This is a restaurant that I have visited many times. It is a Chinese restaurant located on the 3rd floor of Hotel Premier TSUBAKI, next to Toyohirabashi along Route 36. The Chinese cuisine here is tailored to Japanese tastes, but I love authentic Chinese cuisine. This place is especially amazing! Each dish is carefully prepared, making it a luxurious dining experience. The staff's service is also top-notch, and I confidently recommend it to anyone. Please visit this place at least once.

We visited with my husband and daughter for dinner on the first day of our summer vacation in Hokkaido! The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel where we stayed, 【Premier Hotel Tsubaki Sapporo】, and is a famous restaurant that has been featured in the Michelin Guide. We made a reservation at the front desk for 19:00, and entered right on time. There was live piano music scheduled from 19:30, so the timing was perfect. We ordered a variety of drinks and dishes to share, such as Sapporo Classic draft beer, white wine, ginger ale, Chitose chicken with scallion salt sauce, shrimp fried rice, and shark fin with thick soup and noodles. The food was delicious and satisfying. For dessert, we had sesame dumplings and tapioca coconut milk. The staff were very elegant and the atmosphere of the restaurant was soothing, especially with the piano music playing softly in the background. It was a delightful experience that helped us relax after a tiring day in the summer heat. We look forward to returning and trying the course menu next time. Thank you for a wonderful time. We had a luxurious lunch♡ We chose the 3000 yen course, and everything we ate was delicious and something that couldn't be made at home♡ The black vinegar sauce was amazing... The crab omelette had a huge portion, I gave up after eating 2/3 of it. The portion is satisfying even for men!

I have tried xiaolongbao and gyoza at various restaurants, but this place is definitely the best! The overflowing soup from inside is amazing! The pan-fried gyoza has slightly thick skin that is chewy, and the soup overflows just like with the xiaolongbao. This is the first time I have truly thought that the gyoza at a restaurant is delicious! I visited for lunch this time, and the portion was surprisingly generous for a hotel restaurant! Next time, I will bring my parents for dinner.

I visited the Premium Hotel Tsubaki and tried their Peking Duck course. The restaurant is quiet and perfect for enjoying the course at a leisurely pace. The dishes, both in the course and a la carte, were all delicious. I was very satisfied once again! Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The restaurant was very stylish, and the food was excellent. I had the collaboration lunch this time, and the salmon with black vinegar was particularly delicious. The black fried rice topped with salmon flakes and salmon roe was also very tasty. The black sesame pudding with strawberries for dessert was delicious as well. It was a satisfying lunch.

