We used it for a meeting of both families for a wedding. It was a bit of a walk from the station, so the access was not great, but everything else was perfect. The grounds were surprisingly spacious for a prime location, and we were able to take photos with Tokyo Tower in the background from the garden. The first floor had a wide area of private rooms with a view of the garden. The food was all delicious, and surprisingly filling. The Japanese-style room with a sunken kotatsu table was also nice. It's not exactly cheap, but overall, it was a great choice to have the meeting here.

It's Sunday during the Obon holiday, but I made a reservation at Tofuya Ukai to entertain guests from overseas. I couldn't take photos of all the dishes since I was entertaining, but I managed to take one at the beginning. The taste was very delicious, and the guests seemed to be very satisfied, which was great. Of course, the food was delicious, but the view of Tokyo Tower was also amazing. If you are entertaining guests, I highly recommend this place.

It is located about a 5-7 minute walk from Akabanebashi Station. On weekends, the inside of the restaurant seemed crowded, so we had to wait a bit in the waiting area after arriving. The service was rushed, with dishes being brought out quickly one after another. The portions may seem large, especially for older individuals. The restroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff consisted mainly of older and middle-aged individuals, and while they were attentive, the way they handled taking a group photo at the end felt a bit careless. Overall, thank you for the meal.

The visit to the restaurant for lunch was unexpectedly spacious, with various exhibits and gardens to explore before being shown to our room. It felt like a little attraction in itself. The building and garden were both beautiful spaces, perfect for entertaining overseas friends. The tofu and the famous "agedenraku" were delicious and appetizing, while the "mizumame tofu" served with seafood broth was a delightful treat. The other dishes were also tasty, and I had a wonderful time. It made me appreciate being Japanese all over again. I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

A baby was born and 100 days have passed, so we used it for the first meal celebration. I am from Osaka and didn't know much about it, but I heard that the Ukai-tei group is very famous in Kanto, and the atmosphere is great, so we chose this restaurant. We used a private room, and the view of the inner garden from the private room was very beautiful, and the atmosphere was very good. We ordered the first meal celebration set and the adult lunch set (bamboo). The adult lunch included the following menu: - Sesame tofu - Deep-fried eggplant - Grilled trout with yuzu - Eel with grated radish - Simmered shrimp and shiitake mushrooms - Corn potage - Mountain peach with lantern pepper - Zucchini sweet and sour pickles - Silken tofu with soybean water - Yuba and dried young sardine rice - Green plum kuzukiri Needless to say, the food was delicious. We stayed for about 2 hours, and during that time, the staff's consideration was very wonderful, and the atmosphere was great, so we could stay at ease on our special day. Thank you for the meal. We will visit again.

I was very impressed by the taste and presentation of the food, as well as the beauty of the elegant building and inner courtyard. The interior of the building is quite spacious, so it's a bit of a walk from the entrance to the reserved private room. It felt like a maze, but the refined Japanese-style interior gave a sense of calm and sophistication, raising expectations and mood instantly until being led to the room. The food and drinks did not disappoint, they were very delicious. In terms of food, I think you can get a satisfying amount beyond the appearance. The sake poured into bamboo tubes was also very stylish. The hospitality was excellent, with all the staff treating us kindly, so I think you can have a very pleasant time. This is the perfect place for a special day and a special experience. I would like to visit again.

I reserved a lunch course! I had beer and sparkling wine, which came to around 14,000 yen. We could relax in a private room, and the bill was split for each person. There was no call bell, so we ordered drinks when the food arrived. The meal was refreshing and delicious. It's quite a luxurious lunch, so I might be selective about who to invite.

