I had all-you-can-eat lamb shabu-shabu for lunch. The lunch, costing just under 3000 yen, is not cheap, but being able to enjoy lamb shabu-shabu so easily is great! I could enjoy it at my own pace, with my favorite flavors. Thank you for the meal.

I used the restaurant for lunch on a weekday for the first time. There was no time limit, so I was able to relax, and I decided that I would like to use it on weekdays from now on. The staff explained the use of the coupon very clearly, which was helpful. The staff who guided us and the staff at the checkout were very polite. I felt safe eating there because they had measures in place such as temperature checks, mandatory mask wearing except when seated, wearing gloves in the buffet area, and using dividers. Thank you for a great experience!

A shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat restaurant in Omori called "Skylark" has been featured on TV a lot recently for its creative recipes. Orders are placed through touch panels, allowing customers to order at their own pace. The course menu includes options to taste beef, pork, and premium pork. Sushi is also available for all-you-can-eat. While meat orders are placed through the touch panel, vegetables can be picked up at the vegetable bar. There are various dipping sauces available, including unique options like "scallop and sweet shrimp" and "chopped green onion flavor," allowing for different flavor combinations. Soft serve ice cream and waffle machines are also available, making it a great service for families with children. The quality of the meat is reflected in the price, but the restaurant provides an enjoyable amusement park-like experience.

I usually make reservations before going to restaurants, but this time when I inquired with Shabu Shabu Dai Mori store, they informed me that they were not taking reservations yet. I decided to go without a reservation and was able to be seated smoothly. In the dining area, they had measures in place such as wearing masks and gloves, which made me feel safe while enjoying my meal. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I would like to visit again in the future.

Takeout from Shabu Leaf. Beef sukiyaki, pork with yuzu salt chanoko. Double meat portion. Came to about 2,000 yen. First of all, the store was not prepared for takeout orders. Waited for over 15 minutes with no other takeout customers. The staff seemed inexperienced with takeout orders. In the midst of the pandemic, they need to improve their takeout operation.
Next, the quality. Honestly, disappointing. The meat was cut into small pieces, similar to Yoshinoya's beef bowl. It wasn't bad, but I was expecting the meat to be more like shabu-shabu. The broth was decent, a bit on the stronger side. What was disappointing was the lack of ingredients other than meat, with the gaps filled with udon noodles. The image I had of Shabu Leaf was being able to enjoy plenty of meat and a variety of ingredients, which was not the case with the takeout. I wanted to eat it with rice, and since it's takeout, I could prepare the rice myself. In that case, getting the special beef bowl takeout from Yoshinoya would have been more satisfying. The taste itself was not bad, but the presentation and quality of the entire hotpot were significantly lower compared to dining in. Shabu Leaf should be capable of more. They provide great service for all-you-can-eat in-store, so they should incorporate that mindset into their takeout orders. I hope to see improvements in the future.
