I came to check it out on foot since I was staying nearby. According to the information, just like in Shibuya and Kichijoji, tickets are distributed every morning from 9 am, so I arrived a little after 9 am, but there was no one there. I wondered if they were closed, but when I peeked inside, I saw a staff member, so I headed towards the entrance and they quickly came over. They asked how many people and what time would be good. Surprisingly, they gave me a ticket without any restrictions in the early afternoon. When I entered at the scheduled time, I first purchased a meal ticket from the vending machine. You can eat up to 3 pieces of 90g hamburgers, so I got 3 of them. They explained the condiments, and while waiting for the hamburgers being grilled in front of me, I enjoyed the rice cooked in a pot and miso soup that were served first. The hamburgers were almost done grilling. The first hamburger was placed in front of me using tongs from the grill. I tried the first one without any condiments. It was already seasoned well, so it was incredibly juicy and delicious without adding anything. Then, I tried various condiments with the second one. Yuzu pepper, grated radish, etc., each brought out different flavors and enhanced the taste of the meat, pairing perfectly with the rice. I even had a second helping of rice in the middle. I wanted to eat slowly, but my appetite couldn't be satisfied. Before I knew it, I was on the last piece, which I enjoyed by dipping in raw egg. It was undeniably delicious. I finished it in no time. The satisfaction level was very high, and it seems that it's not just a trend in Tokyo, but many people are repeat customers. This place is definitely going to be popular. It was incredibly delicious. They seem to have enough supply even if you come around noon. Tokyo is amazing, huh? It's like it doesn't concern me (laughs). Although this is not a shop unique to Kyoto, I feel like I might come back again.
