Shiretoko is far away, isn't it? The weather was great and the scenery of the Shiretoko Five Lakes was truly amazing. I was healed by the sight of wild deer. We finished sightseeing early and checked into the hotel early. This was to enjoy the sauna here. The sauna room is unique and a must-visit for sauna lovers. After being steamed in the loyly, I enjoyed the cold water bath followed by an outdoor bath while looking at the sea and birds. It felt like heaven. After getting refreshed, we had dinner at the hotel buffet. I usually don't eat dinner buffets at hotels, but there were no suitable restaurants nearby. It's Shiretoko, so it's to be expected. I went with no expectations. There were so many options! The menu focused on freshly made dishes and was rich in variety. It was different from the typical buffet that kids would enjoy. The sashimi was of a high standard for a buffet, but what surprised me was the meat dishes. The Shiretoko beef hamburg steak and deer meat bolognese pasta were top-notch! I was pleasantly surprised as I hadn't expected much. It was wonderful! The Shiretoko pickled fish bowl I had at the breakfast buffet was also delicious and satisfying. I even indulged in dessert without restraint. This time, I was able to use various discounts and enjoy the hotel at a cheaper rate. I'm glad I came all the way here! Even after the travel support campaign ends and the rates return to normal, I will definitely visit again. It's such a wonderful hotel that is worth it.

It's a buffet-style Viking restaurant. I stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner included. The sashimi platter, sushi, salmon and ikura rice bowl were particularly delicious. They also had pasta and two types of grilled meat for those who prefer Western cuisine. The shrimp chawanmushi was creamy and delicious. The freshly made tempura was also very tasty. While not on par with luxury hotels, the buffet was of a higher quality. It's all-inclusive, so drinks are also included. The room and hot springs were average considering the price. I think the location and food are the highlights.

The hotel dinner buffet was a bit pricey, but the satisfaction level was high. It was a buffet, so you can eat as much as you want. I don't have many opportunities to go, but if I have the chance, I would like to use it again. The menu seems to change daily, so you might not get tired of it even if you stay for multiple nights.

I used it for sauna purposes~! A quick one-night stay!! The meals were buffet style for dinner and breakfast, but they limited the number of people with reservations, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The variety of dishes was rich!! It was nice that when you order, freshly made dishes are served, but sometimes you have to wait a bit. Drinks are all-inclusive, so it's great for those who like alcohol♪ There were sparkling wine and Japanese sake, but the variety was limited...I guess I can't be too picky~ There were plenty of dessert options too! I ended up lingering until the end without getting bored even in the morning (^^;

I visited the sauna for the first time because it is famous. The hotel was very clean and satisfying. The food was served buffet-style in the restaurant, with fewer options compared to other hotels, but the quality of each dish was very high, especially from the live kitchen with a variety of choices.

The stay at Shiretoko was on a different level compared to a regular hotel buffet... Everything was really delicious, but personally, I was most impressed by the crab and hake tempura, scallop sashimi, stir-fried whelk with garlic, and the breakfast hamburger and sausage. The Kinsetsu (Japanese sake) was also great. During peak hours, there may be lines for ordering, so it's recommended to go at a slightly different time. Going around 5 pm allowed us to choose seats with an ocean view, which was very nice. I would love to stay at this wonderful hotel again when I visit Shiretoko!!

It was a Viking-style buffet where you could assemble your own course meal, which gave a sense of luxury. As someone with a strong preference for cleanliness, I appreciated that there was no messiness typical of buffets! It was also nice that a robot would come around and remove any unnecessary plates from the table!

I stayed at the most luxurious hotel in the Shiretoko Utoro area. It was like a buffet/live restaurant where a cool guy cooks the main dishes right in front of you. The food was delicious, and with all-you-can-drink alcohol, I had a great time and was very satisfied.

Took an early summer vacation and did a road trip around Hokkaido. Started from Kushiro, visited Shiretoko, then headed to Asahikawa the next day, followed by Sounkyo, Biei, and Furano before reaching Sapporo. From there, went from Hakodate to Haneda Airport. The total distance traveled was 1200 kilometers. On the first day, visited Kushiro Marsh, Lake Mashu, and unexpectedly encountered a brown bear at Shiretoko Goko. After enjoying the great outdoors, stayed at this hotel. The details of the hotel are omitted, but the food was amazing! Most of it was ordered at the live kitchen buffet. The focus was on local ingredients and the satisfaction level was high. Seafood was delicious, and the meat was also tasty. The all-inclusive package included unlimited wine and beer, which was a delight for alcohol lovers. On a side note, the sauna here was so lovely that it was chosen as a Sauna Meister. Definitely a hotel I want to visit again.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights on my trip to Eastern Hokkaido, including visits to Kawayu Onsen, Abashiri, Rausu, and Shiretoko Utoro. Since it was a two-night stay, I chose to have only breakfast at the restaurant here. The atmosphere is probably the best in Shiretoko, very open and stylish! The service is buffet-style, so there wasn't much personal service, but the dishes made with local ingredients were quite good. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, and I would love to stay here again when I come to Shiretoko. Thank you for the meal! ♫♫

During my business trip to Hokkaido, I stayed at a hotel where I had breakfast. It was a buffet style, and just like dinner time, if you asked the staff, they would prepare freshly made dishes for you. I originally planned to only have the salmon with miso paste, but the French toast looked so delicious that I ended up eating both Japanese and Western dishes. There were so many dishes available that it didn't feel like a typical breakfast, and I thought I wouldn't get tired of it even if I stayed multiple nights.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I had been wanting to try their buffet for a while, and was looking forward to having dinner and breakfast here since they changed their system in the spring. And let me tell you, I was blown away! The live kitchen was amazing! While there were places where you could serve yourself, having the option to order something and have it cooked right in front of you was great. The dishes were prepped beforehand, but being able to eat something hot right off the grill was fantastic. There were even two options to choose from, which was a nice touch. Everything I ate was delicious! I especially loved the venison meat pasta - I had to go back for seconds. It was light and not gamey, making it easy to eat. The desserts were also top-notch. In the morning, there were hearty hamburgers and croquettes... I was stuffed from breakfast! They also had free drinks, although I only had one cheers, it would be a waste not to take advantage of it haha. This buffet alone makes me want to come back to this wonderful place. I will definitely be returning! Can't wait to go back! Thank you for the meal!

