After visiting a few places on Friday night, I stumbled upon Torimero and decided to check it out! As expected for a Friday night, the place was packed with people. We ordered the following:
- Special tsukune with egg yolk: ¥299
- Domestic chicken tenderloin skewers: ¥190
Since we had visited a few places already, we didn't order much. The appetizer was crispy and refreshing kelp cabbage. The special tsukune with egg yolk had a rich and creamy flavor that went well with the meat. The domestic chicken tenderloin skewers were simple and delicious with wasabi.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, attracted by the domestically produced scallops. The scallops were indeed large and delicious. I was a bit hesitant as I don't usually visit this type of restaurant, but the service was good and I was able to fully enjoy my first izakaya experience in a while. The experience may vary depending on the time you visit, but I went on a Saturday at 4pm and had no issues enjoying myself. The food is cheap yet delicious, and just looking at the menu was enjoyable!

This was my second time using the Torimero service, but my first time at this particular location. It was just before 6pm on a Sunday and all the other restaurants were fully booked, but here they were able to seat us right away without a reservation. The time it took for drinks and food to be served was average, not excessively long. The staff recommended the all-you-can-drink menu, but the price was not listed and they didn't mention it either. It felt a bit unfriendly to recommend something without informing the customer of the price. Also, they didn't specify the time limit for the all-you-can-drink option - whether it was 90 minutes or 120 minutes, and we weren't told the last order time either. Furthermore, when I went to the restroom, it was in a messy state. I understand that they may be busy, but I believe that keeping the restroom clean is an important aspect (I used to work at a certain yakiniku restaurant and we always made sure to clean the restroom no matter how busy it was).

When it comes to Tori Melo, you have to order the Kamameshi. I ordered it right away. It takes a while though. I couldn't resist and ended up getting a draft beer. Since it's yakitori, I also ordered a variety of skewers like the assorted plate and chicken thighs. It might be a cheap chain restaurant, but there were a lot of students. It seems like a good and affordable option for them. I might consider going back if I have time, but I'm not sure how enthusiastic I am about it.

I went to Torimero for cheap, fast, and delicious chicken. It's a drinking place, but it's like a fast food restaurant or a family restaurant. I had the impression that it was a monitor order type of place, but the taste, affordability, speed, and atmosphere were all great, making it a good place to enjoy a meal and conversation.

I went to a New Year's party with my colleagues at the company. We only reserved seats and it wasn't too crowded. We ordered all-you-can-drink for 2000 yen. The yakitori dishes were generally delicious, but I felt that the saltiness was a bit too strong.

Finally, the year-end party season has begun! I tried the winter banquet menu at San-daime Torimero, which includes the "Beef Tongue and Yumenochi Pork Negi Shabu Course" with a 150-minute all-you-can-drink option for 3980 yen (excluding tax). This menu is incredibly cost-effective, to the point where it seems like they are not even concerned about profit! The fact that you can enjoy unlimited servings of the main dish "Negi Shabu" makes it even more worth it. The course includes edamame, carrot dressing salad, grated radish ponzu sauce for cold yellowtail, beef tongue and Yumenochi pork negi shabu, chicken thigh glove grill with onion salt sauce, squid pancake, potato & fried pasta, and udon to finish. The beef tongue and Yumenochi pork negi shabu being all-you-can-eat is a steal at only an additional 480 yen. The meat is beautifully marbled with a perfect balance of lean and fat. The shabu-shabu is cooked in a broth, making it easy to enjoy without the need for additional sauces. The cold yellowtail with grated radish ponzu sauce is refreshing, while the chicken thigh grill with onion salt sauce is a perfect match. The Korean-style squid pancake is authentic and flavorful, and the potato & fried pasta is a great snack. The vegetables like onions and spinach are also delicious when cooked in the broth. The all-you-can-drink menu is also impressive, with cute drinks that will surely lift your spirits. It's a highly recommended course for students, working adults, and growing children. Children under elementary school age who want to eat like adults can enjoy the same course for 1200 yen (excluding tax), while those who don't eat as much can opt for the drink all-you-can option for 299 yen (excluding tax). You can also customize your order to suit your child's preferences, such as adding only the drink all-you-can option or ordering croquettes separately. If you're planning a year-end party or a New Year's party, I recommend trying the winter banquet at Torimero!

