Visited the restaurant on Sunday at 8 pm, and they had the grilled offal series in stock. We were seated in the tatami room on the third floor. The grilled heart and grilled liver were recommended, and I had never tried this kind of heart before. It had the texture of heart but melted in your mouth. I would definitely want to have it again. As for the liver, I usually don't like it but this one was surprisingly good. It had no unpleasant smell and the unique chewy texture was not overpowering, making it the first time I found liver delicious. I also ordered the grilled chicken cartilage out of curiosity, and it was not too tough, with a satisfying crunch. The spicy hormone dish can be ordered for two people and comes with a generous portion of cabbage. Even though we ordered for two, it was more than enough for four people. It is labeled as spicy, but the heat is quite strong, so I would not recommend it for those who are not fans of spicy food. The offal included in the dish is delicious! The pickled vegetables had a strong acidity, making it the best pickled dish I have ever had at a restaurant. Overall, this chain restaurant offers high-quality dishes and is a convenient izakaya to visit. The service is average, neither exceptional nor poor.

When it comes to grilled pork, this is the place to be! The grilling technique is very impressive. The meat is cooked perfectly without being burnt, and they offer a variety of rare cuts. The Shari Kin sake paired perfectly with the hot and humid summer night! Just be careful of the smoke in the small restaurant.

I visited the always popular Aburi Shimizu main store. It's usually packed and the seats are narrow! I tried their famous Ami-maki, Ami Liver, Ami Heart, Ami Chire, Upper Tongue Skewer, Liver Teki, and Iron Pot Hormone Grilled with salt (salt is a seasonal menu), as well as refreshing dishes like Moko Queue and Spring Onion Salad. The Ami-maki was as delicious as always. The texture of the liver and heart, combined with the crispy grilling and juicy Ami, made the alcohol go down smoothly. The service was quick and I left very satisfied. I thought the spicy and flavorful Iron Pot Hormone Grilled was better, but the lemon flavor made it very refreshing. This area is a battleground for hormone restaurants, but isn't this place top-notch in terms of cost performance, taste, and service?

This is my favorite grilled organ meat restaurant. The counter seats were full before 7 pm. It seemed like the table seats were fully booked. The counter seats offer a view of the grilling area right in front of you, so you get to enjoy freshly grilled dishes. The grilled liver was incredibly delicious, and everyone was ordering it.

I met up with acquaintances in Shinbashi, and another person joined us. We decided to toast with grilled skewers. One of my friends, who had worked in Kumamoto, ordered horse sashimi. The grilled skewers were delicious, with a fluffy texture inside. The horse sashimi was also fresh and tasty. However, it was disappointing that the beer was a Pilsner. Thank you for the meal.

The "ami" (grill net) fat wraps around the organs, creating a juicy and flavorful experience. Ami liver → The rare and fresh liver is amazing. Ami heart → The taste of heart can vary depending on the restaurant, but this one is delicious! Ami chire → I usually love liver, but this chire is equally delicious! The all-you-can-drink option is available until 5 pm. With beer at ¥550, highball at ¥420, and various sours at ¥460, you can easily get your money's worth. There are plenty of options to enjoy.

There are several personal "must-visit" shops in Shinbashi, and "Aburi Shimizu" is one of them! Around 7 pm, the restaurant is usually packed with lively customers. Even though we visited as our second stop of the day at a slightly late hour, the place was bustling with customers! We ordered the "Assorted Horse Sashimi," "Assorted Skewers," and "Seared Stingray Fin." All of them were delicious, and we kept ordering more lemon sours and beer! It's full of classic dishes, but everything was tasty. I'm sure I will visit this restaurant again whenever I drink in Shinbashi! Thank you for the meal!