Lamada Renaissance? Lamada Hotel?? Huh? Premier Hotel???? Lately, hotel names have been changing so frequently that I can't keep up with them (;'∀') But I really like this place, it's delicious. It's a bit pricey, but hey, it's a hotel so it's expected. When you don't have money, just don't eat, right? So... I finally saved up enough for my 100 yen savings and decided to come here after a long time. The hotel parking lot is so bland, isn't it? Why is it so dull and concrete-like? Is it trying to create a contrast with the elegant interior of the hotel? Stepping on the soft floor after getting off the elevator and being guided to my table with a formal greeting, I sit down as the chair is pulled out for me. The menu is handed to me. I always used to order the "Dim Sum and Tsuyu Soba Set (3000 yen, tax included)", and I decide to order the same this time as well ( ´,_ゝ`)プッ For the Dim Sum, I choose the "Xiaolongbao". And for the main dish, I go with the "Five-Ingredient Ankake Tsuyu Soba (Yakisoba)". I've ordered other dishes before like the steamed shrimp dumplings and the hot and sour soup noodles, but that was it... The "appetizer" arrives. Half a shrimp with cucumber on top of lettuce, all on a slice of lemon. Is it a salad? Nope, it's shredded potatoes on top of it all. The mild sesame dressing complements each component well, making it a dish that leaves you wanting more. It's great, isn't it? ♪ The Xiaolongbao is served. It's always nice when they include shredded ginger on the side. Opening the lid reveals the Xiaolongbao along with steam. I'm not a big fan... but it's understandable, right? The Xiaolongbao served on paper, which will definitely tear and spill the soup into the steamer... (;'∀') So, I delicately hold the chopsticks in my right hand, hold the spoon in my left hand, pick up the head of the Xiaolongbao with the chopsticks and... snap. I sip the remaining soup and enjoy the Xiaolongbao... The skin is not too thick, but soft and chewy, and the flavorful filling overflows with deliciousness, especially when combined with the shredded ginger. The "Five-Ingredient Ankake Tsuyu Soba (Yakisoba)" is the main dish. The generous amount of ingredients and the brown sauce create an appetizing visual. I try to pick up some with my chopsticks... The large pieces of cabbage are crunchy, the squid is tender, the shrimp is juicy, the shiitake mushrooms are moist, and the combination of beef and pork provides a nice contrast in texture. The flavor of the sauce... I wonder if the chef has changed or if the direction has shifted, but it lacks depth... I try the noodles, which are medium-thick curly noodles, but... they're a bit too soft... I had a "Yakisoba Bento", a soul food from Hokkaido, yesterday after a long time, and it was delicious, right? The "Oshiruko" dessert has a Chinese twist, with a subtle sweetness and a coffee that has a restrained aroma and richness. And that was my lunch experience. Thank you for the meal.

Once again, it's lunch after a meeting, this time at a Chinese restaurant in the Tsubaki Hotel. They are currently having a hot pot fair, and I was drawn to the "Tokachi Wagyu Beef Hot and Sour Noodle Soup". It is a spicy noodle soup with Tokachi Wagyu beef and a mellow black vinegar broth with a hint of sourness. I made a mistake in my choice, as the flavor wasn't to my liking. I could only eat the ingredients. The dessert was some kind of red bean dish, but it also wasn't to my taste. Overall, the meal was not to my liking, but it doesn't mean there was anything wrong with the restaurant.

Yojiro Oizumi recommended this restaurant, and this was my second visit. The food was still delicious just like it was two years ago. We ordered Pu'er tea for 1200 yen, Five Spice Spring Rolls for 900 yen, Xiao Long Bao for 1200 yen, a quarter of Peking Duck for 5800 yen, Stir-Fried Scallops and Vegetables with XO Sauce for 3800 yen, Thai-style Green Curry Fried Rice for 1900 yen.

Well, I keep going back there without getting tired. I must really like it. Oh well. This time I tried the weekly lunch set. One main dish costs 2,600 yen including tax, and two dishes cost 3,000 yen including tax. Of course, I went for two dishes. I ordered the shrimp in chili sauce and Sichuan-style mapo tofu. For drinks, I had an iced coffee before the meal. The appetizers and dim sum were okay. Then came the soup, rice, and the shrimp in chili sauce. The shrimp in chili sauce was delicious. The texture of the shrimp and the spiciness of the chili sauce were perfect. I finished the rice with the shrimp in chili sauce. The mapo tofu was Sichuan-style, so it had a hint of Sichuan pepper. It was a bit different from what I expected. I'll try something else next time. The soup was hearty with lots of ingredients. I'm quite full now. There was also dessert. Thank you for the meal.

I had a 4000 yen lunch course. It was very generous and you could enjoy a variety of dim sum dishes. Recommended for those who like dim sum. The steamed shrimp dumplings were delicious. Also, it was nice that Chinese tea was included in the course. The staff were all wonderful.

