Typhoon No. 7 made landfall on the Kii Peninsula. Leche Papa played golf with a 7:15 am tee off time without being rained on, completed 18 holes, and then decided to watch a movie in the evening at Roppongi Hills. He had pre-booked MX4D seats online. The movie was a sequel to "The Da Vinci Code" for those who had watched it, and it started at the Vatican's conclave. The movie is estimated to have been watched by over 1.3 billion of the world's Catholic followers. The original works were both by Dan Brown, and Tom Hanks reprised his role as Harvard University professor Robert Langdon from the previous film. Before the screening, Leche Papa bought popcorn as usual. The new thing was that MX4D seats did not exist 9 years ago. When asked about the popcorn flavor, he chose salted butter, and he had a Coke while I had a cafe latte. Surprisingly, there was wine on the menu, so I opted for red wine. The coffee was similar to the one we had at The Gentlemen's Club in Yokohama, where we also saw an Aston Martin. Costa Coffee was founded in London in 1971. The wine available was from Suntory's Tomi no Oka Winery, located on a picturesque hillside with views of Mt. Fuji. During the movie, the MX4D seats shook, had impact effects, and even blew wind. It enhanced the experience, especially for action films like Tom Cruise's 7th installment, where he continues to perform full action scenes at over 60 years old.

Finally, I started using a cane, so I decided to practice walking and go out to have fun. I was debating between the movie theater here and Hibiya Midtown, but ended up coming here. I got off at Roppongi Station, walked through the underground passage, climbed a long elevator, and walked straight ahead until I could see the movie theater. It was a hot day as usual! I planned to watch two movies with my friend from the morning, but I had something to do in the morning, so I joined in the afternoon. I went the day after it was released. "Mission: Impossible" with Tom was being advertised a lot, so I really wanted to go. It was so crowded, it was the second day since its release, so there were a lot of people. I reserved the seats at the very back from the internet two days before. And we also lined up at the food corner! You can only buy hot dogs and pizza next to the ticket counter. Popcorn, churros, and drinks are available on the upper floor. It was quite a hassle. I complained while waiting in line for 15 minutes. Master's Dream - 900 yen, the beer was too expensive! Johnsonville Cheese & Cheese - 550 yen, the hot dog with plenty of cheese was neither good nor bad. Johnsonville P Jalapeno - 620 yen, my friend said it wasn't particularly spicy. The movie was exciting and thrilling from start to finish, it was really great. It was the best movie theater experience since Top Gun: Maverick. I watched Top Gun: Maverick three times, but this time I can't wait to see the second half.

Basic popcorn and frozen food only. Also, the layout of the store on weekends is so bad that the operation is inefficient. Not recommended in general, but watching movies together with young children is priceless for parents. I get annoyed every time, but end up buying it when my child asks for it. - A father. 😄

A spacious movie theater with sunlight streaming in. I always come here to watch movies because of the Hills Point and discounted parking. I usually get the L-size popcorn set and for a small additional charge, I can switch the regular drink to other drinks. I always choose the tapioca milk tea in the photo, while my partner goes for the giant melon soda.

On Christmas Eve, the fifth meal was at "TOHO Cinemas CONCESSION Roppongi Hills." We came to watch "The Sparrow's Inn"! I've already seen it, but my companion hasn't. I really want to spoil it! I want to talk about it! The foreshadowing at the beginning was great. It was my second time watching, but it was still interesting. Oh, here's what we ordered: Cola Zero (Medium) - 380 yen, Bopcorn Strawberry Milk & Popcorn Caramel Mix - 710 yen. Even though I think Cola Zero is bad for my body, I can't help but drink it. Thanks for the meal!

