We used it with four people. Since it is still during the corona pandemic, we chose this restaurant where each person has their own hot pot. It's a shabu-shabu restaurant, so the taste was not surprising, but it was just a delicious place. The tongue shabu-shabu had a good texture and was delicious.

In the back alleys of Ginza, enjoying shabu-shabu from noon~♥️ The "beef" and "pork" are served in 100g portions each, but I decided to challenge myself with a combination of "beef & pork" totaling 200g♥️ Enjoying shabu-shabu in a single serving pot♥️ You can choose two sauces from "ponzu, sesame, tomato, soy milk," so I chose "ponzu and sesame"♥️ Start by shabu-shabu-ing the "vegetables," "tofu," "shiitake mushrooms, and maroni"♥️ Then, the A5 rank black wagyu sirloin and Miyaji pork, both carefully selected premium meats, each 100g, totaling 200g, make their appearance♥️ Alternate between the "pork" and "beef" while shabu-shabu-ing♥️ Experience a bit of luxury♥️ Additionally, you can choose between "rice" or "kisimen" as the finishing touch, so I chose "kisimen"♥️ You receive a dashi soup bowl, so after adding a bit of soup and mixing it, it's like having tsukemen, and you're already full♥️ P.S. The restaurant's interior was very lovely. I had the pork course. Each person had their own individual pot for the hotpot, allowing us to enjoy the meal slowly and it was very delicious.

Delicious and stylish. It has a semi-private room-like atmosphere. Despite being in Roppongi, it's in a quieter area off the main street. It seems like soccer players often go there.

I used it for a girls' gathering. It's quite hidden, almost like a hidden gem? Each person gets their own pot, so the excitement level goes up and you don't have to worry about others around you, which was great. We chose the rib roast course with one drink included. We started with a toast and watched the water boil, then the water dumplings were served first, and they were delicious. Next came colorful vegetables and meat. There were plenty of vegetables and the meat was satisfying with five large slices. The only thing to mention is that there were a lot of maroni (chestnuts), which made it a bit heavy towards the end. The portion of kishimen noodles for the finale was also good for a woman. For around 5000 yen, the cost performance was good, and my friends were pleased. I would definitely want to come back when I crave shabu-shabu.

Shabu-shabu specialty restaurant in Roppongi. They also offer lunch! We ordered pork (980 yen) and beef (1,250 yen) to share. You can choose two sauces from ponzu, sesame, tomato, and soy milk. It comes with thinly sliced vegetables and rice or noodles. Each person gets their own pot to cook in, which is great. Cost: Around 1,000 yen. Rating: 3 points. Would definitely like to visit again!

I made a reservation for a weekday night and visited the restaurant. The restaurant was located in a hard-to-find place in a backstreet of Roppongi. The seat I was guided to was a private room. Although it is a shabu-shabu restaurant, each person had their own pot instead of sharing a big one. This time, I ordered a la carte dishes and a course meal. - Caprese: Tomatoes sandwiched with cheese in a stylish way. - Smoked tongue: Priced at 560 yen and affordable. - Seared beef tataki: Seared meat wrapped in roughly grated daikon radish, refreshing and delicious. I also ordered the "A5 Rank Black Wagyu & Miyagi Pork Shabu-Shabu Course": - Water dumplings: A large dumpling for each person, juicy and delicious. - Vegetable platter: Plenty of vegetables, but some like shredded carrots, lettuce, and pea sprouts didn't match the hotpot, needed dressing. The onion, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms were tasty. - Octopus: Thinly sliced and reasonably priced. - Beef and pork: The beef was neatly marbled and easy to eat, while the pork had a slightly strong taste. - Rice cakes and rice noodles: I forgot to take a photo, the rice cakes were thinly sliced, taste was average. - Dessert: You can choose from three types of sorbet. It was not crowded, probably due to the early weekday hour. The taste was decent, but the atmosphere was nice. Thank you for the meal.

I was originally planning to go to Aria for their delicious course meal and fresh pasta, but they were fully booked on weekends for lunch so I decided to wander around. I saw a sign for shabu-shabu on a nearby street and was intrigued, so I decided to give it a try. - Atmosphere This shabu-shabu restaurant, or should I say "SHAVU-SHAVU," is more of a hidden gem than a hidden spot. It has a cozy and intimate feel, almost like a place where celebrities would secretly visit. Despite its small size, it quickly fills up with customers, but it didn't feel crowded at all. Perhaps it's the nature of shabu-shabu or the unique atmosphere of this restaurant. The clientele mainly consists of couples enjoying their day off, and the age group is slightly on the older side. - Order - Pork shabu-shabu lunch (extra-large portion of kishimen noodles) - Beef shabu-shabu lunch (regular portion of kishimen noodles) Each person is provided with a small pot to enjoy their shabu-shabu leisurely. You can choose two types of dipping sauces, and the sesame sauce I tried was richer and more intense than any sesame sauce I've had before, almost like a "sesame miso sauce." It was so good that I wanted more. The vegetables were elegantly arranged, and the meat was of high quality. If I had to nitpick, I wish there was a bit more volume in either the noodles, meat, or vegetables. The kishimen noodles were served with a special broth and were delicious when enjoyed in a tsukemen style. I wanted to eat more, but I value the satisfaction of a default portion, so I stopped there. In the end, I was able to enjoy a delicious cake elsewhere, so it was all good. If places like Au Cheval or Aria are crowded, this restaurant might be worth considering.

The restaurant is called "Shave Shave" and specializes in shabu-shabu. [Access] 7 minutes walk from Roppongi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line [Location] Located off the main street near Roppongi 6-chome intersection. The area is quiet with minimal foot traffic, making it hard to see inside from the outside. The restaurant has only 12 seats at 3 tables, so it's quite small. [Lunch Menu] Drinks are an additional 200 yen, with free refills for hot coffee. - Pork Lunch 980 yen - Beef Lunch 1250 yen - Grilled Shabu Donburi 800 yen [Ordered Menu] I ordered the Pork Lunch, which comes with thinly sliced pork (6 pieces) and vegetables in a bowl. There is a small electric heater on the table where you can cook your own shabu-shabu. Lastly, udon noodles are served to finish the meal. You can customize your meal to your liking, but I wish they would add 2 more slices of meat to make it 8 pieces.

The interior has a calm atmosphere with a dark brown wood theme. There are a total of 12 seats with 2 tables each. Upon arrival, there were no other customers. Throughout the visit, there were no other customers and it was very empty. The service was handled proficiently by one male staff member. The lunch menu includes Shabu-Shabu Pork Lunch for 980 yen and Shabu-Shabu Beef Lunch for 1250 yen. Each set includes 100g of meat, thinly sliced vegetables, and a choice between rice or noodles, with the option of free extra noodles. You can choose two out of four types of sauce: ponzu, sesame, tomato, and soy milk. I ordered the Shabu-Shabu Pork Lunch for 980 yen. The set included 100g of pork, plenty of sliced vegetables, extra noodles, sesame sauce, tomato sauce, noodle sauce, and condiments.
