Popular hormone yakiniku restaurant in Nakameguro. I went on a Friday night and was able to get a table even with a same-day reservation. [Ordered items]: Pickled kimchi for 600 yen, Salt-grilled fresh tongue for 980 yen, Fresh liver steak for 1,408 yen, Today's special hormone platter for 1,580 yen. The pickled kimchi was crunchy and incredibly delicious, highly recommended. The thickness of the liver was impressive! Cheers with a mega highball! Everything was delicious without any misses, and it seemed like people didn't stay long, so the turnover was quick.

After a long time, I went to a yakiniku restaurant ★ It's a 4-over kind of place, haha. It's located in Naka-Meguro, about 5 minutes from Naka-Meguro Station. They have a lot of raw meat (meat sashimi) menu options! (Wow!) The tongue sashimi melts in your mouth, creating a sense of unity with your tongue. It's amazing! I tried the raw tripe for the first time, and it's served in spicy miso which goes really well with alcohol. The tripe is incredibly tender! The limited quantity liver is unusually large... It's so tender and incredibly delicious! I recommend calling ahead to make a reservation and hold your order. For grilling, you can choose between thinly sliced and thickly sliced raw tongue with salt. This time, I chose thinly sliced and it was amazing! Everything is delicious and affordable, so I will definitely be going back! Everyone should definitely give it a try!

I always pass by this place but didn't know about it... What a shame. The shop in Suidobashi was on my radar, but I didn't realize this one. It's close to the station, but it was scorching hot when I visited. I immediately toasted with a beer upon arrival. And the lineup of raw meat is irresistible for raw meat lovers! Liver requires a reservation, so I made sure to secure it when making the reservation. Choosing from options like heart sashimi, tongue sashimi, and harami sashimi was a bit of a challenge. The seating time was 120 minutes, I think, and towards the end, we had to hurry up as the next group was waiting. But it's understandable for a popular spot. I will definitely come back!

I made a reservation for both a seat and liver because I came here for the liver. The liver, raw tongue, kalbi, harami, maruchou, pork belly, loin, and cold noodles were all delicious!!! On a regular night, I visited a restaurant located on the second floor of a building in the Meguro shopping district, based on the recommendations I follow. I had made a reservation over the phone in advance, so I was smoothly guided to a two-person table at the back of the restaurant. We enjoyed thickly sliced premium beef tongue, Geta Kalbi, fresh liver yakitori, premium hormone, Marucho (beef intestines), beef tongue sashimi, wagyu heart sashimi, wagyu heart tartare, pickled kimchi, napa cabbage kimchi, sliced cucumber with wasabi dressing, and stone-grilled bibimbap. We started with draft beer and then moved on to a bottle of black bean makgeolli, followed by a bottle of freshly squeezed makgeolli, which was deliciously dry. The beef tongue was thickly sliced and tender, the liver was excellent, and the sashimi-style dishes, especially the beef tongue, were delicious. The premium hormone was seasoned with salt and had a great flavor. We ordered quite a bit, but it felt reasonably priced. I wanted to try the "Yamimori" (assorted offal) as well, but due to the amount we had already eaten, we decided to save it for next time. It was a satisfying meal.

The prices are not cheap, but reasonable for the portion size. Overall, all the dishes were delicious. Personally, I recommend the "Fresh Liver Yakiniku" for 1,408 yen. It is a beautifully cut liver that is grilled and has a great texture. The "Premium Tongue" for 2,838 yen was also delicious, tender and flavorful. Adding green onions is a good idea. The "Dark Mix" for 2,618 yen is a mix of various hormone cuts, both in volume and taste. Adding the "Hell" spicy sauce creates a delicious spicy hormone dish. For those who like spicy food, it is a must-try! With a good amount of drinks and food, it won't cost more than 10,000 yen per person, usually around 6,000 to 7,000 yen. I made a reservation over the phone and visited on Saturday. Last time I sat at a table in the back, but this time I sat at the counter right by the entrance. The male staff members were working diligently right in front of me. I wonder if they are all older gentlemen. I love horumon and kuroge wagyu beef ever since I tried them at the Suidobashi branch. The quality of the meat is great and the prices are reasonable. Even though I used to think I didn't like horumon, I was impressed by how delicious it was here. In particular, the maruchou was huge and melted in my mouth. The liver was also visually appealing and tasty. They lightly grill it, which I like. The pickled kimchi is like a salad, fresh and goes well with the meat. The harami and tan were all delicious too. They don't provide sauce, but that's okay because the flavor is perfect. I love the amount of rice they serve, just like last time when I was impressed. I definitely want to come back for the amazing horumon.

It is on the right hand side. Visited for the first time with a friend. This place is known for its thick liver, which is very popular and tends to sell out quickly if not reserved in advance. However, neither my friend nor I were interested in liver so we did not order it. We started with a toast with beer. Since it is a traditional yakiniku restaurant, we ordered the cuts of meat we wanted: premium tongue, premium harami, and premium loin. With these orders, we were both satisfied and full. We also ordered pickles and kimchi, which were deliciously seasoned. Although this place is known for its tasty horumon (offal), we stuck to ordering lean cuts and they were all delicious. We switched from beer to sake and had about 3 servings each, enjoying a nice buzz. It had been a while since we visited a traditional yakiniku restaurant like this, but it was a good experience!

I haven't been able to eat liver sashimi for a long time, but in the last week before that, I had it multiple times at a yakiniku restaurant in Asakusabashi, which was featured on two TV stations. They provide separate chopsticks for grilling, and on this day, I also tried the harami sashimi, which is often sold out. They offer various sashimi options like heart sashimi, allowing you to enjoy a variety of raw meats! Although the regular harami was sold out that day, I ordered the premium one, but the regular harami is also delicious, so I always order it. Despite being known for their offal, they also serve fatty cuts like beef tongue platter, tomosankaku, and kalbi, which are all very tasty. Overall, the liver and raw meat selection is fantastic, and it's a yakiniku restaurant with great value for money. They maintain two full rotations of customers on Sunday evenings from 6:30 to around 8:30. The counter seats are spacious and bright, with a clean and beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommended!
