My favorite cake shop, Naturel Shiromoto, was sold out of the cake I wanted, which was disappointing. So, I decided to try some of their baked goods that I had been curious about. I bought a lemon and black tea pound cake for ¥750, an apple and black tea pound cake for ¥210, and a financiers for ¥230. They were all delicious!

I came to a trendy cafe in Kikumyo-dai in Yahata City. It's a nice place with good suburban air. I came here for the famous chiffon cake. First of all, I was surprised by how fluffy it was! It's not just fluffy, it's bouncy! It has a texture similar to the surface of a pudding, mixed with cream, creating the perfect sensation! I'll buy some croquant as a souvenir and head back. I recently bought these cookies and they are so fun with different textures and flavors. When I bought and ate them, I noticed there were heart-shaped meringues and cookies that were limited edition and so cute. Both the appearance and taste brought me joy and happiness. Chocolate and chestnut cake for 520 yen, pistachio framboise parfait for 500 yen, and a cool baum chocolate for 300 yen. As a souvenir for my wife, I went to eat mixed soba at Aoyama-san in Kashiwa and then searched on Tabelog for highly rated Shiramoto-san. The appearance of the store didn't look like a cake shop at first, so I hesitated for a moment, but once I entered, it was clearly a cake shop! It had a high-end feel, like a collection of a department store's basement floor into one shop. What surprised me the most was the variety of Western sweets they offered!! Just by looking around, there were financiers, cookies, cakes, baumkuchen, and many other Western sweets, each with a variety of flavors, so I couldn't help but be indecisive! There was no way not to be indecisive! It felt like a high-end version of Shatorizu's Western sweets! (※ I'm not belittling Shatorizu, personally I really like Shatorizu!) Women would definitely be delighted here! Even as a man, I was like "Wow!" The ones I purchased after much deliberation were two cakes and one frozen baumkuchen for storage. I chose the cakes through the showcase and was given a number tag, then waited for my number to be called. The cakes got a bit deformed on the bumpy way back, but my wife and I both found them to be delicious. The chocolate cake had a rich mousse and whipped cream with something crunchy inside, providing a delightful texture and gentle sweetness that made our brains happy. The pistachio cake had pistachio cream, chocolate mousse inside, and a perfect amount of framboise sauce in the middle, with an exquisite acidity that made our brains feel happy once again! Oh, what a happiness! I will definitely go back! It's a bit inconvenient to reach by train, so I recommend going by car or motorcycle! Thank you for the meal.

The cafe is on the second floor. We were able to relax and enjoy our time there. I had a hard time deciding what to eat, but in the end I chose the afternoon tea set and a cream bun. It was just the right amount for the three of us. I also wanted to have some cake, so I decided to get a chiffon sandwich to go. The chiffon cake was made with rice flour, so it was fluffy and light, complementing the sweetness of the cream nicely.

I went there, around the border between Hirakata City and Yawata City. The parking lot is spacious. It seems like a car society. The cake shop is also spacious, without a small, personal feel. Personally, I was quite disappointed. I tried the chiffon cake and shortcake. The strawberries in season now are sour, as expected. Well, I guess that's okay too.

I have used this restaurant multiple times and it is my favorite place ✨ I ordered the afternoon tea set because it was peach season. The cakes here are really delicious, I have known them since the time when they only had the main store before the Kimmeyan-dai store was opened, and every time I feel happy and satisfied with the exquisite taste.

I heard that the chiffon cake here is delicious, so I came to try it. I decided to buy a chiffon cake for takeout and went up to the cafe on the second floor. You can choose a cake on the first floor and enjoy it on the second floor with a cake set. I chose a cake with orange flavor, and while I liked the taste, the caramel on top didn't quite match well with it. So I would give it 4 stars. I also bought a mini chiffon cake in berry pistachio flavor as a souvenir and headed home.

Since a new store opened at Camphor Mall, I hadn't visited in a while, but I finally stopped by the cafe again! Even on a weekday during the day, there was a wait time! It's still very popular! I had the seasonal "Cherry and Grapefruit Parfait"! It was at a high level as usual! The fruits were fresh and delicious, and all the components were well-prepared without cutting corners. The combination of cherry and grapefruit was refreshing and delicious, which I hadn't seen much before. The color combination was beautiful and the taste was refreshing! It seemed to be inspired by Kirsch Torte, with a slightly alcoholic sponge that was delicious! The sweetness of the croquant and nougatine was elegant, and even though there were elements like caramel that can be heavy, the aftertaste was good, which was also a high point! Despite packing various ingredients, the size was elegant, so there was no feeling of heaviness, and the satisfaction was high because it was carefully made. The quality of the parfait is impeccable. The pot service for tea was also good, and it was a good deal as a set. As a spice lover, I wish the Chai tea had a bit more spice in it. However, the service was disappointing. We waited in the waiting area until a table was available, but even when there were empty tables, we were left waiting for about 30 minutes until we had to ask to be seated. This was too bad. I sincerely hope for improvement in their service.

This time, I visited the "Nature Shiromoto Kinmeidai Store" in Yawata City, Kyoto Prefecture. I ordered (takeout) 1. Fromage 2. Mont Blanc 3. Boulangerie. I was excited to try it for the first time, so I ate my favorite Mont Blanc. It was delicious with a cream full of chestnut flavor. Thank you for the meal.

I stopped by after a long time. The last time I visited, the cafe on the second floor was closed for social distancing measures. This time, it was open with tables spaced apart. I ordered a cake set. You can order cakes from either the first or second floor showcases. I ordered a banana cake, which had a great aroma and texture. Thank you for the meal.