This was my first time in Shinjuku. To be safe from being ripped off, I went to a chain restaurant. I had just been to Nara recently, so I knew the system well. I planned to focus on beer and chicken, but ended up with a lot of egg dishes. The taste was consistent and when we split the bill, it turned out to be quite cheap.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station East Exit. While all the Torikizoku restaurants in Shinjuku were full around 8pm on a weekday night, we were able to easily get a table at this place. The yakitori ranged from 150 yen and up, and the taste was delicious. The all-you-can-eat cabbage appetizer was a nice touch! The seating was a bit close to the neighboring tables, but it wasn't too noisy and we were able to have a conversation comfortably. If you want to eat yakitori cheaply in Shinjuku without waiting in line, why not give this place a try?

I had some business in Shinjuku and decided to have a drink before heading home, but I didn't know any bars in Shinjuku. I saw a sign for Torimero that advertised draft beer for 199 yen, so I decided to go there. It seems to be part of the Watami group. I had never been there before, but I went in because the drinks were cheap. The atmosphere inside was lively and it was a typical izakaya setting. There were a lot of young people and it was a bit noisy. There was no smoking section, so we ended up sitting in a place filled with smokers. I ordered the cheap draft beer for 199 yen, which was a good deal. The appetizer was just cabbage with salted kelp on top, which you had to mix yourself before eating. I decided to order some grilled food, and the cheapest yakitori was priced at 150 yen and up. The most popular item was the grilled chicken thigh with onion and salt sauce for 799 yen. It was interesting that the most popular item was also the most expensive. I ordered it anyway. The chicken arrived and the staff cut it for us at the table. However, during the cutting process, a piece of chicken flew off the plate and onto the table. My friend and I were surprised, but the staff member didn't acknowledge it and just continued cutting the chicken. After finishing, the staff member tried to leave without cleaning up the fallen chicken, but my friend pointed it out and then they apologized and cleaned it up. The chicken was tasty with the garlic salt sauce, but there were a lot of bones and not much meat. The yakitori for 150 yen was okay, nothing special. The fried shrimp senbei was greasy and oily. The fried green pepper with dashi was tasty but the portion was small. The fried camembert cheese was typical. The recommended item, crab cream croquette, was average. Overall, it's a good place for people who just want to drink cheap draft beer.

It's such a hassle to decide on a place for our part-time job drinking parties, so we always ended up at Torimero. But then we were told, "Please stop going to Torimero." It's tough to find a new place. [Access] - It's located around the front of Otsuka Furniture. [Good Points] - It has a capacity to accommodate a large group of people.

The cabbage appetizer for 300 yen was a bit disappointing, but the 199 yen draft beer was a pleasant surprise. However, after ordering three skewers of grilled chicken and two draft beers, the total went over 1,000 yen. I came here aiming for a "Senbero" (1,000 yen bar-hopping challenge), so it was quite a shock that the appetizer was the most expensive item.

There is nothing good about this place. The food is lukewarm and expensive compared to other yakitori chains. The only good thing might be that the draft beer is cheap. I'm done with this place.

Shinjuku is a difficult place to choose a restaurant... You might end up being charged a high seating fee or finding your desired place fully booked. I was wandering around as a refugee from crowded izakayas when I was drawn to this place. It's really reassuring. The delicious food, service, cost performance, plus the added points of peace of mind and stability... Anyway, the draft beer is cheap, really cheap, and it's ice-cold and delicious... I declared that I would drink draft beer forever and had 3 glasses in 1.5 hours. And it's still the price of just one glass at a normal place, right?! I ordered a potato dish and a mixed yakitori platter, and wow, the potatoes are crispy, and all the yakitori are of high quality! And what's great is that the salt is just right, making the sake go down smoothly... The cabbage appetizer (with salted kelp) is even refillable for free! I didn't know that, but they kindly offered more when it was almost gone! Oh, yes, please! When you're wondering where to go in Shinjuku, be sure to visit here. You won't go wrong.

The taste is moderate and good, but what's most pleasing is the affordable price. It's a bit concerning that there are many students due to the price range, but it's recommended for those who want to keep costs down while enjoying a drink.

This is a chain restaurant that is open until 5 am. Cabbage platter for 350 yen is served as a starter. Horse sashimi for 699 yen comes with four slices, but the freshness is low and lacks the true flavor of horse sashimi. Dashimaki tamago for 599 yen was ready in about 2 minutes after ordering, and it was a tightly packed egg roll. Chicken skin with ponzu sauce for 399 yen was also ready in about 2 minutes, but it seemed to be pre-made and the chicken skin was unappetizing. "Otokomae" highball with oolong tea for 699 yen and with jasmine tea for 699 yen had varying levels of strength, but the "otokomae" size of 1 liter made refills unnecessary. Ginger highball for 350 yen was the only consistent drink. Kiwi sour for 350 yen, despite expecting fruit in it, turned out to be a sour made with kiwi liqueur and was sweet. The cabbage platter served as a starter was the most consistent. Thank you for the meal.
