I have been going to this favorite restaurant regularly since I was taken there two years ago. Whenever I come here, I always order the white liver sashimi! I used to dislike liver, but after trying liver sashimi, it became one of my favorite foods! I still don't like cooked or stewed liver... When it comes to yakitori, I prefer it rare (lol). The first bite of the white liver sashimi has a crunchy texture, and the rest is tender and meaty, which I really love. I feel a bit low on energy if I don't eat this regularly (I know it sounds exaggerated, but it's true). They serve it with both soy sauce and sesame oil, and I tried both, but I prefer sesame oil. If I'm alone, I am almost satisfied with just the white liver sashimi and a set of 7 yakitori skewers. The 7 skewers were quite filling because each one had a decent portion (◎_◎). Usually, I avoid ordering mixed platters because they often come with vegetables, but here it's all meat, so I couldn't resist ordering it (lol). Everything was delicious, but I was particularly surprised by the chicken wings. The bones were removed, so you can eat them easily! The beef skirt had a strong charcoal flavor, just like at a yakiniku restaurant (◍•ᴗ•◍). I felt like I could eat a little more, so I ordered the potato salad for the first time. It was a visually appealing type with a whole soft-boiled egg on top! It had a mustardy, spicy adult-like flavor that would be perfect as a snack. I prefer the classic mayonnaise-based potato salad, so this was not exactly to my taste, but I appreciated the attention to detail. There are many interesting dishes on the menu, so I never get tired of coming back! They also have a wide selection of sweet and easy-to-drink alcoholic beverages. However, the space is quite small, so some people may find the seating uncomfortable... I've been curious about their beef tendon curry here, but I haven't had the chance to try it yet, so I'll go for lunch one day and check it out☆