Chinese cuisine, Beautiful Hana's menu and details, I will introduce them to you. It's very convenient for gatherings with a large number of people. On this day, there were 12 people, a family gathering, so we enjoyed our meal in a spacious private room. There were 6 children on this day, so it was a rare find for such occasions. It was my first time trying a course meal at this Chinese restaurant where dishes are served on large plates for sharing among a large group of people. The atmosphere inside was calm and we were guided to a semi-private room as we had made a reservation. The dishes were all beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Since it was Cantonese cuisine, the dishes were not spicy and had minimal oil, making it enjoyable for everyone. The quality of the ingredients was excellent and each dish was satisfying. The staff was attentive and created a comfortable dining experience. The dessert options (hot and cold) may be pleasing for women. Overall, it was a very delicious Chinese course meal experience.

I made a reservation for 2 at a restaurant that my wife and I both like, and we visited at 12 o'clock. There were no other customers at first, but more people started coming in later. We were seated and the experienced staff provided excellent service, making us feel at ease. We ordered the Five-Ingredient Ankake Tsuyu Soba Set with 4 xiaolongbao (3000 yen) and the Hot Pot Set with Taiwan Ramen and 1 xiaolongbao (3000 yen). - Appetizers: All 3 were quite delicious, with no disappointments. They would make good accompaniments for drinks. I particularly liked the pickled vegetables with a hint of Sichuan peppercorn aroma. - Five-Ingredient Ankake Tsuyu Soba: The presentation was impressive with large ingredients. The taste was standard, with the soup looking rich but actually quite normal. The seafood was delicious, but the pork and beef could have used more seasoning. The noodles were standard but tasty for Chinese cuisine. - Taiwan Ramen: The bowl was large and looked spicy. The soup lacked an initial impact but gradually became delicious as the spiciness kicked in and mixed with the minced meat and leeks. It was not extremely spicy but very tasty. - Xiaolongbao: The soup inside was warm, not hot. The skin was chewy and tasty, but I would have preferred it to be piping hot. The taste of the soup was good, and the mild black vinegar was a pleasant surprise. - Dessert: A refined sweetness made from carefully selected ingredients, more like Chinese cuisine dessert than typical Japanese dessert. It may not appeal to everyone's taste. - Drink: I ordered Oolong tea, which was strong and delicious. Overall, considering the atmosphere and service of the restaurant, the prices are reasonable. The spicy dishes were particularly delicious. I would like to try more spicy dishes next time. The Taiwan Ramen had a unique taste compared to the ones in Nagoya, making me imagine it to be closer to the authentic flavor (laughs). It was absolutely delicious!

Due to the impact of the coronavirus, the warm pot fair that had been canceled has been revived from March and extended until the end of April, so I visited Birei Hana with three companions! We shared the main dishes while dining together. First, we had the appetizers, [Marinated Wood Ear Mushrooms and Chicken Salad]. The seasoning was strong and delicious. Next, [Xiaolongbao - Topped with Black Vinegar and Ginger], bursting with juicy flavor as you bite into it. It was served hot and comforting. And then... here it is! The main menu, [Shiretoko Chicken and Vegetables in a Creamy White Broth Soup with Noodles], as promised, was light and creamy! The noodles were perfect for the chicken broth, smooth and satisfying even after some time. Following that, another dish, [Birei Hana-style Taiwan Ramen], which I was looking forward to the most. I thought it might be spicy, but the flavor was rich and delicious, more than spicy. It's great for those who don't like spicy food! And the one I was most excited about was... [Birei Hana-style Miso Ramen with Simmered Char Siu]. A miso ramen made by a serious Chinese restaurant, let's try it! First, the soup... "Mmm! Rich soup, not heavy. I've never had such a deep miso soup before." And the noodles... "Oh! They're chewy and have a great texture. I've never had miso ramen like this before." It was the best miso ramen I've ever had in my life. Lastly, [Tokachi Wagyu Beef and Tofu Sanra Hot Pot], the sourness of black vinegar followed by a spicy kick! It was a taste that became addictive. For dessert, Almond Tofu with a nice texture and very satisfying to eat. The set menu was 3000 yen (including tax). It's no wonder Oizumi Yo and Tokui Yoshimi praised it on "Onigiri Atatamemasuka." I now understand the meaning. I gave it a perfect 5-point rating for the first time. It's available until the end of April, so be sure to try it out!

