Visited the restaurant for a reservation after 7 pm on a holiday. The place was fully booked, but luckily I had a reservation so I didn't have to wait. The menu had been updated since my last visit and the overall quality had improved, making the food even more delicious! Some items were slightly smaller now, but the thickness remained the same. The sauce also seemed to have changed, and it was definitely tastier than before. In a time when many places are making negative changes, it's so refreshing to see a restaurant like this improving. Even though the prices had gone up a bit, the improved taste and quality made it worth it. Despite being busy and always full, there was no need to wait for the food. The staff were all amazing and efficient. I already liked this place before, but now I love it even more!

This is my first visit. They are not open on weekdays, but it seems they are open from noon on Saturdays and Sundays. Located about a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku-sanchome Station. I was drawn to the sign outside that said they also welcome customers who only want katsu udon. The restaurant was about 30% full. There were counter seats and table seats, and since it was a bit smoky, I chose a counter seat near the entrance. Today, I ordered the Meat Katsu Udon for 1,290 yen. The menu seems to list prices excluding tax. It was brought to me in about 5 minutes. The katsu udon had kamaboko with "I ♡ katsu udon" written on it, along with green onions and a simple combination of katsu and meat. The broth was a clear Kansai-style broth, elegant and delicately flavored, bringing out the dashi. The udon was on the softer side, with a chewy texture. The flavor was elegant, but the richness from the katsu provided a good balance. It was delicious, but I wonder about the price. If I had known it was excluding tax, I would have just ordered a regular katsu udon. There wasn't that much meat either. Next time, I'll try the regular katsu udon. Thank you for the meal.

While exploring dinner options, my wife expressed interest in trying katsu udon when we passed by this restaurant. We had some yakiniku and finished with katsu udon topped with grated yam and egg. The sweet broth paired perfectly with the meat and udon. My wife was very pleased. Thank you for the delicious meal!

This was my second visit to a rare restaurant in Kanto where you can also enjoy katsu udon. They specialize in horumon (offal) for yakiniku, offering a variety of cuts including some I had never heard of before. It is recommended for those who want to enjoy different cuts. For those who enjoy sour drinks, there is a sufficient variety of options, including original sours. If you like citrus flavors, be sure to try them. The prices are not cheap, so it may not be the best choice for those looking for cost performance. Personally, I love katsu udon so I will definitely go back again.

The hormone (offal) is delicious! The price is not cheap but reasonable. The restaurant has booth seating which is comfortable. The appetizer is shredded cabbage with dressing, which was disappointing. The kimchi is fresh kimchi, but personally I prefer regular kimchi. I plan to try the motsunabe (offal hot pot) next time!

The couple decided to have a date night since their child was staying over at a friend's house. They met up after work around midnight and found the restaurant still quite busy. Even though it had been over a year since their last visit, the food was delicious, and they were satisfied. They enjoyed some private time together and had a fun night out. They returned home around 3 am, and the husband went to work at 8:30 am. He's a tough guy. Thank you for the meal!

I went to Ryuno Su, Shinjuku Sanchome store. I wanted to eat yakiniku after work, so I went there. It was almost full, but I was able to get a seat right away. Smoking was allowed outside for regular cigarettes, but electronic cigarettes were allowed inside. I'm sorry, but I only have photos of snacks like Shio Koji Tomato. The yakiniku and TKG (tamago kake gohan) were delicious.

On Sunday afternoon, I can drink alone. A comedian on TV introduced a restaurant where it's easy for one person to enter. It's true that you can enjoy yakiniku alone. It's not as cheap as I thought, but since it's a restaurant in Osaka, the quality of the meat is good. I recommend the hormone. The beef tripe stew also has large pieces of meat. It's satisfying to eat. Next time, I want to go there slowly at night.

I often heard recommendations for Ryunosu when asking for recommendations for food in Shinjuku Sanchome, so I decided to visit it as my second choice. The grilled offal on the hot plate was delicious, with just the right amount of seasoning and a tender texture. They also have noodle dishes, so I would like to visit again to try them out! The staff were also very kind!

