I was seated at the counter and the chef explained everything to me very politely. The performance with the live lobster was enjoyable. It was very delicious as it had been in the tank just before. They even celebrated my birthday, which was happening a lot that day. They also have private rooms, so if you want to relax, be sure to make a reservation.

I went during lunchtime and the atmosphere was quiet and elegant. I learned a lot about the different textures of raw shrimp and the criteria for A5 grade Japanese beef. Even though they don't talk much to quiet customers, they entertained curious customers like me. They timed the fire performance perfectly, so not only was the meal satisfying but the performance as well! The taste was incredibly delicious!!!

I used it for a friend's birthday party. The staff's service was polite, and I was very satisfied. All the dishes were delicious. It is convenient as it is right by the station. Roppongi station is nearby, on the opposite side of Hills. It's rare to see this type of shop on the street level. So, I decided to use it for a surprise on a special occasion. I wonder if it's mostly used for dates or business entertainment. That's why I decided to visit again after six months. Here's what we had: - Appetizer: Conger eel jelly with flying fish roe and wasabi flavor - Grilled appetizer: Caprese with gold balsamic vinegar, fresh gluten (millet and mugwort), and teriyaki miso - Pan-fried seasonal fish: Pan-fried sea bream with crab saffron sauce - Caesar salad with freshly ground pepper - Teppanyaki style live lobster - A5 Sendai beef sirloin steak - Garlic rice, soup, and pickles - Dessert with a special presentation for the anniversary We had a great time enjoying Roppongi at night. I heard a rumor that ORCA, a teppanyaki restaurant I have visited a few times in Ginza, has opened a new branch in Roppongi, so I went there right away. The new restaurant is located in a great spot, with a street-level entrance close to the nearest exit staircase. The entrance is glass-fronted with lots of congratulatory flowers. Upon opening the heavy door, you will find a counter facing the teppanyaki grill extending towards the back. There is a mysterious blue tank with several giant lobsters swimming inside! The use of indirect lighting creates a lovely atmosphere. I was seated at the counter in the middle. It seems there are several private rooms towards the back. On this day, I opted for the ORCA course, which allows you to enjoy the lobster. It started with two appetizers, followed by red snapper, salad, and then the main dish of lobster. The live cooking from the tank was as impressive as always. Afterwards, there was wagyu steak, garlic rice, soup, and finally, dessert. The course had a good balance, although it was slightly too much food. The selection of wines and sparkling wines was also impressive. Overall, I once again enjoyed delicious teppanyaki on this day. The other day, I splurged on my partner's birthday celebration and visited this restaurant for the first time. The food was delicious, the performance entertained the guests, and the staff were friendly, making it a great time. I would love to visit again! 🎉