It seems like this place was featured on TV. We have a regular lunch gathering, but we always end up coming here. I want to try a new place I haven't been to before. I chose the new menu item, crab meat meatballs and seafood soup hot pot, from the "Warm Hot Pot Lunch Fair". I started with iced coffee before the meal. The appetizer was followed by soup dumplings and then the main hot pot. The ingredients were luxurious and the portion was generous. However, the flavors were bland and monotonous. It seems like they focus more on the ingredients. I finished with dessert and the course ended. Thank you for the meal. I realized that I still prefer bold-flavored Chinese cuisine.

I went to Hokkaido Shrine to pray again this year. For lunch, I came back to this place. I really like it here. Is it really that good here? If it's not a private room, maybe we don't need to come here. We were seated in the middle of the restaurant, with staff bustling around from the kitchen, making it feel a bit chaotic. I ordered the Taiwan Ramen set from the lunch menu. The meal included appetizers, xiaolongbao, hot pot (Taiwan Ramen style), dessert (maybe sesame pudding), and coffee or oolong tea (I chose iced coffee). It took quite a while for the food to be served, with the Taiwan Ramen being the last dish. The dipping noodles set was much quicker. The appetizer was average, the xiaolongbao was a bit tasty, and the hot pot was surprisingly good with just the right amount of spiciness. The minced pork was delicious, but the noodles seemed slightly overcooked. The garlic and chives added a nice touch. The sesame pudding was really good and my favorite of the day. The iced coffee was perfect for cooling down. Overall, the food was good, but the table location and price didn't match what I had reserved, which was a bit disappointing. If I were the organizer, I would find it difficult to choose this place for the next visit.

I made a reservation and visited. As expected, I like the shark fin in stew the best. The crab flavor was definitely present, it tasted like crab. Delicious--especially the steamed sea cucumber and abalone in white soup! It was chewy, fluffy, and packed with umami flavor! There were a few frustrating moments with the staff's service. Also, because it's a semi-private room, the voices of other customers can be heard, making it quite lively. I wish I could have eaten more slowly.

Located by the Toyohiragawa River, "Chinese Cuisine Bireika" at the "Premier Hotel TSUBAKI Sapporo" is a dining establishment that has been selected as one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog. The ambiance of the restaurant is that of a classic hotel Chinese dining, with many round tables and private rooms available, totaling over 80 seats. The service from the staff is attentive and reliable. We decided to order the lunch special, the "Famous Dim Sum and Tsuyu Soba Set" for a fixed price of 3,000 yen. The appetizer of steamed chicken with scallion sauce was served, making us crave a beer, but due to COVID restrictions, alcohol was not available. For the dim sum, we were able to choose one type each, so we ordered different varieties to share. The shrimp dumplings were filled with plump shrimp and delicious. The xiaolongbao had a strong soup flavor, and the skin was perfectly tasty. I chose the tantanmen noodles, which had a creamy sesame-based broth with complex flavors. It almost had a French cuisine-like quality, surpassing the level of high-end Chinese restaurants in Ebisu with a customer spending of 40,000 to 50,000 yen. My companion chose the mapo tofu rice bowl, which was not part of the set menu but was allowed. The dish had a refined spiciness from the Sichuan pepper and depth of flavor, showcasing excellent craftsmanship. For dessert, we shared the black sesame pudding and French toast, which was surprisingly delicious. The French toast was made with delicate egg mixture and perfectly cooked, creating a unique and enjoyable dish. We also received a complimentary steamed sweet dim sum with honey, resembling a steamed bun with intricate craftsmanship. The coffee was also delicious. The total bill came to a very reasonable 3,000 yen per person. Despite initially underestimating this hotel Chinese restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food. I look forward to returning to try a full course meal next time.
