I had the Lunch Beefsteak 170g for the first time at this restaurant. Hmm, it feels like I've seen this somewhere before. It turns out this is a sister store of the steakhouse I often visit. The prices here are relatively affordable for steak. The staff, all female, were energetic and made the dining experience enjoyable. The rice and seasoned rice today were very good.

I chose this restaurant for today's lunch because I have known it for a while. They serve cheap and delicious meat. I had a 150g cube steak for 1350 yen. It comes with free rice and soup refills at this price. Cube steak is usually expensive, so it's nice to be able to eat it at a reasonable price. I will definitely visit again when I crave it!

I had a reasonably priced top sirloin steak, which was surprisingly tender and easy to swallow without much chewing. It was quite delicious. Even though I wanted to order more meat, I decided to just get a rice refill instead. I ordered a 300g steak and a beer for less than 2000 yen, making it a good value for money.

Around the third day of November in the third year of Reiwa... for some reason, after going to Texas in Tanashi the other day, I felt like eating steak again and ended up visiting Steak Tei in Musashimurayama. Yeehaw! So, this time, I decided to go with the 1-pound option and ordered the lamp steak. Of course, I also had a beer. Wow... the 1-pound steak on a plate is really impressive. I couldn't ask for more meat this time. Even a small eater like me is getting full in this season of abundance. Shut up! (lol)

I visited this restaurant because it is always crowded on weekends and I was curious. I went on a weekday after 1 pm and there were 5 customers already. The spacious interior still had the atmosphere of a steakhouse. Since I was dining alone, I was seated at the counter. I wanted to try the steak, so I ordered the daily lunch special for 990 yen (you can choose between steak and hamburger). The meal came with free refills of soup and rice, which felt like a good deal. The food was served in about 5 minutes - two small steaks and four pieces of fried chicken. The steak was a bit tough, but when I added butter and savored it, it had a delicious meaty taste. The fried chicken looked like frozen food, but it was surprisingly tasty. It suddenly dawned on me that it was a daily lunch special to narrow down the menu. When I asked what the special was for the day, it turned out to be "Mixed Fry & Steak or Hamburger." I should have quickly changed my mind and ordered the Big Steak or Top Steak, but feeling lazy, I ended up saying, "Okay, I'll have that." I thought that for nearly a thousand yen for a daily special, it must be something decent, but what was served was disappointing. The plate had shredded cabbage topped with tasteless white fish fry and shrimp fry in a messy manner. I had a bad feeling about the taste even before eating, and unfortunately, it turned out just as expected. My companion made a valid point by saying, "You come to a steak restaurant and order fried food." They gave me a piece of Beefsteak (170g) (¥1,023), which was decent for the price. Overall, I don't dislike the restaurant, but I cannot recommend the daily special lunch. If they continue serving such mediocre dishes for 990 yen, despite their efforts with steaks, the restaurant's reputation might suffer. #They should stop serving such mediocre lunches and focus on steaks and hamburgers only.

At around the seventh day of the third year of Reiwa, I went to Steak Tei in Musashimurayama and ordered a 250g sirloin steak. It was quickly prepared and delicious. I really like sirloin because it's a perfect match for carnivores like me. I also ordered an additional 170g of lamb, which was also tasty. In total, I ate 420g of meat. The rice was also delicious.

At around February 20th in the third year of Reiwa, I unexpectedly ended up having steak twice in a row at a nearby steakhouse. This time, I ordered a 400g portion of the tenderloin, which was from a restaurant affiliated with Tanashi Texas. The steak arrived quickly and was overflowing from the plate. It was easier to cut than the chuck eye roll from Tanashi and tasted delicious. However, the rice was not that great, so I deducted 0.3 points for that. Despite that, I ended up getting a refill. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

I decided to try the "Hamburg with Natto Sauce" dish that I learned from Mairebi-sama, so I headed to the Sherlock Holmes Tachikawa store that day. However, on the way there, I was distracted by a life-sized Spider-Man figure standing on the roof of a restaurant. It seemed to be a steak restaurant offering all-you-can-eat dinner at a reasonable price. I hesitated, but thought it might be fate. I intentionally fell into Spider-Man's trap and entered the restaurant. The menu was busy and confusing, so I ordered the most basic plate (1100 yen) which included a 85g steak and a 150g hamburger. Soup and water were self-service, and you could have unlimited refills of soup and rice, which was convenient for hungry young people. The sizzling hot plate arrived without much wait. I wondered which part of the meat it was. I tried it with salt first, and then with steak sauce. It was okay, not great, not terrible. It was more like a regular steak rather than a gourmet one. The interesting thing about this place is that there is a table tennis area next to it for some reason. You can play for free for 30 minutes before and after your meal.