I wanted to try this shop and the atmosphere was really nice. I ordered the motsu (offal) stew and it was incredibly delicious. I was happy that they gave me extra because I felt like there wasn't enough. The staff were very kind. I also ordered a variety of grilled meat platters and everything was delicious. The meat, like the Chateaubriand, was especially tasty. We ordered a bottle of wine, so the bill was a bit high, but if you just eat and drink normally, I think it's very cost-effective. I was happy that I could smoke my electronic cigarette. I want to go back next time when I'm hungry and eat some udon.

I left around 9:30 pm and wondered if it would be less crowded, but they said they were clearing tables so please wait. I've been here before, and ordered two Niku Katsu Udon for 980 yen each, a Shimajin Soda Highball for 580 yen, and a Green Tea Highball for 580 yen. They allow smoking with paper cigarettes in the smoking room and e-cigarettes at the table, which created a great atmosphere. The total for two people was 3,430 yen. I will definitely visit again, maybe next time for yakiniku! ( ◠‿◠ )

⚫︎After drinking in Nijome for the first time in a while, I was recommended to come here by a regular.
⚫︎I didn't eat any meat or offal, and ordered the katsu udon for 780 yen.
⚫︎The katsu was fried until the fat was removed, and the concentrated umami flavor of the crispy katsu was delicious. Combined with a light broth, it warmed my body and soul after drinking too much.
⚫︎After reviving with the katsu udon, I headed back to Nijome for more fun!

I love it so much~ I have to go regularly or I'll have a fit. Visited around 7 pm on a weekday. No wait! Lucky. The recommended Yamagata beef shoulder meat (frisode) was amazing. All the meat was delicious but this one was on another level of deliciousness. The moistness, tenderness, and the richness of the marbling were too high-quality!! The beef tendon was also delicious and I had seconds. I like that the beef tendon here is meaty and not just fatty. It's not chewy and I like that. It's a good point to have many skilled waitstaff at a restaurant with delicious food. It was the best~ Thank you for the meal ^_^

There is a yakiniku and katsu udon restaurant near Shinjuku Sanchome! It seems like there are two types of people: those who eat katsu udon as their last dish and those who just enjoy yakiniku. I went for some mixed hormones with a light drink, followed by stamina katsu udon. The broth with lots of garlic was delicious! Next time, I'll go for less meat and more katsu udon!

On a sunny Sunday around 5:00 PM, two of us visited the restaurant. The place was almost full, but the drinks and meat were delicious, reasonably priced, and easy to order without feeling hesitant. The service from the staff was just right. The katsu udon was also delicious and satisfying.

I have had katsu udon before, but this was my first time trying meat ⤴︎⤴︎ Visited with gourmet friends after cherry blossom viewing and ordered the Wagyu Ryunonosu Seven Stars. It was served one slice at a time, making it hard to share, so we ordered two portions. The simmered tendon was also to my liking, and Kansai flavors really suit my taste buds ♡

After a long time, I had late-night yakiniku! And after a long time, I came back to Ryu no Su! I always end up ordering the upper tongue and special harami menu! I also had the ribeye after a long time, but it's still delicious. I couldn't resist and ended up ordering a small rice even though it's late at night, but it still goes well with the meat.

On the last day of the year, I went to a nearby restaurant called "Ryu no Su" to have yakiniku with my neighbors. It's been a while since I visited this restaurant in Shinjuku Sanchome. Although they have a branch in Kabukicho as well, I always find the food here more delicious. The compact and cozy space adds to the charm. Perhaps the fact that they use charcoal for grilling is one of the reasons why the food tastes so good. We made a reservation almost two months ago, and we were lucky to secure the last available table as the restaurant was fully booked. We started by grilling a platter of tongue. Each type of tongue - chewy, juicy, and melt-in-your-mouth - was in perfect condition. One of the specialties here is the "ura harami" which is marinated in a mixture of sauce and fresh garlic. It's truly delicious. We also enjoyed seared thinly sliced misuji served with ponzu sauce and grated daikon radish. The texture and flavor were delightful. We ended our meal with grilled horumon (offal) and upper mino (tripe). Lastly, we had a spicy red offal hot pot with cabbage, bean sprouts, leeks, and beef offal. It was a feast that left us both satisfied and content.

Holiday visit at 12 o'clock. Delicious! Delicious! Everything I ordered was delicious! The seared yukke, special loin, thinly sliced kalbi, misuji, and back harami were the best. The tender and flavorful beef tendons were also too delicious. I wish they were open for lunch on weekdays too! Thank you for the meal ^_^
