba salad Grilled dish: Salted chicken with yuzu pepper Rice dish: Mixed rice with sakura shrimp and bamboo shoots Dessert: Matcha ice cream. The course cost 3,850 yen including tax, but I ended up drinking too much sake (laughs). Thank you for the delicious meal. 154 people rated it 3.42 points.

The staff were not bad people, but the service was not praiseworthy. There were several confusing moments, which was disappointing. However, they mean well and are willing to help if asked, but I'm not sure if I would use them for an important event. They might be suitable if you prefer to be left alone. The food was decently tasty.

I made a reservation for a matcha afternoon tea at 13:00. I ordered my favorite tea from the menu (hojicha milk) first, and then cute sushi (tuna, bonito, scallop) was brought to me. The cakes were more about appearance than taste. The store was spacious, with curtains separating the neighboring tables, so we could enjoy our conversation without worrying about the surroundings. I was able to order another cup of tea midway, this time I ordered gyokuro. I drank it while looking at the detailed instructions on how to brew it. When the 2-hour time limit was up, I went to the register to leave, but the staff stopped me and said that the tea was not finished yet, so I went back to my seat. Later, they brought matcha to the table. There wasn't much explanation about the afternoon tea, so I was a bit nervous when things were suddenly brought to us or when we were stopped from leaving. The atmosphere in the store was nice, so I would like to come back next time for lunch or other meals. Afternoon tea for one person ¥3,500.

I visited for lunch and ordered a dish that had both meat and fish. I had to go to the table in the center to get the small dishes myself. I ate the small dishes first and waited, but it took quite a while for the set meal to arrive. The seasoning was strong. The miso soup and rice were free refills, which was nice. The miso soup was very delicious.

I tried this restaurant because it seemed to have a lot of menu options that are good for the body. I was torn between having a meal or just going for coffee, but I ended up choosing a round sofa seat that was separated from other customers by walls, so I could relax without worrying about others around me. After the meal, I also had dessert. The meal came with two small side dishes, and you could choose two main dishes from a variety of options. The salted chicken was tender and delicious, with a simple and tasty seasoning. The matcha creme brulee parfait was a perfect balance of sweetness from the matcha cream and a tangy accent from the strawberries, with a jelly at the bottom that made it not too heavy.

On weekdays, it's easy to use with a baby stroller, there is a multipurpose toilet nearby, seats where you can put the stroller, and sofa seats. The staff are used to babies and provide great service. It's not crowded on weekdays, so it might be a hidden gem. There's a Tully's Coffee in front, so it's easy to move to a second location.

Matcha parfait: The matcha, strawberry, and red bean combination was perfect! The portion was just right and I enjoyed it until the last bite! I was happy that it came with matcha sauce!
Hojicha shaved ice: My friend ordered this and the portion was large, so there was some left melted at the end. There was vanilla ice cream in the center. I took a bite and it was delicious with lots of syrup!

I used a lunch at Yurakucho Lumine's Mamecha. It's fish that I don't often eat at home. My cat kept meowing wanting some, so grilled fish is a taboo in our house. It came with three side dishes. I asked for a small amount of rice, but it looks like there's over 100g just by looking at it. Is it weird to feel a sense of guilt just by eating rice for lunch? I love Hajikami. Thank you for the meal.

Before watching a play lunch series. It's a Kyoto-style set meal cafe on the 8th floor of Yurakucho LUMINE. The interior has many sofa seats and is spacious. The "Gozan" set meal comes with 3 side dishes and a choice of Uji tea. It includes salted chicken with yuzu pepper, kinpira burdock, cabbage with tuna mayo, and thick fried tofu stew. This is delightful, isn't it? While the taste of the food itself didn't leave a remarkable impression, the highlight was the Uji cold tea! It had a wonderful color, aroma, and flavor. It seems like a fun place for Uji tea cafe enthusiasts. If you show tickets for the movie theaters and theaters in Yurakucho Marion, you will receive hojicha ice cream as a dessert. It's delightful. Thank you for the meal.

Today unfortunately it's raining☔️ Had a solo lunch in Yurakucho after a long time♫ I made a reservation in advance on OZmall so I was able to get in without waiting. It's a holiday and Golden Week so it's crowded. When I went before, it was buffet style, but this time there was no buffet for drinks and desserts. Started with matcha sparkling and enjoyed dishes with matcha sauce and salt. Sat at a round table for 2 at the back so I could relax. Feeling a little tipsy and sleepy☺️ #Yurakucho lunch #set meal #matcha #OZmall #Japanese food #solo #solo lunch #matcha sparkling #Lumine #Yurakucho gourmet #matcha cafe #lunch #elegant lunch #relaxed meal #Instagram #sparkling wine #matcha #Japanese rice dish #Tokyo lunch #Lumine Yurakucho #luxurious lunch

Around 12:30 on a weekday, I had a solo lunch at Ginza Lumine 8th floor and there was no wait. From entering to paying, it took about 20 minutes which was perfect as I was in a hurry. I ordered and the food arrived in about 5 minutes:
- Deep-fried young chicken with grated daikon and ponzu sauce set @1,410
- Side dishes (3 kinds), rice, red miso soup, pickles, and cold-brewed Uji tea
The side dishes included stir-fried pumpkin, boiled watercress with snow crab, and sautéed burdock root. The deep-fried chicken was made from breast meat and was moist and delicious. The rice had green tea salt sprinkled on top.
I noticed from previous reviews that you could choose your side dishes and there was a drink bar, but these services were not available during my visit. Maybe it's because it was a weekday?
*You can have unlimited servings of rice and red miso soup.

I used to come here often in the past, and the deli section was like a buffet, which was really nice. If they resume the buffet style, I might revisit. The atmosphere was cozy and seemed to be appealing to women. The interior was spacious and relaxing.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm and relaxing, which was very nice. I also requested a birthday plate, and it was so cute that my friends were delighted, so I am satisfied! It seems that you can request a plate for a fee ranging from ¥500 to ¥2,000, which is flexible and attractive.
