I have been using Sushi Tetsu at Tokyo Station Daimaru for a long time. Nowadays, there are more affordable sushi restaurants around Tokyo Station, but for me, Sushi Tetsu is the go-to sushi restaurant near the station. I have visited the main store, about a 5-minute walk from the station, but this time I visited the "Honkan" for the first time. The counter has about 6 seats and feels cozy. There are private rooms on the second floor. Both the appetizers and sushi at Sushi Tetsu are of higher quality compared to their other stores, and the prices are accordingly higher. The chef's service was friendly and attentive, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. In addition to Kikumasamune sake, there are several other variations available to enjoy.

I made a reservation for a private room and enjoyed delicious sushi in a relaxed atmosphere. We discussed our hunger levels with the staff and tried recommended sashimi, small dishes, and seasonal tempura. We left the drink choices to the staff and everything was delicious. The conversation flowed smoothly and I definitely want to visit again.

I used it for a lunch meeting. We were able to talk leisurely in a private room on the 2nd floor, and we were also politely escorted to the entrance on our way out. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
