The sushi course was amazing in terms of cost performance. I reserved the 8800 yen course and visited the restaurant. I had 2 cups of sake and the total bill came to 12800 yen, which is a quality that would cost more than double in Tokyo. The appetizer simmered in soy sauce had a nice acidity, perfect for starting the meal. The shrimp was not overly firm but had a nice moistness to it. The beef and scrambled egg in broth had a perfect balance of sweetness and the richness of the beef. The simmered octopus had a good saltiness, a nice texture, and a well-infused flavor. The turban shell was crunchy with a hint of seaweed flavor. The red tuna was delicious without any fishy taste. The sea bream was light and had a pleasant texture. When paired with the jelly sauce, it was delightful. The medium fatty tuna was rich without being greasy. The abalone with cream sauce was one of the best dishes of the day. The creamy sauce complemented the tender abalone perfectly. The snow crab was incredibly fresh, and the snow crab meat was rich in flavor. The beef dish with black wagyu lamp had a satisfying texture and juiciness, and the soy sauce with mountain wasabi added a nice touch. The pork was moist and of high quality. The meat quality at this sushi restaurant was outstanding. The grilling was perfect. The shrimp with butter soy sauce and tomato had the skin removed, so there was no unpleasant texture in the mouth. During my first trip to Hokkaido, I tried several delicious meals in Sapporo, but Uoichi was the best. We had the 11,000 yen course, and everything at this restaurant was truly satisfying. I definitely want to dine at Uoichi again, so I will make sure to visit Hokkaido in the future!

I used to visit this restaurant for business entertainment, but this was my first visit for private use. As a tourist from Tokyo, I find it to be a good value. The course I had this time was 8800 yen, and I was quite satisfied with the dishes, including the sushi platter at the end. The restaurant is owned by a fishmonger from Hokkaido, so the taste is truly exceptional!

Sushi at Uoichi is always delicious. I usually sit at the counter, but this time I used a private room with my colleagues for the first time. Sitting at the counter is great for enjoying freshly made sushi, but a calm private room is also nice for spending time with friends. The sushi is neatly arranged and beautifully presented.

The atmosphere is a bit upscale but very welcoming. It's suitable for groups as well as for couples. The sushi chef is skilled and you can enjoy a 20,000 yen course for only 10,000 yen. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also worth mentioning.

I visited the restaurant for lunch on Saturday without a reservation. The lemon sour was delicious. I had today's 12-piece sushi set with soup for 2,200 yen. The sushi pieces were small but just right. They were delicious and surprisingly affordable. I even thought about going back the next day if my flight wasn't late. I highly recommend their lunch. I had a delicious lunch of premium sushi kaiseki. It may be a bit luxurious for lunchtime, but sometimes it's nice to treat myself. The taste and quality are always satisfying and comforting. I made a reservation through Tabelog this time as well.

The abalone with soy milk liver sauce is particularly delicious. The comfortable chairs at the counter and the uplifting atmosphere of the white wooden counter add to the overall experience.

With the variety, deliciousness, and luxury of the dishes, the 8,000 yen price is excellent in terms of cost performance. The private room was also great for business meetings. The abalone cream stew in the photo was amazing. Mixing the leftover cream with rice was a delightful experience.

Located on the main street of Susukino, easy access. Last order at 14:30 and they are open late, which is great. Today's sushi set with 12 pieces and soup for 2200 yen. This time it included sea urchin, salmon roe, and medium fatty tuna, all delicious. The lunch cost performance is excellent. I would love to come back when I'm in town for business again.

I came here because I wanted to eat sushi. The lunch special seems affordable, with a special course for 3800 yen. It includes a variety of dishes that are delicious and elegant. The sushi at the end was very fresh and the rice was just the right size. The problem was with the drinks. When I tried to order a single drink for around 700 yen, they suggested getting a bottle instead. I ended up ordering a bottle for 2000 yen, thinking it was a better deal. But in the end, after having four drinks between two people, it still added up to 8000 yen. The total bill came to 16000 yen, which was more than I expected for a lunch outing.

It was excellent. The cost performance was too good. I was recommended to try the kaiseki course, and it was a great choice. There were 6 types of sushi plus tempura and other side dishes, along with soup, it was amazing. The sushi was delicious, and the chawanmushi here was the best.

