Opened as a dessert and wonton specialty store on June 14, 2023. Located just across from the south exit of Sugamo Station, next to KFC. Operating hours are continuous, with only table seating available inside. Orders are placed using a tableside touch panel Pad, and all staff members are of Asian descent, but communication is not a problem. Cashless payment options are currently being prepared. After finishing my regular body maintenance, I had the Sugamo lunch - a choice of wonton noodle set with steamed dumplings. The food arrived in about 5 minutes. The texture overall was soft, with thin noodles and a lightly salted flavor. The shrimp dumplings were chewy and delicious. The dumplings were generously filled with ingredients and well-seasoned. In terms of cost performance, it was relatively expensive, but since it had just opened, there may be more to come. Thank you for the meal.
