I use various stores in the Kanto region, but this store is the one I use the most. The layout is medium-sized, not very big, but the location is good. You don't have to wait like at stores near Shibuya or other major stations, and it's easy to make reservations even at the last minute. I ordered the second from the bottom out of the 4 types, the "Beef Shabu Course" with all-you-can-drink. With one beer costing 605 yen, it's a good deal to get the all-you-can-drink option if you plan to drink at least 3 beers. The meat slices may seem thin and unsatisfying, but since it's all-you-can-eat, you can just ask for more. However, maybe they could cut the slices a bit thicker so you don't have to keep asking for refills. The staff's quick response is commendable. If you ask for a refill, it comes right away. The side dishes are delicious, especially the cucumber with mentaiko mayo. I love the tofu milk soup. It's rich and creamy, absolutely delicious. I know I'm repeating myself, but the service may be straightforward, but it's quick. Just with this alone, I'm already full. Thank you very much.

I felt like eating shabu-shabu, so I decided to go to Onyasai after a long time. The restaurant was small and the staff seemed to be very busy... but I managed to eat my fill within the time limit and left satisfied. However, it was disappointing that some dishes like quail eggs were sold out.

All-you-can-eat is dangerous, we ended up eating so much! We had 39 dishes between the two of us, but it was worth it. I thought my stomach would burst, but everything was delicious, especially the marbled beef and pork shabu-shabu. The marbled beef was so tender and fatty, it melted in my mouth. The two broths we ordered, one with plenty of collagen and yuzu base, and the other spicy one, were a perfect balance. The dishes arrived quickly after ordering, and the staff were very polite and explained everything well.

I enjoyed a limited-time Stamina Lamb Shabu-Shabu featuring lamb meat from June 25th. I visited the Roppongi branch. As always, I think the variety and quality of the all-you-can-eat menu here are quite high considering the price, making it very cost-effective. This time, I went with a group of lamb meat lovers for a girls' night out. The lamb is shabu-shabu'd in a special broth and then eaten with a special Stamina sweet and savory sauce. It's a true Stamina Lamb Shabu-Shabu experience, and the sauce is sweet and goes well with rice. After finishing the meal, I had egg over rice, which was also delicious. The warm vegetables are incredibly tasty, especially the freshly picked lettuce and sweet carrots that I always enjoy. They have a unique sweetness compared to other vegetables. The shiitake mushrooms are also very thick and delicious. Since it's a limited-time offer, I can't wait to go back and eat it again soon.

I wasn't expecting much since it's a chain restaurant and the price range is a bit ambiguous, but the quality of the meat was quite good and tasty. Two of us visited for the limited-time truffle-scented miso sukiyaki and fluffy, tender shabu-shabu. The blend of four miso flavors in the rich and sweet sauce was very appetizing. The mushrooms paired perfectly with it as well. We ordered the course with black wagyu beef for 3980 yen. The beef melted in the miso sauce and was absolutely delicious. The beef used here is from a rare cut called boneless short rib, which can only be obtained from 1 out of 2.4 kilograms of a cow. It was thinly sliced, similar to upper ribs. The miso sauce was so rich that we changed the flavor midway with grated yam sauce, which became mellow and made us crave more meat. We poured the miso sauce over rice with raw egg, creating a delicious egg rice dish that could easily be a lunch menu on its own. The meat-flavored soup was also excellent. The vegetables were consistently delicious. For dessert, we had kishimen noodles, which paired well with the miso sauce. We could choose two types of hot pot, and we chose the collagen-based "shirokuma" pot. Watching the cute white bear melt into the pot was a fun experience for us girls.

Late night on Sundays in Roppongi, not many places are open, but I tried the first time at Ootoya for all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink. It's cheap and surprisingly delicious. It was located a little off the main street in Roppongi! I really like the sukiyaki broth and often order it! It's great that raw eggs are included in the all-you-can-eat menu! I tried the motsu (offal) as an ingredient and it was not tough and delicious! So next time, I want to try the motsu nabe (offal hot pot) too!