This time, I enjoyed popcorn and drinks as my movie snacks at TOHO Cinemas Concession in Roppongi. There were various options such as popcorn combo sets, popcorn sets, and individual popcorn and drinks, making it hard to choose. I tried the salt and caramel flavored popcorn, and both were delicious that I couldn't stop eating. The combination of sweetness and saltiness, along with the hot freshly made popcorn, enhanced the aroma and made it a truly satisfying and tasty treat. [Menu Received] - Popcorn Pair Set 1,030 yen Drink M x 2 + Popcorn M (Salt, Caramel)

Roppongi Hills - I wanted to watch a movie at TOHO Cinemas here because it was the only one available. I haven't been to Roppongi Hills in a while, so I didn't go around the shops. I headed straight to TOHO Cinemas! When I arrived at the entrance, there was a faint, pleasant smell. Ah! Popcorn... I had eaten a little before coming here, so I wasn't hungry, but I was tempted. Since I was with a friend, we decided to get the Popcorn Pair Set (Salt/Caramel/Salt & Caramel for 1,100 yen). We chose Salt & Caramel! When asked if we wanted oil, we said yes without hesitation. We each got a drink, cola and ginger ale this time. Then we hurried to the theater. The screen darkened and the movie started. Popcorn really goes well with movies. The crispy caramel part was sweet and delicious, and the salty part was classic and tasty. Eating something sweet and then something salty, or vice versa, is always good. I could eat this forever! Thank you for the meal.

I went to Roppongi Hills to watch a live broadcast of the final performance of Takarazuka Hanagumi. Hanagumi is quite popular, so they had a bigger screen than usual. I got a bit hungry during intermission, so I bought the following:
- Snack potato set 740 yen
The snack potatoes came in two flavors, and I chose the Sicilian herb salt. For the set drink, I chose oolong tea. The snack potatoes had a surprisingly strong garlic smell, which bothered the people sitting nearby. They were smaller potato sticks than I had imagined, and a bit oily, but they were perfect for satisfying my hunger. The oolong tea was a good match for the oily snack potatoes, but the medium size drink was quite large, so I ended up leaving half of it.
Most of Hanagumi's performances had been canceled, but it was really nice that four graduates were able to give their greetings to the audience in person.

Well, when your kids are young, the experience of eating out together is priceless. However, personally, being cost-effective, I can't help but evaluate the prices. It's expensive, right? But it's worth it to see the kids happy. As they grow up and you go out with your wife, you might not end up buying anything.

I went to Roppongi to watch a globally renowned Italian brand movie. The theater was almost full and it was clear that it was quite popular. Of course, the essentials for watching a movie are drinks and popcorn, but due to infection prevention, I tried to avoid touching things as much as possible. However, other customers seemed to have a lot of popcorn. I enjoyed the movie, so it was good.

Daytime movies on weekdays are great, especially here in Roppongi. Today, I chose a slightly more obscure film and it turns out there were only three of us in the entire theater. And all three of us were solo female viewers. We each sat in a big triangle formation in the spacious theater. I had a Natadecoco-infused lemonade as my movie snack, which cost 550 yen. Lately, whenever I drink these kinds of beverages, I find myself needing to use the restroom before the movie ends. Today, I had to leave during the ending credits. Maybe next time, I should watch the movie without any snacks. Although there wasn't much Natadecoco flavor, the lemonade was delicious. However, I didn't expect the movie to have scary scenes, and my heart was racing throughout. Perhaps I should read reviews beforehand next time.

I visited TOHO Cinemas CONCESSION Roppongi Hills in Roppongi. I often go to see movies, but in the past 20 years, I have only watched movies in Tokyo about 3 times, and usually watch movies while traveling in Fukuoka or Kanazawa. Due to the pandemic, my travel frequency has decreased. Therefore, it has been a year and a half since I last watched a movie. This is my first time visiting here. I bought food and drinks at the concession stand.
**Food and Drink Purchased:**
- Three Cheese Sauce Hot Dog (500 yen)
- Coca-Cola Medium Size (370 yen)
*Prices include tax. If purchased as a set, it would be 820 yen. I made a mistake.
*Please consume food and drinks after the movie starts.
The hot dog at TOHO Cinemas uses sausages from "Johnsonville," known as America's No.1 sausage brand. It was crispy and juicy, very delicious. "Johnsonville" sausages are made from fresh ground pork without freezing, and carefully selected spices are used, showing various commitments. I don't know the types of the three cheeses, but the creamy and well-balanced salty and cheesy flavor matched well with the sausage. The bread was small and had a slightly firm texture. In terms of taste, it was just average. I was surprised that a delicious hot dog with sausage could be enjoyed at a movie theater. When I go to TOHO Cinemas to watch a movie again, I would like to try a different sauce hot dog as a movie snack. Thank you for the meal.