I went to a bar and took some notes. It was a weekday, but as expected in the business district, there were many people using it for company gatherings. It was nice to see they had Sharikin Sour for the hot season. I wonder if they are open from noon until morning? That's convenient. I'd like to have a daytime drink there. Thank you for the meal! Based on the recommendation of a junior colleague, I visited this restaurant for the first time. I wanted to order a la carte, but ended up trying the course menu. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and was recommended the all-you-can-drink option when I sat at the counter. It was rare to be offered all-you-can-drink as a solo customer, so I was happy. It included draft beer, so it was a good deal. I ordered potato salad, along with a 5-piece assortment of skewers to start. All the yakitori skewers were delicious. The chicken tsukune had a crunchy texture and great flavor. I added the liver skewer, which was cooked rare and had a delicious taste. I finished with a grilled rice ball. For drinks, I had 3 glasses of draft beer and then a chu-hi, all included in the great all-you-can-drink deal.

I mainly offer yakitori at this restaurant, and I could feel the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the craftsmen. The yakitori I ordered was beautifully grilled with just the right amount of heat, and it melted in my mouth. In addition, the warm hospitality of the staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant were very pleasant. Not to be forgotten is the wonderful selection of Japanese sake. In particular, the homemade plum wine had a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, making it perfect to enjoy with yakitori. I definitely want to visit Aburi Shimizu Main Store again in the future.

I went drinking with three former colleagues at a restaurant that had been reserved for us. The restaurant was small, with a narrow and steep staircase leading up to the third floor where we were seated in the back room. The place was almost full, and there were only 1-2 staff members on each floor to assist. A girl from Indonesia or somewhere in Southeast Asia quickly attended to us. We ordered a 5,000 yen all-you-can-drink set menu, which was delicious, but the portion size and variety were not quite satisfying. The menu included a 3-item appetizer platter, chorogi salad, fresh horse sashimi platter, grilled top-grade pork skewers, belly meat with ponzu sauce teppanyaki, special salted offal hot pot or iron plate hormone grill, and either a final clear soup or noodle dish. The appetizer platter and belly meat with ponzu sauce teppanyaki were particularly delicious, and the hot pot was not too fatty and very tasty.

I went to Aburi Shimizu Sōhonten in Shinbashi to have dinner with my former colleagues from Osaka. It was a bit strange to see this group dining together in Shinbashi. We enjoyed grilled chicken, salad, stingray fin, sweet potato sauce, and rice. We had a great time together.

After a tasting event at Cave de Relax, I went to Aburi Shimizu Sōhonten for a late lunch. I wanted to try the grilled skewers of Joshu pork wrapped in net fat. I had the grilled heart and liver skewers. The net fat wrapping around the skewers and grilled over charcoal gives a crispy and flavorful coating to the offal. It's a somewhat indulgent flavor that pairs perfectly with beer. One skewer of each is enough, but you might find yourself wanting to go back to the regular offal skewers, only to crave the grilled ones again soon after. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, with a certain level of politeness in their interactions. It's no wonder this place is popular. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Aburi Shimizu at Ueno Exit of Shinbashi Station. This was my first time at this store. Compared to other new stores, this store has a more seasoned interior. The grilled hormone teppanyaki here is definitely the best. On this day, they made a finishing dish with their sauce! It was simply stir-fried with eggs on top, but it was incredibly delicious.

We were seated on the 3rd floor, took off our shoes, and sat down. I realized after sitting down that this is a restaurant mainly focused on hot pots, but unfortunately, my stomach was not prepared for a big meal that day, haha. However, the motsu-yaki here was delicious! The net fat refers to the net-like fat surrounding the internal organs of animals such as cows and pigs. They wrap it around and grill it, resulting in a juicy and succulent texture. It retains the moisture and oil inside, making it really tender and delicious! The course with all-you-can-drink was 4000 yen! The tripe in the motsunabe was chewy and delicious! The motsunabe had a salty flavor, but the richness of the tripe came through and it was very tasty! There was also plenty of cabbage! The ponzu sauce for the tripe was light and delicious! I was satisfied and thought it was a great value course!

The simmered dishes are of course delicious, and all the skewers are large and very tasty. Shinbashi is a fiercely competitive area for cheap and delicious izakayas, but this place is my favorite among them. It's a fate of skewer restaurants, but it can be a bit smoky, so be careful as the smell may stick to your clothes.
