Medicinal hot pot restaurant. Visited with friends for a girls' night out on the weekend. My friend reserved the 3-hour all-you-can-drink basic course for 6,500 yen. Located a 5-minute walk from Shinbashi Station on the 5th floor of a building. The entire floor was used for the restaurant, so it was very spacious! It was a beautiful restaurant that women would love. The course included pre-meal soup, appetizers, collagen jelly, steamed chicken with cucumbers, medicinal two-color soup, 8 types of mushrooms, 8 types of domestic leafy vegetables, shabu-shabu meat (pork, beef), curly noodles, and dessert. I was surprised by the amount of vegetables! They were fresh and abundant. There were two types of hot pot: a detox fermented hot pot with a bit of spiciness and a rejuvenating hot pot with collagen. All the guests were women, which was surprising. We were instructed to start with mushrooms, then vegetables, meat, and finish with noodles. The vegetables included lettuce, Chinese cabbage, sweet potatoes, Chinese yam, zucchini, and pumpkin. We couldn't finish all the vegetables despite our efforts. We chatted about which soup we preferred while enjoying the meal, and time flew by. The all-you-can-drink menu included various medicinal liquors, such as medicinal sparkling wine and pomegranate liquor with soda. I'm not a fan of sweet drinks, so I ended with a soda mix of Baijiu, which had a strong herbal scent. We then moved on to shabu-shabu meat, being careful not to remove the scum that formed. The curly noodles at the end were delicious and chewy. I initially thought the 3-hour all-you-can-drink option was too long, but time passed quickly. However, the hot pot filled us up, so we didn't drink much alcohol in the end. We finished with a variety of teas to share, and I felt refreshed. It's important to have meals like this from time to time. While the vegetable selection may decrease, the lunch menu is apparently a good deal, so I might try that next time!
