The entrance on the second floor of Ginza Nine No. 2 building is impressive, with each area partitioned like a private room, making it very convenient for dining parties. The view outside the window of the back streets of Ginza, with willow trees in front, was quite charming. Until 4:00 pm, there is a lunch course available, and this time we ordered the "Shisui" course (3,850 yen including tax). The course includes a basket with crab vinegar, mini salad, and mini chawanmushi, crab gratin, crab rice, red miso soup, and pickles. The crab was served in a way that made it easy to eat, with the shell shaved off and a bamboo skewer to easily remove the meat. The crab rice was topped with plenty of crab, and with nori and wasabi provided, we enjoyed it as ochazuke at the end. The "Shisui" course was just right in terms of quantity and quality for women, but there are also courses with more volume, such as crab dumplings and crab tempura.