A sushi restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo!! Ordered a course for lunch!! Thought the portion might be too much, but managed to finish it with small rice balls!! It felt like traditional sushi!! Good value for the price!! By the way, the best part was the tempura!! The eel, abalone, roast beef, and side dishes were impressive.

I made a reservation and then headed to the restaurant. I was guided to a lovely private room where I could enjoy my meal in peace. The sushi rolls were small and easy to eat, and there were 12 pieces! I couldn't believe such a great deal. We made a reservation for four people for a family meal. We ordered the course for one person at 8,800 yen. They prepared a private room for us. I visited the restaurant alone for lunch beforehand. The restaurant was very clean and reasonably priced, so I decided it was suitable to bring someone along. The lineup of drinks was sufficient for a business dinner while enjoying alcohol. The female staff at this restaurant provides excellent customer service. The location is also great, located in a good area of Susukino. If you are unsure about sushi restaurants in Sapporo, I recommend this one.

I went to "Uoichi" to have the lunch menu of "Today's Nigiri Sushi" (of course, I had made a reservation). I sat at the counter, and the chef carefully prepared each piece of sushi, adjusting to my eating pace. The fish was fresh and delicious as expected, and the rice was soft and melted in my mouth. I enjoyed 12 pieces of nigiri sushi with a soup set for 2,200 yen (tax included), which was amazing. I forgot to take a photo of the tuna sashimi. I would like to try the evening course next time I visit. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

There is a sushi restaurant in the Susukino area. I was looking for a place to eat lunch and came across some delicious-looking photos, so I decided to stop by! I had the special sushi set meal and ordered some additional items like whelk, button shrimp, and scallops. The total bill was just under 6000 yen. It seems like a good deal! The restaurant might be new? There are both counter seats and private table seats, and the space between seats is wide, so I was able to relax and enjoy my meal. Personally, everything was delicious, but the mackerel and cherry salmon were particularly tasty. The rice was small and melted in my mouth with each bite. I would love to visit again next time I'm in Sapporo!

I called on the same day and was able to get a reservation right away. The 12 cans of uni (sea urchin) for 2000 yen is a great deal. The place has a spacious and impressive counter, as well as private rooms, making it very convenient. They also offer lunch courses for 3000 yen and 3800 yen, so you can enjoy a leisurely drink starting from lunchtime.

I visited Uoichi for lunch in Sapporo. I ordered the Special Sushi Kaiseki Set (3,800 yen), which included 6 dishes, 10 pieces of sushi, and dessert. Before the sushi, there were dishes like abalone, Saga beef, tempura, chawanmushi, and grilled fish, which were already quite filling. The sushi itself was a bit small in size, but the wasabi was not too strong, giving it a nice balance. The fresh seafood and shellfish truly showcased Hokkaido's quality. It was a satisfying first meal in Hokkaido, and I felt the lunch set was quite good value for money. Thank you for the meal.

Today's nigiri sushi for 2200 yen at Susukino Sushi Lunch. I visited here because I was curious about its cost performance. I ordered tea as my drink and waited for the nigiri. The nigiri included sea bream (with salt), lean tuna, yellowtail, cherry salmon, scallop, spear squid, marinated mackerel, sweet shrimp, fatty tuna, salmon roe, saltwater sea urchin, and egg. The nigiri was a bit small, and the soy sauce was applied a little too much. However, all the toppings were delicious! The cherry salmon was melt-in-your-mouth soft, the marinated mackerel was light, and the yellowtail had a good amount of fat. It was good. What bothered me was that the chefs at the counter were goofing around and not handling the ingredients gently. I wish they would do it more discreetly...

After quenching my thirst with beer, I headed to today's main restaurant. My usual contact had made a reservation for me at the counter. I always end up spending more on drinks than food, so I had my beer first. Here, I started with sake! I ordered Hokkaido's Kachimai Junmai sake. Before the sushi arrived, various dishes were served. Among them, the one I really wanted to eat again was the abalone with liver in white sauce. The abalone was so tender, no need for teeth haha. The sushi was small and easy to eat. The cured mackerel was almost like not cured, which I love. I forgot to take a picture, but we also had abalone, scallops, and sweet shrimp, all of which were delicious. It was fun to watch the sushi chefs and other staff working at the counter. They were all attentive and I definitely want to go back. In the end, my usual contact and I ended up drinking 5 cups of sake. When we left the restaurant, we both had red faces haha. It was a wonderful time at a great restaurant, and I can't wait to go back again.
