★3.4【FILE 1695】Visited on March 13, 2014 (Thursday) at 11:40 AM. Located in the back alley between Gaien Higashi Street and Roppongi Street, towards the middle, on the first floor of Westa Roppongi, this shabu-shabu specialty restaurant opened in July 2013, 8 months ago. The interior has a calm atmosphere with a dark brown wood theme. There are a total of 12 seats with 2 tables each. Upon arrival, there were no other customers. Throughout the visit, there were no other customers and it was very empty. The service was handled proficiently by one male staff member. The lunch menu includes Shabu-Shabu Pork Lunch for 980 yen and Shabu-Shabu Beef Lunch for 1250 yen. Each set includes 100g of meat, thinly sliced vegetables, and a choice between rice or noodles, with the option of free extra noodles. You can choose two out of four types of sauce: ponzu, sesame, tomato, and soy milk. I ordered the Shabu-Shabu Pork Lunch for 980 yen. The set included 100g of pork, plenty of sliced vegetables, extra noodles, sesame sauce, tomato sauce, noodle sauce, and condiments. The serving time was approximately 25 minutes: 11:40 AM - Ordered, 11:44 AM - Sesame sauce, tomato sauce, 11:47 AM - Meat, vegetables, condiments, 12:05 PM - Noodles, noodle sauce. The shabu-shabu consisted of neatly sliced 100g of pork, to be enjoyed with sesame and tomato sauce. The sesame sauce had a rich miso flavor and was very delicious. The tomato sauce was light and didn't have much distinct flavor. The vegetables were plentiful in a large container, adding to the volume and enhancing the shabu-shabu experience. The extra noodles, ordered for free, provided a generous portion and were served with a tasty sauce. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with a dark brown wood theme. Located in a hidden spot behind Roppongi, there were no other customers and it was very empty.
