On this day, we went to see Alegria as part of my mother's birthday plan, and afterwards, we visited here. I had been interested in this place for over a year since I found it on meets, and finally got the chance to go! We went with the omakase course, which included a cold tomato and cucumber soup, boiled watercress, squid, sea bass, belt fish (lightly seared), marinated tuna, grilled mackerel with green chili pepper, grilled barracuda, fatty tuna with foam soy sauce, sweet shrimp, and scallop. I may have made a mistake in remembering some of the dishes, so I apologize if that's the case. For drinks, my mother had a bottle of Asahi beer and two plum wine sodas, while I had a plum wine soda, Gohyakumangoku sake, and Koigawa sake. We let the chef choose the sake based on our preferences, starting with a dry sake upon request and then asking for a recommendation for the second one, to which the chef replied, "They're all recommended." However, when we asked for a specific recommendation, he happily accommodated our request. Despite the popularity of the restaurant, the chef had a good demeanor and maintained a comfortable distance, making our experience very pleasant. We continued to order additional dishes, including live eel, sea urchin, octopus, grilled belt fish, and scallions, and both of us were extremely satisfied with the sushi. While price isn't the most important factor, the cost was reasonable at less than 10,000 yen per person, making it a great value. We would love to visit again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