In Tachikawa City and surrounding areas like Musashimurayama City, you can see many steak restaurants along the main roads. These are not famous chains like Ikinari Steak, but small individual shops that seem to be increasing. I decided to try one of these steak restaurants for lunch without any prior information, based solely on the fact that the parking lot was full. I ordered the Big Steak 240g, which came with unlimited rice and soup. The steak was cooked medium rare with garlic butter on top, and it was served with corn as a side. The soup was a tasty Chinese-style soup with sliced onions. After finishing half of the steak, I tried the Yukari rice which was a refreshing contrast to the rich flavors of the steak. Overall, the lunch was satisfying although I wished there were more vegetables included.

Ordered a 240-gram big steak, while my companion had the filet steak. The steak was juicy, tender, and had a good amount of bounce, providing a satisfying meaty texture. It was a bit on the greasy side. Unlike the photos in the menu and other reviews showing a whole steak, ours was served in sliced pieces. I will ask if they can provide a whole steak next time. Rice, soup, and miso soup are all-you-can-eat, which is great. They provide grated garlic, steak sauce, mustard, pepper, and salt on the table for flavor customization. Good value for money. The staff's service was excellent.

That's all!

The previous visit was for lunch, but this time it's dinner time. I wanted to eat a lot of meat, so I tried the 1-pound steak (¥1,850 excluding tax). It had a overwhelming presence that even overflowed from the plate, truly living up to its "1 pound" (450g) name, but I couldn't really feel that "umami unique to meat". I had a piece of the Wagyu steak (200g for ¥3,250) that my companion ordered, and it was really delicious, juicy with a sweet taste of fat. Well, it's Wagyu after all. The price per unit weight is more than 4 times higher. But if I'm going to spend over 3,000 yen, I might feel like going to a different restaurant.

Yesterday, my husband and I went to a restaurant called "Steak Tei" with our dog, Luna. We were hungry after the gym and looking forward to a hearty meal, so we were planning on having steak. However, when we looked at the menu, we noticed they had "beef cutlet" as well. I hadn't had beef cutlet in a while, so I decided to order the ¥1000 beef cutlet. My husband opted for a dish that included both beef cutlet and steak. This place also serves wine, so I ordered a glass of red wine. Luna had a soft drink called "Nacchan Orange" (I think that was the name). When you order a main dish, they also give you soup and rice, and you can have as many refills as you want. There were two types of soup available: miso soup and consomme soup. It would have been nice to have corn soup as well, but since it was a free service, I couldn't complain. The rice they served was white rice, but they also had a variety of other rice options like multigrain rice with red beans and sesame seeds, which was delicious. The beef cutlet was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a decent thickness and very juicy. It went well with the red wine. When you wanted to refresh your palate, you could eat the shredded cabbage on the side. The beef cutlet came with three different sauces: wasabi-based paste, mayonnaise-based paste, and salt. It was enjoyable to try different flavors with each bite, so I didn't get tired of eating it. I usually find fried food a bit heavy, but the beef cutlet here had a light and crispy coating, making it easy to eat. It was so delicious that I want to come back next time to try their steak.

A few years ago, I didn't have much of an impression when I visited, but the quality of the meat this time was good, with a good balance of lean and fat. I ended up going twice. I recommend it.

At around the 14th day of Shimo in the third year of Reiwa, I found myself caught up in the hustle and bustle of my youth due to household chores. After finishing some work, it was time for lunch, so I decided to visit my usual favorite restaurant, Steak Tei-chan. The manager and I have become quite familiar with each other by now. This time, I opted for quality over quantity and ordered a 250g rib roast, which was on the pricier side of the menu. Wow, expensive meat really is delicious! Even though it was 250g, it looked quite substantial. Unfortunately, I forgot my camera (smartphone) at home in the midst of running errands.

The restaurant is spacious. I had the shoulder loin for my meal. The flavor of the meat was lacking. 15 reviews, average rating of 3.14.

Anyway, the cost performance is amazing! It's full of volume, and I was surprised that you can have unlimited refills of soup and rice. If I feel like eating steak again, I definitely want to go back. Next time, I want to try the hamburger!
