Arrived a little past 12 PM on Saturday. Initially thought I wouldn't have to wait much in this position, but ended up waiting outside for about 40 minutes due to later arriving reservations and take-out customers. Finally got my turn, placed my order, paid, and was seated. I expressed my desire to eat a uni and ikura bowl, and was recommended the "Luxurious Seared Miko Bowl" which includes uni and ikura. Ordered it, paid, and sat at the counter in front of the kitchen. The first floor of the restaurant had 3 counter seats and 2 seats at a small round counter table, quite cramped. Watched the master quietly and meticulously prepare the bowl in front of me. He was quiet but kind when I asked a few questions. After a while, the bowl arrived, accompanied by miso soup made with the heads of sweet shrimp, which turned out to be unexpectedly delicious. The bowl contained uni, ikura, chutoro, pickled mackerel, seared salmon, tuna, and more. The uni, ikura, and chutoro were fresh and very tasty. The seared fish had a nice touch with one side seared, and the vinegared rice was just right, not too strong. I was satisfied and enjoyed my meal. However, the bowl was small, comparable to a large-sized teacup for men. I was relieved that I could finish it, but those with bigger appetites might want to order more.