During my business trip to eastern Hokkaido, I stayed at a hotel for dinner. The hotel is located near Shiretoko Utoro Fishing Port and was chosen as a "Sauna Shrine", a hotel I had always wanted to visit as a sauna enthusiast. I checked in at 4:00 PM and enjoyed the sauna leisurely before having dinner at 7:00 PM. It was a buffet style, but you order and the staff cooks and serves the food, so there may be a little wait at popular stations, but it's nice to be able to eat freshly made dishes. Alcohol is almost all-you-can-drink, and although the price is not cheap, even if the sauna wasn't as great, it's still a good hotel. By the way, I was planning to go to the sauna after dinner, so I kept my alcohol consumption moderate.

I enjoyed the buffet here for both breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and I could eat as much as I wanted. Everything was made to order, not pre-made. The octopus was huge and very fresh. My personal recommendations are the Shiretoko beef stew for dinner and the Shiretoko beef croquettes for breakfast.

I visited the North Kobushi Resort for the first time on my Shiretoko sightseeing trip. The hotel was amazing, it seemed like a recently established foreign resort hotel. The quality of the food was incredible! It was a course buffet style, with a wide dinner venue filled with delicious Shiretoko specialties. The dishes were just outstanding. Wine, beer, and sake were all-you-can-drink. From salmon and rice bowl to Shiretoko beef, Hokkaido potato croquettes, everything was so delicious that I wanted to eat more even though I couldn't finish. The quality of the desserts was also top-notch. Milk is delicious, so ice cream, cakes, everything tasted amazing. The high-quality and luxurious dishes really satisfied me. It was worth not skimping on the hotel cost! If you're sightseeing in Shiretoko, this is the only choice!

During my stay at the Kitakobushi hotel in Shiretoko for sightseeing, I had dinner at Grill Shiretoko. The course meal included marinated garlic, grated potato soup, scallops, crab croquettes, grilled abalone, and grilled Ezo deer. The course meal consisted of a mix of Japanese and Western dishes using local ingredients, showcasing the delicious flavors of the ingredients with straightforward and tasty seasoning. This hotel, representing Shiretoko, offers not only great accommodations but also a fantastic dining experience.

I use it several times a year, and it's great in both winter and summer! In the summer, you encounter foxes and bears, and in the winter, there's drift ice! Rooms with a sauna and open-air bath... Is there anything more luxurious than this?? And the hospitality of the inn... The meals are buffet style, but with a wide variety and high quality. Oh, the menu is perfect for enjoying drinks. The breakfast bread is very delicious... I want to take it home. The only downside is that it's far away, but I highly recommend it! It takes just over an hour from Memanbetsu Airport, but it's a great drive. Highly recommended, so please try it! Thank you for the meal!

This day, I decided to go to Shiretoko on the same day! It took 9 hours, haha. I got a great deal with the "Doh-min discount." The hotel was quite large, but the service was very polite. And there was this handsome guy. It wasn't very crowded, so they gave us a nice room. The meal was a buffet. There were quite a lot of elaborate dishes. There wasn't the usual kids' corner, and there was no yakisoba (cries), but there were various dishes and it was enjoyable. Breakfast also had a wide variety, so I ended up eating more than usual. The main attraction for me was the sauna! Luckily, it was almost empty. I enjoyed the outdoor bath while overlooking the sea in the evening, at night, and in the morning. I thought the official photo shoot at 9:30 would be crowded, but I was the only one there. The sea was calm that day.

Located about 5 minutes from the Utoro Onsen bus terminal in the northern land of the north. The clientele consists of elderly couples, couples, and school trip students. You can order a night and morning buffet with highballs. The reviewer enjoyed various dishes, but particularly loved the sweet potatoes. The dinner menu included Bolognese made with Hokkaido spring love, crab soup, salmon, octopus sashimi, hamburgers, fried foods, and ramen. The breakfast menu included steak, potato miso soup, ikura salted salmon roe, and squid dishes. The reviewer found the variety of dishes overwhelming and couldn't try everything despite multiple rounds. They believe it was the first time they had such a delicious buffet at a hotel. They wonder if upgrading to a higher grade would offer even better dining in a different room.

Here, I had a buffet for breakfast and dinner. Since dinner was not included, I paid an additional 5500 yen. For dinner, I enjoyed taking a little bit of sashimi at the seafood corner, and dishes like deer meat at the grill corner. I also ordered a bottle of red wine to accompany the meal. However, I ended up eating too much at the buffet and got really full. But the highlight was the ramen you could have at the end, and I chose salt ramen. It had a delicious broth with a strong seafood flavor. A very authentic ramen experience!

Original recipe utilizing local ingredients. Hot dishes served hot, cold dishes served cold. Sufficient variety, no shortage of options. Moderately sized dishes, allowing for a diverse selection. Elegant tableware and dishes. Spacious layout. Safe and friendly service. A great buffet! The welcome coffee is also fantastic. The only downside is the high prices for alcohol.
