Good Nature used to be a favorite, but we had drifted apart recently. We stopped by and decided to have lunch. It was my first time having lunch there. I chose the Eltan course out of the three lunch options (Light, Casual, Eltan). First, the Afternoon Stand plate with seared rare mackerel from Miyazu was exquisite. Marinated with Tasmanian mustard, it had a nice acidity and was well-rounded. The organic turnips were beautifully arranged and looked lovely. The second dish was organic Senryo eggplant, prepared in a miso sauce from the organic food restaurant, with spirulina blue and beet sauce, creating a beautiful color palette. The taste was slightly curry and coconut-flavored, reminiscent of green curry. The third dish was mashed potatoes made from organic potatoes with a tuna mayo sauce, sweet corn, and popcorn on the side. It looked cute and was served with the restaurant's famous prosciutto. The prosciutto, cut like bonito flakes by a machine from Berkel, was not too salty, making it enjoyable even for someone like me who is not a fan of salty foods. The chilled soup, Vichyssoise, was delicious, with a bacon chip adding texture and flavor as an accent. My partner opted for pasta. I had a taste of the homemade sausage and seasonal two-color asparagus in cream sauce with a lemon flavor. I only had a bite, but the sweet asparagus was delicious. It had been a while since I had sausage (laughs). I had the prawn and asparagus pizza with organic citrusy Hinata lemon, which was cooked perfectly, with the prawns being very plump. I have been into using citrus fruits in cooking recently, so it was really tasty. For dessert, we had organic melon and chamomile, which not only looked cute but also had a fresh melon flavor that was not artificial. The petit fours (bite-sized cakes) included a brownie and yuzu fruit tart, which I love. It was my first time hearing the name. The lunch at 3300 yen was luxurious, but the content was more than satisfying, making it worth the price.