Located directly under the Tokyo Tower in Minato-ku, Tokyo, this restaurant is a tofu kaiseki cuisine establishment belonging to the Ukai Group. Upon arrival, a porter greets you and guides you through the gate, across the garden, and into the restaurant. Inside, you are welcomed by staff in traditional Japanese attire who lead you to your private room. Along the way, you may catch a glimpse of the summer garden or sake brewery. The restaurant is quite spacious, and the room assigned to us was a traditional tatami room with a table and chairs. We started with a toast of draft beer for 1,100 yen and opted for the "Ryutsuki Course" at 15,000 yen. The meal included a variety of dishes such as abalone and sea noodle appetizers, summer duck, isobe castella egg, and more. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. The standout for us was the grilled Japanese beef steak, which was cooked to perfection. The meal ended with a refreshing dessert of fig jelly. Overall, we enjoyed the delicate and flavorful dishes prepared by Chef Kobayashi. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I used this restaurant for my daughter's first meal. It was a sunny Sunday, and I was worried about the crowds around Tokyo Tower, but the spacious interior was calm. We had a private room with a baby basket, so adults could enjoy a leisurely meal. The freshly fried miso eggplant was the most delicious.

It had been so long that I couldn't remember the last time I visited. Maybe it was the third time? The atmosphere, service, and taste of the food have all improved without changing. Perhaps it's because I've gotten older and can appreciate the depth of flavors now. The signature dishes, like the fried eggplant and tofu with soy milk, were truly delicious. The sesame tofu had a fun, mochi-like texture. I think the lunch course offers great value for the elegance it provides. I definitely want to go back soon when the seasons change.

I enjoyed a tofu kaiseki meal at a traditional tatami room! I had a meal with a manners instructor friend who taught me etiquette while enjoying a 14,000 yen flower course. The famous fried tofu was delicious, as well as the Nasu eggplant dish. I forgot to take photos, but the whitebait rice and crispy fish skin were also very tasty.

My brother and his wife, who live in Tokyo, took me to a tofu restaurant called "Shiba Ukai-tei" at the foot of Tokyo Tower. The food was delicious, and the garden was lovely. We had a private room with a fantastic view from the window. I'm not a big fan of tofu, but there were plenty of non-tofu dishes that were all tasty. On our way back, we stopped by the shop selling take-out items and bought a variety of things, which we sent to our home in Hiroshima using a cool delivery service.

We used this restaurant for a group of about 10 people. The access from the station is a bit of a concern, but the view from the garden at the foot of Tokyo Tower is amazing. We chose the cheapest Hana course, and the food was not too heavy overall. It might be a bit light for men, but just right for women. The food was delicious overall, the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was nice, making it a good choice for dining with foreigners or people from outside the city.

I was overwhelmed by the incredibly beautiful entrance! We visited with six people in the largest private room at the back! We enjoyed champagne, sake, wine, and dishes that matched perfectly! The abalone was amazing! Everything was delicious... If this restaurant was in Nagoya, I would want to go every month! We also ordered tofu as a souvenir and had it at home, but the soy milk hot pot was also excellent!

The meal was a great way to fully experience "Ukaitei" starting from the appetizers. The location, facilities, and service quality are high, so in terms of just the meal, the cost-effectiveness may not be high. It was a wonderful experience to be able to experience the brand of Ukaitei.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my senior colleague's retirement. I was looking forward to experiencing a place often frequented by people in politics and business. As I arrived, I saw several black cars lined up at the entrance, and Chinese tourists taking commemorative photos. Walking through, I was greeted by a beautiful garden that made me forget I was in the heart of Tokyo. The tofu kaiseki course was delicious, and although I don't remember all the dishes we had, the fried tofu in the photo stood out as particularly tasty. Despite not being tofu, it was a delightful dish. I believe this restaurant is a hidden gem that shouldn't be overlooked.

I thought it might be a full course meal related to tofu, but it wasn't. The specialty dish with plenty of green onions, Agedashi Tofu, was so delicious that I wanted to eat it every day! The main meat dish in the course was also tender and elegant in flavor. I was also impressed by the beautiful Japanese garden spread out at the foot of Tokyo Tower.