In March 2021, I revisited the theater after almost 1 year and 10 months. Although I didn't write a review, I have been coming to watch movies in between. On this day, I had some free time between my daytime plans and evening dinner, so I decided to watch the opening day of "Minari." This film is said to be a strong contender for the Academy Awards, so I was looking forward to it. I enjoyed a Coke Zero (S size, 300 yen including tax) as my movie snack. The movie felt like a mix of Korean and American cinema. I wonder how it will fare at the Academy Awards.

"Kimetsu no Yaiba continues to be a huge success. The movie theater has stopped selling seats with spaces in between. As a result, drinks are allowed but popcorn is not. To support the struggling movie theater, I selected Calpis Water today. The taste was very ordinary. It cost 300 yen for a small size. It was a good way to replenish the tears lost from crying during the movie. Thank you for the meal!"

I visited Toho Cinemas Roppongi on a holiday evening, a 10-minute walk from Roppongi Station on the Oedo Line and Hibiya Line. It was quite crowded, with a line forming around 5:30 pm that was hard to get through. The staff were working hard to keep up with the influx of customers, and even a manager was seen helping out. There were multiple cash registers, with more for card payments (credit card or IC card). I ordered the "Just a Little Chicken" for 370 yen including tax. The name is quite catchy, and the chicken comes in a small box, like a cross between fried chicken and chicken nuggets. It was served warm, and they even provided a plastic fork and wet tissue for convenience. There is also a menu item called "Shake Shake Potato" for the same price. I saw a couple in front of me order popcorn, Just a Little Chicken, and a drink, so I decided to try the chicken as well. It's a perfect size for a small snack when you're a little hungry. The cinema was filled with people buying popcorn, but I was satisfied with Just a Little Chicken. The box has a cute design with a pop of red and white, giving off a leisurely movie theater vibe. It was a delightful meal!

"Bad Boys for Life" companioned with a new creation from Johnsonville's hot dog lineup!? The "Napodog" features Napoli sauce and cheese sauce riding on top of the "dog" ♥️ The naming is just spot on (lol). With a vibe similar to a Western-style yakisoba bread, boys might love it ♥️ Surprisingly tasty and enjoyable ♥️

I went to Roppongi Hills on a sunny day. Of course, my purpose was to watch a movie at TOHO Cinemas. Yes! Finally, the latest Star Wars final chapter "The Rise of Skywalker" was released on December 20th. I bought the familiar Cinema Ike popcorn at TOHO Cinemas in Roppongi Hills and enjoyed the movie. This popcorn is so addictive that once you try it, you can't go back to regular popcorn. By the way, the movie had unexpected twists and turns, and I ended up crying a lot. Everyone, go watch it soon!

May 2019 revisit. On this day, I attended a screening event with a stage greeting for the movie "Aircraft Carrier Ibuki." I had been looking forward to the release since seeing the trailer, and I was lucky to win tickets with a stage greeting. I arrived with a Coca-Cola Zero (size S) that I got on this day for 300 yen including tax. The movie had many highlights, and I was impressed by the human drama of the characters. After the screening, the lead actors, Hideaki Ito, Kuranosuke Sasaki, Mai Fukagawa, and director Setsuro Wakamatsu, appeared on stage. The banter with the host, Shino Matsuno, was funny. We were allowed to film for only 30 seconds as a surprise, but I was disappointed by the poor quality of the photos taken with my phone.

"Johnsonville Hot Dog Ketchup & Mustard" ♥️(≧∀≦)ノ A heartfelt road movie about an elderly man who can only live an honest but clumsy life. Despite that, the theme of family love really resonated. Clint Eastwood was fantastic, and the star-studded supporting cast including Bradley Cooper, Andy Garcia, and Laurence Fishburne added a lot of charm to the film.
